INTERAKSI SOSIAL LINTAS AGAMA: ANALISIS PADA KOMUNITAS PLURAL
Interaksi sosial lintas agama menjadi esensi penting dalam masyarakat plural, di mana keberagaman agama menjadi ciri khas yang tak terhindarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana interaksi tersebut memengaruhi harmonisasi dan kerukunan antar umat beragama, dengan fokus pada komunitas di Wiyono, Kabupaten Pesawaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan interpretatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi sosial lintas agama memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan kerukunan dalam masyarakat plural. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung interaksi sosial positif meliputi pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pluralisme agama, dialog agama, musyawarah, dan bakti sosial. Pluralisme agama memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pengembangan masyarakat plural, meskipun juga menimbulkan tantangan terkait potensi konflik. Kesimpulannya, harmonisasi dan kerukunan dalam masyarakat plural sangat dipengaruhi oleh interaksi sosial lintas agama dan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pluralisme agama(Masduki dkk., 2014)
IMPLEMENTASI DESIGN UI/UX APLIKASI TOKO EKSHAN STORE SKINCARE UNTUK OPTIMASI PENJUALAN PRODUK
The growth of the skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development along with increasing public awareness of skincare. The high level of market competition motivates business actors to optimize their sales activities, including through the use of digital technology. This study aims to apply User Interface and User Experience to the Ekshan Store Skincare application to optimize the effectiveness of sales activities. The research method implemented includes a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach with a process of analyzing user needs, designing prototypes, testing usability (usability test), and evaluating implementation results. Data collection was carried out using interviews, questionnaires, and observations of potential application usage. This study involved 4 potential users of the Ekshan Store Skincare with an age range of 20–35 years. Respondents' responses mostly work as students, private employees, freelancers, housewives, and content creators. Their average frequency of skincare shopping is around one to four times a month. The research findings show that the implementation of responsive, consistent, and user-friendly UI/UX design has a positive effect on user comfort, improves engagement, and encourages sales conversions. This progress indicates that appropriate UI/UX design can be an effective option for skincare businesses competing in the digital realm
MENGATASI DAMPAK BURUK OVERSHARING DI MEDIA SOSIAL MENURUT AL-QUR’AN
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh maraknya perilaku membagikan hal-hal yang ranahnya pribadi secara berlebihan (oversharing) di media sosial yang berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, seperti tersebarnya aib, terganggunya hubungan sosial dan kaburnya batas antara ranah publik dan privat. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penafsiran ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang berhubungan dengan perilaku oversharing dan bagaimana al-Qur’an memberikan Solusi terhadap dampak buruk tersebut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik. sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini berupa al-Qur’an dan terjemahannya dan kitab tafsir seperti tafsir al-Misbah. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, artikel maupun karya ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. ayat-ayat yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini meliputi QS. Al-Isrā’ ayat 11, QS. An-Nūr ayat 19 dan QS. al-Mā‘ūn ayat 6
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku oversharing dipandang dalam al-Qur’an sebagai bentuk sifat tergesa-gesa, dorongan untuk mencari validasi atau pujian (riya), dan pengabaian terhadap privasi melalui penyebaran aib. Al- Qur’an memberikan Solusi melalui anjuran unutk menjaga privasi, mengendalikan lisan dan tulisan, serta membatasi pengungkapan diri sebagai bentuk perlindungan spiritual dan sosial di era media digital
ANALISIS GAYA KOMUNIKASI KHATIB JUMAT USTAZ H.AHMAD FAUZI DI MASJID RAYA DARUSSALAM: PENDEKATAN RETORIKA DAKWAH
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya komunikasi para khatib Jumat di Masjid Raya Darussalam Samarinda dengan menggunakan pendekatan retorika dakwah, yang mencakup tiga elemen utama: ethos, pathos, dan logos. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi langsung terhadap pelaksanaan khutbah serta wawancara mendalam dengan jamaah dan khatib. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya komunikasi yang efektif sangat bergantung pada kredibilitas khatib (ethos), kemampuan menyentuh sisi emosional jamaah (pathos), dan ketajaman argumen serta logika penyampaian (logos). Khatib yang mampu menyampaikan khutbah dengan bahasa yang komunikatif, penuh empati, serta relevan dengan kondisi sosial jamaah, cenderung lebih diapresiasi dan berpengaruh dalam membentuk kesadaran keagamaan. Sebaliknya, khutbah yang monoton, tidak terstruktur, dan tidak menyentuh sisi emosional maupun logika jamaah kurang berdampak terhadap perubahan sikap dan pemahaman mereka. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan retorika dakwah bagi khatib serta evaluasi berkala oleh pengelola masjid untuk meningkatkan kualitas khutbah Jumat sebagai media dakwah yang strategis
Pemahaman Perbedaan Antara Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) dan Undang–Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Tentang Masa Iddah
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman tentang masa iddah menurut Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) dan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019, serta menganalisis perbedaan di antara keduanya. Masa iddah merupakan salah satu bentuk syariat Islam dalam menjaga keharmonisan rumah tangga dan meminimalisir dampak perceraian. Dalam KHI, masa iddah diklasifikasikan menjadi iddah karena kematian, perceraian, dan menyusui, sedangkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 hanya mencakup iddah karena kematian dan perceraian, tanpa menyebutkan masa iddah karena menyusui. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Data diperoleh melalui analisis dokumen dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, artikel, dan undang-undang yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan substansial antara KHI dan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 terkait cakupan masa iddah, yang mencerminkan pendekatan hukum yang berbeda dalam merespons dinamika sosial dan kebutuhan umat
Potential Review Assessment with 9 Box Model for Talent Management of State-Owned Company Employee
The individual potential review assessment is carried out on the basis of a comprehensive evaluation that aims to provide an in-depth picture of the current performance and future potential of an individual employee with the position of Industrial Relations Staff at State-Owned Company X. In addition, through this process, the organization can identify strengths, development areas, and the readiness of employees to take on more strategic roles. Data collection was carried out through several methods, namely psychological measurement, using standardized psychometric test tools to assess cognitive, personality, and behavioural competencies; interviews, to explore employees' motivations, career aspirations, and readiness for new challenges; as well as performance assessment data, as objective comparison material from the results of the evaluation of direct superiors. Based on the results of the analysis, the subjects showed performance that was included in the "High" category, namely consistently achieving targets, having a deep understanding of technical tasks, contributing positively to the team, and having potential in the "High" category, namely having strong analytical skills, adapting to change, and showing a leadership presence that could be further developed. The results of the assessment placed the subject in the "High Potentials" quadrant on the 9 Box Model, indicating that he was one of the potential cadres who should be prepared for higher career paths, especially in the Industrial Relations division. Organizations can use these findings to include subjects in talent pools or candidate lists for succession planning, design development programs, such as job rotation, mentorship, or leadership development programs, and strengthen retention strategies by providing clear career paths and growth opportunities within State-Owned Company X
Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Group Investigation Pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam Di MI Ar-Rahmah Samarinda
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keberlangsungannya pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam, siswa kelas VI MI Ar-Rahmah Samarinda terlihat memiliki perilaku yang cenderung pasif. Kondisi tersebut terjadi akibat dari pembelajaran yang hanya berfokus pada seorang guru dan belum menerapkan metode yang khas sehingga dapat menarik perhatian siswa, dan mengakibatkan kurangnya partisipasi siswa serta kurangnya pencapaian belajar siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh siswa kelas VI tahun ajaran 2024/2025 di MI Ar Rahmah Samarinda yang berjumlah 109 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling yaitu kelas VI A sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 27 siswa dan kelas VI C sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, homogenitas, hipotesis dan N-Gain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif dihasilkan nilai mean pre-test siswa di kelas eksperimen sebesar 69,63 dan post-test sebesar 88,52, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai mean pre-test siswa sebesar 59,04 dan post-test sebesar 73,65. Pernyataan tersebut dapat dibuktikan juga melalui hasil uji N-Gain bahwa diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 65,33 termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam terbukti cukup efektif untuk digunakan
Minat Mahasiswa Menggunakan ChatGPT dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab: Studi pada Mahasiswa PBA UINSI Samarinda
This study aims to explore students' interest in using ChatGPT as a learning aid in Arabic language education and analyze the factors influencing their engagement. ChatGPT has significant potential to support language learning; however, its effectiveness depends on students' willingness to use it. This research employs a mixed-methods approach with an explanatory sequential design. Quantitative data were collected through a questionnaire involving 72 Arabic Language Education (PBA) students at UINSI Samarinda. The questionnaire results were analyzed descriptively to determine the level of student interest. Subsequently, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 students who participated in the survey to explore the factors influencing their engagement. The findings indicate that students show a high level of interest in using ChatGPT for Arabic language learning, particularly in translation (77.4%), writing (75.5%), and reading comprehension (72.5%). Factors influencing their interest include ease of use, translation accuracy, the ability to generate writing ideas, and the capability to correct language errors. This study confirms that integrating ChatGPT into Arabic language learning can enhance students' interest and overall learning experience
Pengaruh Gamifikasi Berbasis Media Monopoli terhadap Pemahaman Gramatika Bahasa Arab
Educational media is one of the methods to enhance the teaching and learning process, making students more active in their learning. As a result, the learning outcomes align with expectations. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of Monopoly-based gamification on students' understanding of Arabic grammar. This study is an experimental research with a one-group pre-test post-test design using a quantitative research method. The research sample consisted of 26 ninth-grade students. The research instruments were pre-test and post-test assessments to measure students' understanding before and after the implementation of the Monopoly media. The results showed a significant improvement in students' grammatical understanding after the implementation of the Monopoly media, with the average pre-test score of 55.96 increasing to 68.27 in the post-test. Normality tests for the pre-test and post-test results showed significant values of 0.149 and 0.116, respectively, both exceeding the threshold of 0.05. This indicates that the data are normally distributed. Furthermore, the paired t-test results showed a two-tailed significance value of 0.001, indicating that Monopoly-based gamification can significantly improve students' understanding of Arabic grammar. The application of Monopoly media also encourages social interaction and collaboration among students in the learning process.
 
Implementasi Metode Audio Lingual dalam Memperkuat Hafalan Materi Bahasa Arab di MTs Mathalibul Huda Mlonggo Jepara
The low interest of students in memorizing Arabic vocabulary has prompted educators to seek effective methods for the teaching and learning process. Vocabulary mastery is a crucial aspect of learning Arabic, as without it, students' abilities to understand, speak, read, and write in Arabic are severely limited. However, memorizing vocabulary is often perceived as a boring and difficult task, particularly when relying solely on traditional methods such as passively memorizing word lists. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Audio-Lingual Method at MTs Mathalibul Huda Mlonggo and assess its positive and negative impacts on students' memorization skills. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data analysis conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results indicate that the Audio-Lingual Method is effective in improving students' memorization of Arabic vocabulary, as it emphasizes repetition, listening and speaking exercises, and habituation through dialogue. Approximately 83% of students demonstrated mastery of the method, while 17% struggled to utilize it due to a lack of focus during the listening activities. Despite challenges such as differences in student abilities and limited resources, these obstacles can be overcome with teaching strategies and approaches tailored to students' characteristics. Therefore, the Audio-Lingual Method represents a relevant and effective alternative for enhancing students' Arabic vocabulary memorization and improving their overall language skills in a communicative and comprehensive manner
