In addition to exchanges in the areas of production and marketing, thenetwork focuses on the roles of young people and women.Le Réseau international agroécologie et alimentation rassemble des paysans, des militants, des chercheurs, des responsables publics et des syndicalistes afin d'organiser des échanges sur les pratiques et les politiques relatives à l'agroécologie et aux systèmes alimentaires durables. Né des relations entre le Brésil et la France, il s'est ouvert à de nouveaux partenaires originaires du Burkina Faso et du Bénin. Le processus d'élargissement à d'autres pays est en cours. Outre les échanges dans les domaines de la production et de la commercialisation, le réseau met l'accent sur le rôle des jeunes et des femmes.A Rede Internacional Agroecologia e Alimentação reune camponeses, militantes, pesquisadores, gestores públicos, sindicalistas para organizar intercâmbios sobre as práticas e as políticas referentes à agroecologia e aos sistemas alimentares sustentáveis. Specific quantification of intact lipid nanocapsules in rats using FRET: biodistribution and PBPK model development
International audienceAims: One major challenge is to quantify intact nanoparticles specifically to understand the pharmacokinetics (PK) of nanomedicines. Lipid nanocapsules (LNC) carrying Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) trackers have been previously developed, and a quantification method has been applied in blood samples.Materials & method: A quantification method in liver, spleen, and lungs was developed, and the biodistribution of intact FRET-LNC of 50 nm (FRET-LNC-50) in rats after intravenous injection was performed.Results: FRET-LNC-50 were extracted from organs using a newly developed extraction method, allowing their integrity preservation and quantification. This method allowed the assessment of the biodistribution study of intact LNC. A non-compartmental PK analysis was performed to calculate PK parameters. The most exposed organ was the liver, with a longer half-life than blood and other organs. The availability of specific biodistribution data allowed the development of the first physiologically based PK (PBPK) model, which represents an ideal platform to further aggregate biodistribution data from various nanoparticle types and to bring insight into PK mechanisms and structure-properties relationships of nanoparticles.Conclusion: This study presents the first biodistribution analysis of intact LNC using a validated quantification method, enabling the development of a PBPK model that improves the understanding of nanoparticle PK mechanisms
Le label « Haut Potentiel Intellectuel » (HPI) façonne-t-il les attentes amicales à l’adolescence ?

L’Année psychologique, 125(2), 81-105.In France, negative stereotypes are often linked to the socialization of gifted adolescents. However, researchers challenge the idea that high intellectual abilities are a source of relational difficulties, focusing instead on the impact of labeling (Klimecká, 2022). This study explores the effect of gifted labeling on friendship expectations. The sample included 512 students in 6 th , 8 th and 10 th grade: 74 labeled intellectually gifted, 43 non-labeled intellectually gifted, and 395 non-gifted. Participants completed Hall's (2012) multidimensional questionnaire on friendship expectations. Each group of gifted individuals was compared to a control group constructed through a propensity score matching procedure. Labeled gifted adolescents showed lower friendship expectations than their non-gifted counterparts.Additionally, cluster analysis identified four profiles of friendship expectations. Labeled gifted student were more often in the "opportunists" group. We interpret the results through the stigma of giftedness theory (Cross et al., 2012) and propose intervention strategies to mitigate the negative effects of the gifted label on adolescent friendships.En France, des stéréotypes négatifs sont souvent associés aux adolescents à Haut PotentielIntellectuel (HPI) et à leur socialisation. Cependant, les recherches questionnent l’idée quede hautes capacités intellectuelles entraînent des difficultés relationnelles, mettant plutôtl’accent sur l’impact du label HPI (Klimecká, 2022). Notre étude examine l’effet de ce labelsur les attentes amicales d’un échantillon de 512 adolescents en 6e, 4e et seconde : 74 HPIlabellisés, 43 HPI non labellisés et 395 non HPI. Les participants ont complété une versionadaptée du questionnaire de Hall (2012) sur les attentes amicales. Chaque groupe HPI– labellisé ou non – a été comparé à un groupe contrôle, créé via un appariement par scorede propension. Nos résultats montrent des attentes amicales plus faibles chez les HPI labellisés et révèlent quatre profils d’attentes amicales, avec une surreprésentation des HPI dans le groupe « opportunistes ». Nous discutons ces résultats en lien avec la théorie du stigma (Cross et al., 2012) et proposons des pistes pour réduire les effets de la labellisation
Characterization of autopsy findings including multivisceral glomeruloid vascular bodies in hereditary thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura with two new variants in ADAMTS13 gene
International audienceCongenital thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (cTTP) is a rare genetic disorder caused by a severe deficiency in ADAMTS13 enzyme activity, leading to potentially fatal perinatal outcomes and requiring urgent management. While the clinical and biological aspects of the disease are well-documented, pathological findings are less commonly described. We report two cases of cTTP within the same family, both resulting in perinatal death. Autopsies of the neonate and the subsequent fetal recurrence revealed a distinctive and prominent multivisceral glomeruloid vascular proliferation, an unreported feature in this syndrome. However, the presence of multiple thrombi along with ischemic and hemorrhagic changes suggested an underlying thrombotic microangiopathy.Whole genome sequencing confirmed cTTP, identifying two novel pathogenic variants in the ADAMTS13 gene. Beyond expanding the phenotypic and genotypic spectrum of this disorder, the unusual vascular proliferation contributes to a deeper understanding of the underlying physiopathological mechanisms
FLEXOELECTRICITY IN SEMI-CONDUCTING POLYMERS
International audienceFlexoelectricity, which corresponds to the appearance of an electrical polarization induced by a strain gradient is a transduction mechanism that is experiencing revival following the publication of results showing that flexoelectric polarization in high permittivity oxide thin films could be of the same order of magnitude as piezoelectric polarization in piezoelectric films [1]. This is due to the scale effect of the strain gradient, which can increase by several orders of magnitude as the thickness of the material decreases to a few tens of nanometers.Little work has been done on the flexoelectric properties of organic films. Even if it turns out that the flexoelectric coefficients of synthetic dielectric films (μ=1-30 nC.m-1) are about three orders of magnitude lower than those of oxide films (μ=1-10 μC.m-1), the flexibility and low Young´s modulus of some compounds (1-100 MPa, i.e. up to 5000 times lower than that of oxides) are advantages towithstand large curvatures of the order of 100 m-1 and therefore generate a significant flexoelectric response.The present study shows that the flexoelectric effect can be enhanced in semiconductor conjugated polymer/molecule systems, exhibiting high electronic and ionic polarizability. Thus, giant flexoelectric coefficients are obtained (μ=24 μC.m-1, i.e. 1000 times higher than that of insulating polymers) withpoly(3,4ethylenedioxythiophene):Poly(styrenesulfonate)-based polyelectrolyte conjugated polymer films (PEDOT:PSS). Free standing modified PEDOT:PSS films also yield coefficients up to 70 μC.m-1under curvatures up to 62 m-1. In addition, in an eco-responsible approach, the flexoelectric responsein some bioplastics with a predominant flexoionic effect is also evaluated

Le tourisme New Age, continuité ou alternative à la société urbaine ? Drifters, backpackers et néoruraux à San Mateo Río Hondo (Oaxaca, Mexique)
International audienceTaking a social geography approach, the aim of this article is to complement the sociological critique of backpacker tourism regarding the illusion of a break with urban society. It seeks to demonstrate that New Age destinations, which combine psychedelic tourism with nature, are in fact extensions of a commodified, globalised urban life. After recalling the hippie origins (the ‘drifters’) of backpacker tourism in San Mateo Río Hondo (Oaxaca, Mexico), an analysis of the travel patterns and social profiles of tourists reveals social disparities that are nonetheless all imbued with forms of urban mobility. The authentic, alternative character of the New Age tourism offer is put into perspective by the commodification of tourism, which alters local traditions such as the ‘original hippy culture’. Lastly, this gradual development of tourism is leading to the settlement of former tourists, becoming ‘neo-rurals’, contributing both to the urbanisation of the villages and to the strengthening of the tourism supply.Dans une approche de géographie sociale, l’objectif de cet article est de compléter la critique sociologique du tourisme backpacker vis-à-vis de l’illusion de rupture avec la société urbaine. Il s’agit de montrer que des destinations New Age, combinant une offre touristique psychédélique et de nature, sont en réalité les extensions de la vie urbaine marchande et globalisée. Après avoir rappelé l’origine hippie (les drifters) du tourisme backpacker à San Mateo Río Hondo (Oaxaca, Mexique), l’analyse des rythmes de voyage et des profils sociaux des touristes montre des disparités sociales néanmoins toutes empreintes de formes de mobilité urbaine. Le caractère authentique et alternatif de l’offre touristique New Age est relativisé par la marchandisation touristique, qui altère les traditions autochtones comme la « culture hippie originale ». Enfin, cette progressive mise en tourisme participe à l’installation d’anciens touristes devenus néoruraux, ce qui contribue tout autant à l’urbanisation des villages qu’au renforcement de l’offre touristique
Les dynamiques démographiques des littoraux en France métropolitaine depuis 1968, jeux d’échelles et diversité des trajectoires
International audienceThis article provides a diachronic analysis of the demographic dynamics of coastal municipalities in mainland France, based on population census data from 1968 to 2020. It highlights the process of the coastalisation of populations and activities, which has many consequences for the organisation of metropolitan coastal areas, from a demographic, social and economic point of view, as well as for the resulting forms of land use and development. The choice of an analysis at different levels of scale makes it possible to appreciate the diversity of demographic dynamics, showing quite different trajectories from one coastline to another, and even from one commune to another.Cet article propose une analyse des dynamiques démographiques des communes littorales de France métropolitaine, dans une perspective diachronique, à partir des données des recensements de la population de 1968 à 2020. Il met en évidence le processus de littoralisation des populations et des activités, dont les conséquences sont multiples sur l’organisation des littoraux métropolitains, tant sur le plan démographique, social et économique que sur les formes induites d’usages et d’aménagements des espaces. Le choix d’une analyse à différents niveaux d’échelles permet de prendre conscience de la diversité des dynamiques démographiques, mettant en exergue des trajectoires assez différentes d’une façade à l’autre, voire d’une commune à l’autre
