Seterusnya, kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif seperti temubual, kaedah pemerhatian, kajian kepustakaan dan laman sesawang serta penyelidikan secara etnografi. Data yang diperolehi oleh pengkaji membolehkan pengkaj menganalisis data dengan lebih mendalam berkaitan persembahan Mek Mulung. Pada akhir bab ini, pengkaji akan memberi cadangan dan saranan kepada pihak yang bertanggungjawab termasuklah individu dan masyarakat supaya warisan Mek Mulung akan dapat dipromosikan dan dilestarikan di Negeri Kedah serta kekal sehingga generasi akan datang
Student satisfaction towards quality service at Islamic banking in Malaysia
Get PDFIn summary the results of this study have proven that there is a positive relationship between service quality and student satisfaction in five variables studied although only two have been proven to be significant namely tangible and reliability. The practitioners can make use of these three variables to strengthen their marketing strategy by ensuring that the needs and wants of the customers are met. Malaysia has a large population of Muslims yet Islamic banks have been able to attract non-Muslim customers as well. More specifically, both the Muslim and non-Muslim customers value the same traits when selecting their banks. Additionally, the management of Islamic banking is also advised to describe or provide a clear description to the customers about the modus operandi used for every product offered so that customers could understand the products clearly. This is because there are some customers who utilize the Islamic banking solely due to the religion factor without clearly understanding the modus operandi behind the promotion of the product, thus causing the compliance factor to influence the satisfaction level in a negative way. Preferably, the
compliance factor should positively influence the level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, other service quality elements should not be ignored as all these show an important and significant relationship with customer satisfaction level based on the correlation analysis conducted. To conclude, it is hoped that the findings of this study will help to create awareness for Islamic banking in improving and upgrading the service quality offered. This is because high quality services can enhance customer satisfaction which is an asset for banks to compete in this competitive industry

Permasalahan kajian ini di mana kurangnya pendokumentasian mengenai sejarah patung ukiran kayu sehinggakan tidak ramai masyarakat luar yang mengetahui tentang budaya dan kraftangan yang dihasilkan oleh mereka. Selain itu, berlakunya arus pemodenan dalam masyarakat orang asli kerana terlalu banyak hiburan yang lain lebih menarik minat mereka sehinggakan tiada kesinambungan warisan ukiran patung ini kerana yang tinggal hanyalah golongan yang dah berusia. Penyelidikan ini juga memberi fokus kepada setiap objektif yang telah dikemukan merangkumi sejarah patung ukiran kayu, simbolik patung ukiran kayu dan juga kegunaan patung ukiran kayu ini kepada suku kaum Jah Hut. Penyelidikan ini juga berpandukan kepada teori seni langer atau teori seni yang merungkai maksud nilai simbolik patung. Kaedah ini juga menggunakan pendekatan etnografi di mana pengkaji melakukan kaedah temubual dan pemerhatian bagi mengumpulkan maklumat serta untuk menginterpretasi bentuk perkongsian mengenai sejarah budaya sesebuah kaum Kesimpulannya, penyelidikan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi penanda aras untuk kesinambungan warisan patung ukiran kayu suku kaum Jah Hut
Factors influencing Hibah giving behavior among society at Pengkalan Chepa in Kelantan
Get PDFThe number of frozen estates in Malaysia is increasing year after year, and hibah has been identified as one solution for reducing the number of frozen estates in Malaysia. The increased behaviour of Hibah among Muslims or society created a concern about the cause contributing to the hibah giving behaviour among Malaysians. The goal of this paper is to identify the factors that influence hibah giving behaviour. The proposed model was developed based on review of previous literatures to investigate whether attitude, religious value, and service quality are factors that influence hibah giving behaviour. For methodology, the researchers use quantitative method. The researchers distribute the questionnaire among the 400 respondents through online randomly among the society at Pengkalan Chepa area. The data was then analysed by using descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, normality analysis, spearman analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings obtained stated that only attitude and service quality significant influence on Hibah giving behaviour. The correlation analysis indicated that religious values, attitude and service quality have positive relationship with the Hibah giving behavior, while coefficient in Multiple Linear Regression analysis stated that only attitude and service quality significantly influence the Hibah giving behavior. The researchers believe that this research will also makes a practical contribution which not only focusing on Hibah institutions, but also all the banks and financial institutions in overall by identifying the factors that influence the Muslim community to perform Hibah. Due to research on Hibah giving behaviour is still limited, financial institutions have been unable to comprehend the factors that contribute to the frozen estate problem. Hereby, this research is attempting to solve the problem by identifying the factors influencing Hibah giving behaviour. This study also contributes to the Muslim community`s awareness of property planning during lifetime
Knowledge, awareness, perception and intention to use cryptocurrency
Get PDFUnderstanding cryptocurrency as a technology, investment vehicle, or commodity was important even before the Financial Crisis. However, the success of cryptocurrency will be determined by society's willingness to use it. Knowledge, awareness, and perception are the most commonly used antecedents to explain intention to use due to the existence of several models that incorporate the aforementioned factors. Thus, the goal of this study was to determine Malaysian students' level of knowledge, awareness, and intention to use cryptocurrency. The data was gathered by distributing a survey questionnaire to 221 Malaysian students. The structural equations were validated using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, which was also used to validate the research hypothesis. Among other findings, the most important finding is that all hypotheses can be tested for validity, and that there is a statistically significant relationship between students' knowledge, level of awareness, perception, and intention to use cryptocurrency in Malaysia

Besides, this research paper also aims to encourage people and increase the number of purchaser of family takaful especially the people in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This research paper is using quantitative research approach and the data collection was collected by online questionnaire that has been distributed through email, whatsapp and other applications. This research paper indicates that the people within the area of Kota Bharu already have family takaful insurance but still lacking in knowledge upon it in depth which means some people still not believe on how beneficial family takaful is for their future. Findings showed a few factors as the triggering factors to the intention of purchase behavior toward family takaful. It also shows that there also many of people have good knowledge and known well about family takaful. Get PDFSejarah perkembangan Islam di Kelantan ini secara tidak langsung menjadi ingatan dan titik bersejarah kepada masyarakat setempat terutamanya masyarakat Kelantan. Raja-Raja Kelantan kebanyakannya dikebumikan di Makam DiRaja Langgar yang merupakan tanah pemakaman Islam yang telah menempatkan makam-makam kesultanan sejak kemangkatan Long Yunus (1765-1795), iaitu pengasas kesultanan Kelantan moden. Hal ini menjadikan Makam DiRaja Langgar sebagai salah satu destinasi buat rakyat jelata untuk menziarahi makam-makam Sultan dan Raja Kelantan. Kajian terhadap makam ini bertujuan melihat sejauhmana perlindungan dan pengurusan yang dilakukan oleh pihak berkepentingan iaitu Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Kelantan (MAIK) serta menganalisis peranan mereka dalam menguruskan makam ini. Kajian ini dibincangkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif iaitu temubual dan pemerhatian. Begitu juga kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan Teori Pengurusan Henry Fayol 1916 yang diaplikasikan dalam pengurusan terhadap Makam DiRaja Langgar. Hasil dapatan kajian melalui temu bual dan pemerhatian mendapati mereka mempunyai pengetahuan luas mengenai sejarah dan latar belakang pembinaan serta keadaan semasa Makam DiRaja Langgar begitu juga peranan pihak bertanggungjawab berada tahap memuaskan kerana makam-makam di sini masih dilindungi dan pengurusannya dalam keadaan baik juga terkendali
