Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada Masyarakat Desa
Buku referensi yang berjudul Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada Masyarakat Desa disusun untuk masyarakat umum agar lebih memahami pentingnya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dalam aktivitas sehari-hari, khususnya di lingkungan desa. Dengan bahasa yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami, buku ini menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip K3, identifikasi risiko pekerjaan, serta langkah-langkah praktis untuk mencegah kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja.
Buku ini untuk masyarakat umum agar masyarakat paham pentingnya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, serta disebarluaskan kepada masyarakat luas agar pembaca dapat memahami, menerapkan, dan mendukung praktik K3 dalam kehidupan sehari-hari demi keselamatan, kesehatan, dan kesejahteraan komunitas desa. Buku ajar berjudul Dasar-Dasar Ilmu Kedokteran Gigi Anak disusun untuk memberikan pemahaman menyeluruh mengenai kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak sejak usia dini. Dengan penjelasan yang mudah dipahami, buku ini menggambarkan bagaimana pertumbuhan gigi terjadi, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan mulut, serta cara menjaga kondisi gigi anak tetap optimal dalam setiap tahap tumbuh kembang.
Isi buku mencakup pengenalan struktur gigi anak, kebiasaan sehari-hari yang berpengaruh pada kesehatan mulut, serta berbagai kondisi umum yang sering terjadi seperti karies, gigi sensitif, dan masalah oklusi. Selain itu, pembaca juga dibimbing untuk memahami pentingnya pembiasaan kebersihan mulut, peran orang tua dalam pendampingan, serta langkah-langkah sederhana yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah gangguan kesehatan gigi.

Leading with Passion: A Qualitative Exploration on the Accounts of School Heads in the Division of Davao Del Norte
This qualitative study explored how passion influences the leadership practices of elementary school heads in the Division of Davao del Norte. Using purposive sampling, 10 school heads with leadership experience were selected for in-depth interviews. The study aimed to understand what drives effective school leadership and how passion shapes school management. Key themes included building a strong leadership foundation, linking passion with accountability, and fostering emotional resilience. Findings revealed that passionate leaders were more engaged, promoted professional growth, and introduced innovative practices. The study underscores the importance of passion in creating positive, lasting change in schools and offers insights for leadership development and policy-making
Time Management Skills and Instructional Competence of Public Elementary School Teachers at Kapalong West District: A Mixed- methods Study
This study aimed to investigate the connection between time management abilities and instructional effectiveness among public elementary school teachers in the Kapalong West District. It focused on understanding the firsthand experiences and coping mechanisms that teachers employed to manage their time effectively while delivering quality instruction.The researcher employed a mixed methods design utilizing a convergent parallel approach. The participants were public elementary school teachers from the Kapalong West District. There were 102 teachers selected through stratified random sampling for the quantitative phase, and 14 teachers for the qualitative phase seven for in-depth interviews and seven for focus group discussions who were purposively selected. Results revealed a very high level of both time management skills and instructional competence, with a significant positive correlation between the two variables (r = 0.755, p < 0.001), indicating that teachers who manage their time effectively are more instructionally competent. The qualitative findings highlighted the lived experiences of teachers in balancing instructional and administrative responsibilities. The nine essential themes that emerged include: (1) Management Issues due to External Disruptions, (2) Effective Task Management and Instructional Balance, (3) Holistic Approach to Managing Teaching Complexities, (4) Integrated Support for Self-Advancement, (5) Optimal Implementation of Curriculum Content, (6) Essential Pillars of Effective Teaching, (7) Discipline and Streamlined Pedagogy, (8) Strategic Management of Time, and (9) Optimizing Workload Management Framework. The findings from both phases converged, confirming that effective time management significantly enhances instructional competence. The study recommends continuous professional development, reduction of administrative workload, and strengthened institutional support to help teachers maintain instructional effectiveness and promote overall well-being
Membangun Generasi Sehat Melalui Program Makan Bergizi Gratis: Keamanan Pangan, Penerimaan, dan Dampaknya bagi Gizi Ibu dan Anak
Buku Membangun Generasi Sehat Melalui Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) membahas secara komprehensif konsep, implementasi, dan dampak program Makan Bergizi Gratis di Indonesia sebagai strategi nasional untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Program MBG diposisikan bukan hanya sebagai penyedia makanan bagi anak sekolah, tetapi juga sebagai intervensi gizi yang terstruktur dengan fokus pada keamanan pangan, penerimaan menu, dan kontribusinya terhadap kesehatan ibu dan anak. Buku ini menjelaskan fondasi program mulai dari kebijakan, praktik di negara lain, urgensi bagi kelompok rentan, hingga mekanisme pelaksanaan di sekolah.
Aspek keamanan pangan menjadi perhatian utama dalam memastikan bahwa makanan yang disajikan aman, higienis, dan memenuhi standar gizi. Analisis risiko pada pangan siap saji, pentingnya perilaku penjamah yang tepat, serta manajemen alur kerja dapur sekolah diuraikan secara detail untuk mendukung standarisasi pelaksanaan MBG. Selain itu, buku ini membahas faktor penerimaan siswa terhadap menu, pola konsumsi anak Indonesia, serta keterkaitan antara status gizi ibu dan kualitas asupan anak.
Pemenuhan standar gizi untuk berbagai kelompok usia—mulai dari balita, PAUD, siswa SD hingga SMA, serta ibu hamil dan menyusui—dijelaskan berdasarkan Angka Kecukupan Gizi (AKG) nasional. Lebih jauh, MBG dipaparkan sebagai intervensi yang mampu memperbaiki ketahanan pangan rumah tangga, meningkatkan prestasi belajar, mengurangi beban ekonomi keluarga, serta membentuk kebiasaan makan sehat jangka panjang. Buku Desain PLTS Portable Kapasitas 500 Watt: Konsep dan Aplikasi merupakan panduan teknis komprehensif dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) portable berbasis Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG). Disusun dengan pendekatan rekayasa praktis, buku ini menyajikan pemodelan perhitungan kebutuhan energi, pemilihan spesifikasi panel surya, baterai LiFePO₄, solar charge controller MPPT, serta integrasi inverter pure sine wave dalam satu sistem portabel berkapasitas 500 Wp.
Setiap tahapan perancangan mulai dari diagram blok, single line diagram, konfigurasi kabel DC–AC, optimasi kapasitas penyimpanan energi, hingga rancangan mekanik rangka portabel disajikan secara sistematis dan dapat direplikasi. Pengujian lapangan yang meliputi uji beban bertahap, performa pengisian pada kondisi cuaca bervariasi, durasi baterai, dan analisis efisiensi energi memberikan data empiris untuk menilai reliabilitas sistem di berbagai skenario penggunaan.
Sebagai produk TTG, prototipe PLTS portable ini dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan kemudahan perawatan, modularitas komponen, efisiensi energi, dan keamanan sistem listrik sesuai standar proteksi DC/AC. Buku ini menghadirkan acuan teknis yang dapat langsung diterapkan oleh tenaga teknis, mahasiswa vokasi dan teknik elektro, lembaga pemerintahan, hingga komunitas energi terbarukan yang ingin mengembangkan solusi listrik mandiri yang praktis dan berkelanjutan.

Care Hub Educational App: A Review of User Experience Gaps and Potential Innovations for Adolescent Learning
Care Hub is an educational mobile application created to support interactive learning through structured modules, playful activities, and brief daily insights designed to build foundational awareness in self-care and general wellbeing. The present research focuses on reviewing user experience gaps while also considering how previously envisioned development directions, such as broader accessibility, deeper personalization, and community-linked engagement, can be incorporated into a unified enhancement pathway. Core limitations identified within the current design relate to language accessibility, the absence of instructor-oriented support features, and limited avenues for collaborative or peer-driven interaction. These aspects are integrated with forward-looking design intentions to understand how functional improvements can reinforce the app’s educational purpose. The findings indicate that Care Hub already contributes to sustained learner engagement and supports gradual cognitive development, yet several interaction points require strengthening to meet the diverse needs of minority adolescent users. Emerging directions include the addition of localized language interfaces, an educator-accessible progress environment, structured peer challenges, adaptive feedback mechanisms, and analytic tools capable of offering more detailed learning insights. The combined consideration of existing gaps and prospective features positions Care Hub for stronger continuity between its present capabilities and its long-term role in adolescent education

It discusses the theoretical underpinnings of PPPs, highlights their importance in addressing infrastructure gaps, presents case studies from various regions, and examines the challenges and benefits of such collaborations. The analysis reveals that while PPPs present opportunities for sustainable development, they are also fraught with risks, particularly political and financial. By providing a systematic overview, the article aims to offer recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of PPPs in emerging economies
The Untold Narratives of Secondary Teachers as a Library Coordinator: A Phenomenological Inquiry
This phenomenological research investigated the lived experiences of secondary teachers who were teacher-librarians in public secondary schools in Davao del Norte. Purposive sampling yielded 14 participants who described their lived experiences, coping mechanisms, and lessons learned. Thematic analysis pointed out problems such as role-balancing, fewer resources, and challenges in literacy promotion. In spite of these, the participants demonstrated resilience through applying time management, working cooperatively with colleagues, and being flexible within limitations. They also highlighted the importance of organizational abilities, technological literacy, and professional growth in the administration of school libraries. The outcomes highlight the necessity of institutional backing, policy refinement, and innovation of school libraries to enhance their effects. This study confirms the critical role played by teacher-librarians in improving student literacy and academic outcomes, necessitating systemic assistance to maintain their two roles
