Brother Philip Morgan
No full textAlthough Brother Philip Morgan was teaching in Chicago at the time, in 1952 he was tasked with determining what it would take to establish an Electrical Engineering program at Christian Brothers College in Memphis. He was recruited to study electrical engineering and received his Bachelor's degree in the field in 1954. He was then given the responsibility of organizing a Bachelor's level program for CBC. While setting up the program and its laboratories, he continued his studies, attaining a Masters' in Electrical Engineering in 1968. He worked as a professor of electrical engineering at CBC, and later CBU, until he retired in 1995

Born in 1948, Brother Anthony P. Pisano, FSC joined the Brothers of the Christian Schools in 1966. A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Brother Tony graduated from La Salle University in 1971 and earned a doctorate in history from Notre Dame University. He joined La Salle University's board of trustees in 1984 and became board president in 1988.
From 1973 to 1990, Brother Tony served in various teaching and administrative capacities at Christian Brothers College, including seven years as vice president for academic affairs and dean of the college. At the time of his death, he was a professor of history at St. Mary’s College of California
