McKittrick was president of the Engineers Club, vice president of Circle K, and made it onto the Dean’s List at Christian Brother College. The Plough Library hosts his senior electrical engineering seminar project on rectification of microwave power from when he graduated in 1965.
McKittrick was a member of the Alumni Team for 1966 when homecoming weekend included a basketball game between student athletes and alumni, and he became the president of the alumni association at CBC

Intramural Trophies
No full textFather Angelo Nobile, Msgr. Merlin Kearney, and Brother James Brink showed off the intramural trophy board. Father Angelo was Christian Brothers College's chaplain and the Director of Intramurals. Msgr. Kearney donated the board, and Brother James designed it. It was estimated that 60% of students not involved in varsity sports took part in intramurals

Joe Nadicksbernd, Basketball Coach
No full textFor over 40 years, Joe Nadicksbernd was a major part of Christian Brothers athletics, whether as a student athlete or a coach. From 1967-1971, he was a star player on the CBC baseball and basketball teams.
He coached the basketball team from 1978-1982, which was followed by 25 years as baseball coach. He became Athletics Director in 2003, a position he held until his death in 2014
