Chadwick Baker Snapshot
In 1966, Chadwick Baker was a junior at Christian Brothers College when Baker and some peers conducted research under a grant from the National Science Foundation. In 1967, he graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree and completed his education elsewhere before returning to CBC as a teacher in 1972. He retired from his full-time position in 2010, but still teaches some classes and participated in Christian Brother University’s Healthcare Packaging Consortium and the Go Baby Go Project. He was named a Schmitt Scholar by the National Electronics Conference and received the Memphis Area Joint Engineers Council Featured Engineer Award

Anne Kenworthy Portrait
Anne Kenworthy worked with Brother Edward Doody at Christian Brothers University while she was working as the director of the Memphis Urban Mathematics Collaborative. She earned her Master of Business Administration at CBU in 2002 and was a CBU administrator. She has served in several administrative roles including in the Office of Academics, Dean of Evening Programs, and Dean of Summer Programs. She left CBU to become the administrator for the Memphis Sexual Assault Resource Center.
In 2010, however, Kenworthy returned to CBU as Dean of Admissions and was promoted to Vice President for Enrollment Management two years later. During her time in enrollment, she was pivotal to establishing CBU’s commitment to DREAMers, worked closely with donors to ensure undocumented students were welcomed and has access to financial aid. In 2020, she became the Associate Vice President for Donor Relations.
Additionally, Kenworthy earned several community awards, including Memphis Woman magazine’s “50 Women Who Make a Difference,” “Victim Advocate of the Year” by the Shelby County Mayor’s Office, and the “Heroism Award” from Women of Achievement
