No full text17 tr.To study COVID-19 knowledge, awareness, and practices (KAP) among medical and health sciences students in the Viet Nam, survey in the health industry, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Ho Chi Minh city. It was conducted in English and comprised two parts: socio-demographic characteristics, and KAP towards COVID-19. A total of 1370 students responded to the survey. Out of which 74,8% of female students, 25,2% of male students. The knowledge of the students on COVID-19 was of high level; however, more than one-third of them feel unconcerned about how they feel about the disease. The majority of students believe and are willing to support and follow recommendations from competent authorities in Vietnam to prevent the entry of the coronavirus. Besides, more than two-thirds of students said that they completely know how to protect themselves from the coronavirus. Students of Vietnam's health sector had an acceptable level of knowledge, awareness, and good practices of preventive measures regarding the COVID-19 virus. There were no significant differences in most categories of students' gender-related knowledge, perceptions, and practices, or years of study

Fosberg.) có khả năng kháng vi khuẩn Acỉnetobacter sp. phân lập trên da người. Lá của Đinh lăng dĩa còn có các hợp chất: stigmasterol; spinasterol; 3-O-[3-D Glucopyranosylstigmasterol. .. Nghiên cứu đặc điểm hình thái và cấu tạo giải phẫu Đinh lăng dĩa cung cấp cơ sở để nhận diện loài và kiểm nghiệm dược liệu bằng phương pháp vi học. Rễ, thân, cuống lá, phiến lá của mẫu cây tươi được cắt ngang thành lát mỏng bằng dao lam, nhuộm vi phẫu bằng thuốc nhuộm kép son phèn lục iod. Trong khi các loài khác trong chỉ Đinh lăng (Polyscỉas) có kiểu lá kép, Đinh lăng dĩa có kiểu lá đơn, mép lá uốn cong lên trên, phiến lá như cái dĩa, gân lá hình lông chim, nổi rõ ở mặt trên, cuống lá có khớp; về cấu tạo giải phẫu, Đinh lăng dĩa có ống tiết li bào, tinh thể calci oxalate ở các cơ quan; chùy libe ở thân và rễ tương tự như cấu tạo giải phẫu của loài Đinh lăng lá nhỏ (P. frutỉcosa (L.) Harms.). Các đặc điểm hình thái và cấu tạo giải phẫu rễ, thân, là của loài Đinh lăng dĩa giúp cho việc nhận diện loài chính xác hơn

Get PDF7 tr.Các nghiên cứu hóa dược cho thấy chi Hedyotis chứa rất nhiều hợp chất hữu cơ có hoạt tính sinh học hấp dẫn như triterpen, antraquinon, steroid, glicosid, flavonoid, iridoid và alkaloid. Trong bài báo này, Cây An điền lưỡng phân thuộc chi Hedyotis, họ Cà phê thu hái ở Bình Phước được nghiên cứu với mục đích tìm ra thành phần hóa học bằng cách phân lập và xác định cấu trúc các thành phần hóa học có trong cây. 6,50 kg thân cây An điền lưỡng phân sau khi thu hái, được rửa sạch, sấy khô ở 70 0C đến khối lượng không đổi, cắt nhỏ và xay thu được bột cây khô 1,64kg. Sử dụng phương pháp ngâm dầm với dung môi ethanol 95o để điều chế cao ethanol (80,00 g). Cao ethanol được trích pha rắn trên silica gel pha thường, giải li lần lượt bằng các đơn dung môi từ không phân cực đến phân cực thu được các loại cao: ete dầu hỏa, diclorometan, etyl acetat, methanol. Từ cao diclorometan, sắc kí cột và sắc kí điều chế nhiều lần với các hệ dung môi từ kém phân cực đến dung môi phân cực, đã phân lập được hai hợp chất, đặt tên là Dichoto.Diclo1 và Dichoto.Diclo2. Bằng các phương pháp hóa lí hiện đại 1H-NMR, 13C-HMR (một chiều và hai chiều), HSQC, HMBC kết hợp với tài liệu tham khảo đã xác định được cấu trúc của hai hợp chất phân lập được là axit 4-hydroxy-3-metoxybenzoic và (22E)-5-Stigmasta-7,22-dien-3-ol. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy hợp chất Dichoto.Diclo2 có cấu trúc giống Spinasterol, điều này mang lại những hiểu biết mới về mặt hóa dược của cây An điền lưỡng phân và làm tăng giá trị ứng dụng của cây vào thực tế đời sống, đồng thời bộ dữ liệu thu được sẽ có giá trị cho những nghiên cứu xa hơn
An Assessment on Impacts of Online Education on Training Quality and Satisfaction of Tourism Undergraduate Students in A Private University and Managerial Implications for Educators
