Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu học tập ngày càng đa dạng, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực giáo dục đại học, Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành không ngừng ứng dụng CNTT trong đào tạo, đa dạng hóa các hình thức học tập truyền thống và trực tuyến để nâng cao chất lượng học tập. Nghiên cứu này tìm hiểu các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của sinh viên Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành đối với hình thức đào tạo E-learning. Dữ liệu khảo sát 494 người học được phân tích bằng công cụ SPSS. Kết quả chỉ ra rằng các yếu tố: nội dung khóa học, bản thân sinh viên, giảng viên và công nghệ - kĩ thuật có ý nghĩa quan trọng đối với sự hài lòng của người học. Kết quả nghiên cứu giúp việc hoạch định chính sách phát triển E-learning, đề xuất một số giải pháp cải thiện việc giảng dạy trực tuyến phù hợp với đặc điểm của Nhà trường

Tình hình nhiễm vi nấm trong một số dược liệu dạng quả sấy khô đang lưu hành ở Quận 5, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh
No full text8 tr.Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá mức độ nhiễm nấm trong một số dược liệu dạng quả sấy khô. Tiến hành khảo sát 58 mẫu của 8 loại dược liệu dạng quả phổ biến gồm câu kỉ tử, hắc kỉ tử, ngũ vị tử, đại táo, táo mèo, nhàu, long nhãn và sơn thù thu gom từ khu vực chợ thuốc đông y ở Quận 5, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh. Các chi nấm phổ biến trong các mẫu khảo sát bao gồm Aspergillus, Penicillium, Mucor/Rhizopus và một số chi nấm sợi màu. Kết quả có 19 mẫu dược liệu vượt quá giới hạn về độ ẩm cho phép chiếu theo các chuyên luận riêng về dược liệu của Dược điển Việt Nam V; 21 mẫu dược liệu có độ nhiễm nấm vượt quá 500 CFU/g gồm hắc kỉ tử, ngũ vị tử, nhàu và đặc biệt là long nhãn. 6/8 mẫu long nhãn có độ nhiễm cao, đáng chú ý là mẫu long nhãn cơ sở C và E có độ nhiễm vượt quá 104 CFU/g - tương ứng là (34 x 104 và 12,3 x 103) CFU/g. Một số mẫu ở cơ sở A, B và I có độ ẩm cao nhưng độ nhiễm nấm dưới 10 CFU/g và có một số dấu hiệu bất thường về cảm quan gợi ý tình trạng sử dụng thuốc nhuộm, chất bảo quản, pH sản phẩm thay đổi,… Hơn 60 % mẫu khảo sát có nhiễm nấm men, gặp nhiều ở ngũ vị tử, câu kỉ tử, nhàu, long nhãn,… nhưng không tiến hành định danh. Trong 35 mẫu nhiễm nấm mốc có 25 mẫu nhiễm cả nấm men. Sự hiện diện của Trichoderma và vi nấm sợi màu trong dược liệu gợi ý tình trạng phơi sấy hoặc để dược liệu trên nền đất vì đây là các vi nấm phổ biến trong đất

No full text9 tr.Cây Dây khai phân bố đặc hữu ở Việt Nam, từ lâu đã được người Hrê sử dụng làm dược liệu điều trị giun sán, viêm khớp, chấn thương. Nghiên cứu này xác định thành phần hóa học của rễ cây Dây khai bằng chiết tách cao rễ Dây khai theo 3 phân đoạn tương ứng với các dung môi CHCl3, EtOAc và n-BuOH. Sản phẩm của phân đoạn chiết với CHCl3 được tiến hành sắc kí cột với silica gel, kết hợp kĩ thuật tinh chế thu được 2 chất C1 và C2. Trên cơ sở dữ liệu phổ khối (mass spectrum – MS) và phổ cộng hưởng tử hạt nhân (nuclear magnetic resonance – NMR), cấu trúc của C1 và C2 được xác định là khung triterpen với tên gọi lần lượt là 3β-O-β-D-quinovopyranosid pyrocincholic acid và acid pyroquinovic. Hai chất này đều có khả năng kháng viêm trên mô hình ức chế NO trên tế bào RAW264.7. Ở nồng độ 30 µM, C1 và C2 cho khả năng ức chế lần lượt là (52,38 ± 0,79 và 20,37 ± 0,53) %. Đây là 2 dẫn chất triterpen mới được phân lập trong rễ cây Dây khai

No full text497 p.The authors of these eighteen essays have all been deeply influenced by the philosophy of architecture developed by Stanford Anderson, through his writings and through the teaching program of the Department of History, Theory and Criticism of Architecture, which he and Henry Millon founded at MIT over twenty years ago. This "school" of architectural thought views architecture as a world of inquiry and as a discipline anchored in the epistemological bases of contemporary philosophy, especially the philosophy of science. Clear thematic concerns bind the essays together. The essays of the first section, "American Debates," share a deep preoccupation with modernism, its national ideologies, and regional responses in the American context. The contributors to the second section, "European Responses," examine European responses to these American debates. In the third section, "Historiographic Constructs," contributors comment on the writing, interpretation, and uses of architectural history. Contributors to the fourth section, "Urbanisms," grapple with the knotty interdependence of politics and the built environment. In the last section, "Teaching Architecture," four distinguished educators consider the most difficult aspect of the discipline, its pedagogical mandate. Whether historians or architects (and several have trained in both areas), the essayists all share the belief that contemporary concerns about architecture affect the way history is constructed. No full text8 tr.Amikacin là kháng sinh thuộc nhóm aminoglycosid được sử dụng trong thực hành lâm sàng điều trị nhiễm khuẩn Gram (-) hiếu khí nặng đe dọa đến tính mạng người bệnh. Tuy nhiên, đây là kháng sinh phụ thuộc nồng độ và có khoảng trị liệu hẹp, độc tính cao nhất là độc tính trên thận và thính giác. Do đó, việc sử dụng amikacin hiệu quả và an toàn cần tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt về chỉ định, chế độ liều và phải được theo dõi hợp lí. Từ đó phát hiện sớm độc tính và điều chỉnh liều cho bệnh nhân. Khảo sát nồng độ amikacin trong máu của nhóm bệnh nhân độ tuổi trung bình (57,0 i 15,3) tuổi, thời gian nằm viện (6,8 i 2,4) ngày, với liều trung bình (13,6 i 2,3) mg/kg/ngày cho kết quả nồng độ khoảng giữa (Cmid-level) ở thời điểm (9 - 12) giờ có 36,4 % bệnh nhân trong vùng 24 giờ, 59,1 % dưới ngưỡng phát hiện và 4,5 % trên vùng 24 giờ. Ở chế độ liều nhiều lần trên ngày (MDD) trong khoảng trị liệu, 87,5 % bệnh nhân có nồng độ đỉnh (Cpeak). Nồng độ đỉnh chế độ liều một lần trên ngày (ODD) chỉ có 9,1 % bệnh nhân đạt khoảng trị liệu. Nồng độ đáy (Ctrough) chế độ liều ODD bệnh nhân trên ngưỡng trị liệu là 23,1 %. Trong số 5 % bệnh nhân độc thận có 2,5 % suy thận cấp sau 3 ngày. Chưa phát hiện bất thường trên thính giác và tiền đình trong quá trình điều trị
