Analyzing genetic diversity of chloroplast genomes in Liliales
No full text14 p.Liliales is a monocotyledonous order and contains both photosynthetic and mycoheterotrophic species that distribute locally or worldwide. In this study, the genetic diversity of chloroplast genomes in Liliales was explored regarding their nucleotide diversity and repeated composition. The analysis of nucleotide diversity revealed various hotspots in large and small single-copy regions whereas the IR regions had low sequence divergence. Although each family has specific hotspots, the rps15-ycf1 region was commonly found as a highly variable area in the cpDNA of observed taxa. In the cpDNA of Liliales, mononucleotide simple sequence repeat (SSR) is the most common type. The majority of SSRs are located in non-coding regions. Similarly, more long repeats were found in non-coding areas than in coding sequences. Additionally, the complement repeat exceeds forward type in the cpDNA of Liliales. The highest number of long repeats was found in Corsia dispar whereas that of SSRs was detected in Smilax china. The results of nucleotide diversity and repeat analyses provided fundamental information for further studies on population genetics, molecular marker development and evolutionary history of Liliales

Get PDF5 tr.Với đại dịch COVID-19, sinh viên Dược cần có kiến thức và thái độ tốt về phòng chống COVID-19 nhằm hỗ trợ lực lượng y tế, bảo vệ sức khỏe bản thân và người xung quanh. Bằng phương pháp cắt ngang mô tả, nghiên cứu đã tiến hành khảo sát 401 sinh viên Khoa Dược, Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành. Kết quả: sinh viên chưa nhận định được COVID-19 có thể lây qua đường phân, chất thải (tỉ lệ đúng 28,4 %) và nhầm lẫn từ mẹ sang con là đường nhiễm COVID-19 (tỉ lệ đúng 30,4 %); có kiến thức tốt về triệu chứng chính của dịch bệnh (tỉ lệ đúng 74,6 %); nắm rõ khoảng cách phòng chống dịch COVID-19 tối thiểu là 2 mét (tỉ lệ đúng 89,3 %); đặc biệt đại bộ phận có thái độ tuân thủ “Thông điệp 5K”. Từ thực trạng trên cho thấy cần đẩy mạnh truyền thông, nhất là qua mạng xã hội, khuyến khích truy cập nguồn thông tin chính thống từ Bộ Y tế và phương tiện truyền thông

No full text7 tr.Vỏ lụa ca cao là sản phẩm phụ của ngành công nghiệp sản xuất sô cô la. Việc tận dụng nguồn chế phẩm phụ này kết hợp với bánh quy làm tăng giá trị kinh tế cho cây ca cao, mang lại thêm nguồn thu nhập cho người dân. Trong nghiên cứu này, bánh quy được bổ sung nguồn nguyên liệu tự nhiên là vỏ lụa ca cao. Vỏ lụa ca cao chứa nhiều chất xơ, chất chống oxi hóa,… nâng cao giá trị của sản phẩm bánh quy đối với sức khỏe con người. Bánh quy vỏ lụa ca cao 20 % (w/w) có vị đắng, màu nâu, có mùi thơm đặc trưng của ca cao, cấu trúc xốp, giòn, được sản xuất theo quy trình như sau: nhào trộn 2 phút, ủ 20 phút, tạo hình và nướng trong 25 phút ở 150oC. Công thức bánh quy vỏ lụa ca cao được yêu thích nhất là 200 g bột mì số 8; 40 g vỏ lụa ca cao; 102 g bơ lạt; 43 g magarin; 112,5 g đường; 33,75 g lòng đỏ trứng; 2 g baking soda và 2 g vani. Kết quả nghiên cứu có thể ứng dụng tạo sản phẩm bổ sung nguồn năng lượng và dinh dưỡng cho người tiêu dùng
