No full text6 tr.Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là xây dựng phương pháp Rp-HPLC nhanh, chính xác, đơn giản dùng để phân tích đồng thời Salbutamol (Sal) và Bromhexin (Brom) trong si-rô thuốc. Quá trình phân tách sắc kí thực hiện trên cột Phenomenex Genimi NX-C18 (250mm × 4,6mm, 5µm). Pha động sử dụng hỗn hợp dung môi methanol – acid orthophosphoric 0,07% tỉ lệ 59:41 (tt/tt), chế độ đẳng dòng, duy trì ở tốc độ 0,9ml/phút, nhiệt độ buồng cột 25oC. Bước sóng phát hiện là 225nm. Kết quả cho thấy độ tuyến tính tốt (R2 > 0,999), miền giá trị tuyến tính xác định từ 4-24μg/ml đối với Sal và 8-48μg/ml đối với Brom. Phương trình hồi qui tuyến tính lần lượt là y = 16,503x +0,0383 cho Sal và y = 17,084x+0,624 cho Brom; độ chính xác, độ đúng đạt yêu cầu (RSD < 2%, tỉ lệ phục hồi trung bình của Sal là 99,2-99,5% và của Brom là 99,5-99,8%. Từ số liệu thẩm định cho thấy, phương pháp đã được thẩm định theo hướng dẫn và đạt theo yêu cầu của ICH Q2R1
