We have built from scratch, over the Summer of 2021, the platform to produce and host our notes, and documented it precisely at https://csci-1301.github.io/contributing.html and https://csci-1301.github.io/user_guide . In parallel, we collected all the material we could from past instructors and other OER, and “poured” it into our prototype.
The material was then polished as the first iteration of this class was taught by Neea Rush, during Summer 2021. The smaller section size and our adaptability made this transition smooth, as students could access the resources “just in time” and comment on it as they were using it

No full text10 tr.Dịch chiết Trầu không đã được chứng minh có khả năng kháng nấm da và kháng khuẩn rất tốt. Thành phần chính có hoạt tính trong dịch chiết là hydroxychvicol. Hydroxychavicol trong cao trầu không (Piper betle L. Piperaceae) được định lượng bằng sắc kí lỏng hiệu năng cao sử dụng cột C18 (5 µm x 2,1 mm x 250 mm) để chạy với pha động là acetonitril: orthophosphoric acid 0,05 % (30 : 70), tốc độ dòng 0,5 mL/min, thể tích tiêm mẫu 2 µL. Kết quả thẩm định theo hướng dẫn của ICH cho thấy quy trình có độ đặc hiệu cao, đạt độ tuyến tính, đạt độ lặp lại với RSD = 1,12 %, đạt độ đúng với tỉ lệ hồi phục 96 %. Quy trình đã cung cấp các thông số nhằm góp phần xây dựng tiêu chuẩn kiểm nghiệm cao Trầu không của Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu đã sử dụng quy trình trên để đánh giá hàm lượng hydroxycavicol trong cao chiết nước phân đoạn dicloromethan của Trầu không cho thấy hàm lượng hydroxychavicol khoảng 85 %
Đánh giá hoạt tính kháng vi sinh vật của cao chiết các chủng niêm khuẩn
Get PDF7 tr.Hiệu quả kháng vi sinh vật của cao chiết toàn phần trong môi trường VY/3 của 43 chủng niêm khuẩn được phân lập tại Việt Nam được khảo sát trong 5 chủng vi khuẩn: MSSA, MRSA, S. faecalis, E. coli, P. aeruginosa, 5 chủng vi nấm bao gồm A. niger, Penicillium sp., Mucor sp., Rhizopus sp. và C. albicans sử dụng phương pháp giếng khuếch tán. Có 41/43 (95,3 %) mẫu thử thể hiện hoạt tính kháng ít nhất một vi sinh vật thử nghiệm, hoạt tính trên các chủng nấm sợi (dao động từ (48,8-69,8) % ở 4 chủng nấm) cao hơn trên vi khuẩn, khả năng ức chế vi khuẩn Gram dương tốt hơn Gram âm. Hai chủng NC02, NC11 (thuộc chi Myxococcus) thể hiện khả năng ức chế cao đã được xác định giá trị MIC bằng phương pháp vi pha loãng trên đĩa 96 giếng. Trong đó, nồng độ ức chế tối thiểu của chủng NC02 cao nhất với (4 và 32) µg/mL đối với A. niger và C. albicans. Giá trị MIC của chủng NC11 là 32 µg/mL ức chế C. albicans và A. niger. Hai chủng tiềm năng này có thể sử dụng trong các nghiên cứu tiếp theo để xác định thành phần có hoạt tính trong cao chiết tổng

Besides, TPC and TEAC differ in degrees of roasting, with light roasting mainly showing the highest value due to the balance between the breakdown of phenolic compounds and the generation of new antioxidant compounds. mainly from the Maillard reactions. The close correlation between TPC and antioxidant capacity for the correlation coefficient (R2> 0.7) suggests that phenolic compounds play an important role in the antioxidant capacity of coffee
Nghiên cứu hoạt tính làm lành vết thương và kháng viêm của Lan Gấm (Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata) nuôi cấy mô
Get PDF8 tr.Lan Gấm (Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata) đã được chứng minh là loại dược liệu quý, có tác dụng kích thích hệ miễn dịch, chống tăng đường huyết và bảo vệ gan. Rất nhiều nghiên cứu đã sử dụng các cao chiết khác nhau để đánh giá hoạt tính sinh học của Lan Gấm. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi đánh giá in vitro hoạt tính làm lành vết thương của cao chiết chứa polysaccharide (AWE) và hoạt tính kháng viêm của cao chiết ethanol (AEE) từ Lan Gấm nuôi cấy mô tại Việt Nam. Kết quả cho thấy AWE ở nồng độ 100 μg/mL thể hiện hoạt tính làm lành vết thương sau 16 giờ xử lý trên mô hình nguyên bào sợi (fibroblast). Trong khi đó, AEE thể hiện khả năng kháng viêm trong thử nghiệm sản sinh NO trên tế bào RAW 264.7. Những hoạt tính in vitro của Lan Gấm thu được trong nghiên cứu sẽ tạo tiền đề cho các nghiên cứu tiếp theo trên mô hình in vivo
