Khảo sát thành phần hóa học cao ethyl acetate của cây Quyển bá trường sinh (Selaginella tamariscina)
Get PDF6 tr.Cây Quyển bá trường sinh thuộc chi Selaginella thu hái ở tỉnh Quảng Ngãi được nghiên cứu với mục đích tìm ra thành phần hóa học trong cao ethyl acetate bằng cách phân lập và xác định cấu trúc các thành phần hóa học. Từ 7,3 kg mẫu cây Quyển bá trường sinh (Selaginella tamariscina), bằng kĩ thuật trích Soxlet lần lượt với các dung môi n-hexane, ethyl acetate và methanol, thu hồi dung môi cho ra các cao chiết tương ứng. Thực hiện sắc kí cột kết hợp với sắc kí bản mỏng cao chiết ethyl acetate (50,2 g) trên silica gel pha thường, pha đảo RP-18 và Sephadex LH-20 với những hệ dung môi khác nhau, hai hợp chất tinh khiết đã được phân lập. Dựa trên phổ 1H và 13C NMR kết hợp so sánh với tài liệu tham khảo, cấu trúc của các hợp chất này đã được xác định, bao gồm: một dẫn xuất chromone, 5,7-dihydroxy-2,6,8-trimethylchromone (1) và một dẫn xuất glycoside steroid, stigmast-5,22-dien-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2). Đây là lần đầu hai hợp chất này được tìm thấy trong cây Quyển bá trường sinh ở Việt Nam. Những phân đoạn còn lại cũng đang được tiếp tục nghiên cứu thành phần hóa học để phân lập thêm những hợp chất khác

Study On Factors Affecting The Hydrolysis Of Coconut Oil
Get PDF1 pageUnlike most other vegetable oils, coconut oil is about 92% saturated fatty acids and contains many medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs); it is a prevalent ingredient in the chemical industry of fatty oil worldwide. The value of fatty acids has spurred the development of methods for producing fatty acids in coconut oil. The enzymatic hydrolysis method is an excellent way to protect the hydrolyzed product and keep some product properties as desired. The process can obtain a cleaner product, which is a primary concern in food, cosmetic, and biomedical applications. This study aimed to perform the hydrolysis of coconut oil using lipase enzyme catalysis to recover free fatty acids. Various factors affecting the degree of hydrolysis, including the ratio of coconut oil to buffer, lipase enzyme concentration, pH, temperature, and reaction time, were considered. It was found that the optimal parameters for coconut oil hydrolysis are as follows: the ratio of coconut oil to buffer of 1:4, lipase enzyme content of 3%, pH of 7.5, reaction temperature of 50 °C, and a hydrolysis time of 6 hours to achieve the highest degree of hydrolysis at 53%. This finding may contribute to enhancing the economic value of coconut oil

Tinh dầu quế đen có hoạt tính kháng Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa), Escherichia coli (E. coli), và Salmonella typhimurium là nhờ thành phần cinnamaldehydecó trong tinh dầu. Màng hỗn hợp dựa trên poly(vinyl alcohol)/agar kết hợp với tinh dầu Quế đen được tổng hợp thành công bằng phương pháp tạo màng.
