No full text7 tr.Hội chứng rối loạn hô hấp và sinh sản ở lợn là một trong những bệnh phức tạp và nguy hiểm nhất, với tỉ lệ tử vong cao cho cả đàn lợn. Cho đến nay, việc chẩn đoán bệnh vẫn dựa chủ yếu vào các dấu hiệu lâm sàng khi lợn phát bệnh và các phương pháp dùng kháng thể, chẩn đoán phân tử RT-PCR thường đòi hỏi nhiều thời gian và kĩ thuật phức tạp cho xét nghiệm bệnh. Trong khi đó, phương pháp khuếch đại đẳng nhiệt RT-LAMP thừa hưởng tất cả ưu điểm của PCR về độ nhạy, độ đặc hiệu nhưng kĩ thuật đơn giản và thời gian thực hiện nhanh chóng. Vì thế, mục tiêu chính của nghiên cứu này là xây dựng quy trình phát hiện nhanh vi rút gây hội chứng rối loạn sinh sản và hô hấp ở lợn (PRRSV) bằng multiplex RT-LAMP. Quy trình multiplex RT-LAMP được tối ưu trong nghiên cứu có khả năng phát hiện trình tự mục tiêu PRRSV với giới hạn phát hiện 100,5 TCID50/mL, phản ứng được thực hiện tại một nhiệt độ cố định (65 °C) trong thời gian 25 phút, có thể đọc kết quả nhanh bằng mắt thường thông qua màu sắc của phản ứng

Theo kinh nghiệm dân gian, cây Dâm bụt hồng cận có tác dụng chữa trị một số bệnh như sốt cao, đau đầu, tiểu đường, viêm đường tiết niệu,… Tuy nhiên, để xác định tên khoa học của loài này và kiểm nghiệm về mặt vi học dược liệu, cần có tài liệu mô tả về các đặc điểm hình thái và giải phẫu của cây. Vì vậy, nghiên cứu này đã mô tả đặc điểm hình thái và giải phẫu của mẫu cây Dâm bụt hồng cận thu hái ở TP. Hồ Chí Minh nhằm cung cấp cơ sở dữ liệu về thực vật học giúp nhận diện và kiểm nghiệm dược liệu. Kết quả phân tích các đặc điểm hình thái và giải phẫu của cơ quan rễ, thân, lá, cuống lá và thành phần bột thân, lá của Dâm bụt hồng cận được mô tả chi tiết. Những đặc điểm này cung cấp cơ sở dữ liệu quan trọng để nhận dạng và kiểm nghiệm về mặt vi học của loài. Determination of cyclic volatile methylsiloxanes in sludge samples collected from To Lich River, Ha Noi, Vietnam
Get PDF8 p.Cyclic volatile methylsiloxanes (cVMSs) are synthesis chemicals used widely in consumer products such as building materials, households, electrical and medical devices, and personal care products. Due to being used in many applications, cVMSs are released into various micro-environments. Recently, the pollution level of cVMSs in the environment including sewage sludge has been gradually concerned. In this work, four typical cVMSs: hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D3), octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5), and dodecamethylhexasiloxane (D6) were measured in 20 sludge samples collected from a sewage river (To Lich River) in Ha Noi metropolitan by using the gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method. The method detection limits (MDLs) and the method qualification limits (MQLs) of cVMSs in sewage sludge were a range of (1.20-3.00) ng/g-dw (dry weight) and (3.60-9.00) ng/g-dw, respectively. Recoveries of the surrogate compound (tetrakis-(trimethyl siloxane)-silane: M4Q) in blank and real samples were from (89.4 to 112) % (RSD: 9.2 %). The total concentrations of cVMSs in sewage sludge samples from To Lich River ranged from (260 to 13,800) ng/g-dw. Among the studied cVMSs, D5 was found at the highest levels in a range of (150-6,040) ng/g-dw. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the occurrence of cVMSs in sewage sludge samples in Ha Noi as well as Vietnam. The results indicate that the distribution of cVMSs in environments is significantly high and further studies should be conducted

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là khảo sát mức độ hài lòng và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng của sinh viên năm nhất Khoa Dược khi học trực tuyến trong đại dịch COVID-19 tại Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ 398 sinh viên và được xử lí số liệu bằng phần mềm SPSS 20 và Excel 10. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện bằng phương pháp định lượng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy sinh viên hài lòng khi học trực tuyến và cả 5 nhân tố đề xuất đều có ảnh hưởng cùng chiều tới sự hài lòng của sinh viên khi học trực tuyến. Trong đó nhân tố “Nội dung học tập” có tác động mạnh nhất. Từ kết quả trên, nghiên cứu đã đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao sự hài lòng của sinh viên trong quá trình học trực tuyến
