Ứng dụng mô hình 3D này trong đào tạo ngành kĩ thuật điện đã giúp cho sinh viên thấy được hình ảnh thực tế, sơ đồ đấu nối và vị trí lắp đặt của các thiết bị điện một cách trực quan, sinh động. No full text9 tr.Từ lâu, Xuyên tâm liên (Andrographis paniculata) được dùng trong dân gian để chữa các bệnh tả, sốt, viêm họng, nhiễm trùng, tiêu chảy… Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm phân lập các hợp chất andrographolid từ Xuyên tâm liên và đánh giá khả năng ức chế đối với SARS-Cov-2 trên mô hình in silico. Từ phân đoạn ethyl acetat, hai hợp chất tinh khiết, 14-deoxyandrographolid (Ap-2) và andrographolid (Ap-3) đã được phân lập. Mô hình docking phân tử cho thấy hai hợp chất andrographolid này có khả năng gắn kết vào đích tác động Mpro của SARS-CoV-2 chủng hoang dại (6LU7) và chủng đột biến Omicron (7TLL) nhưng tác dụng yếu hơn so với chứng dương N3 và Nirmatrevil. Điểm số docking của Ap-2 và Ap-3 vào hai đích tác động dao động từ −12,04 đến −15,65 kJ/mol. Kết quả của nghiên cứu đã cho thấy được vai trò tiềm năng của Xuyên tâm liên trong việc hỗ trợ phòng ngừa và điều trị cho bệnh nhân nhiễm Covid-19
Determination of perfluorinated compounds in Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms using LC-MS/MS in combination with sample preparation by ultrasound-assisted extraction and solid-phase extraction
Get PDF7 p.Fifteen perfluorinated compounds, including perfluorocarboxylic acids and perfluoroalkyl sulfonate salts (with 4 to 12 carbon atoms in their structure) in Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms samples underwent analysis using Liquid Chromatography- tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). This analysis was conducted alongside sample preparation employing ultrasound-assisted extraction and solid-phase extraction. The optimization of solvent extraction involved the use of 5 ml of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), 10 minutes of sonication, and three repeated extraction cycles. The weak anion exchange (WAX) cartridge was selected after evaluating and comparing the solid-phase extraction efficiencies of both WAX and C18 cartridges. The evaluated method demonstrated successful analysis of all 15 PFCs in plant samples, achieving favorable recoveries ranging from 71 to 116% (with a coefficient of variation of 1.2-6.6%). The quantification limits for these 15 PFCs in Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms samples ranged between 0.30 to 0.54 ng/g

No full text5 tr.Collimator, gantry và bàn điều trị trong máy gia tốc tuyến tính là những bộ phận quan trọng dùng trong xạ trị. Sự ổn định về chuyển động cơ khí của ba thành phần nói trên là một trong các yếu tố quan trọng ảnh hưởng tới việc điều trị. Nghiên cứu này tập trung vào vấn đề kiểm tra độ đồng tâm cơ khí và góc quay của bàn điều trị, gantry và collimator. Phép đo sẽ được đối chiếu với giới hạn cho phép của khuyến nghị quốc tế AAPM TG-198 và AAPM TG-142 lần lượt là 1o và 1mm. Các kết quả phép đo đều thỏa các khuyến nghị quốc tế ngoại trừ tâm quay của gantry. Các nhà vật lí y khoa tại cơ sở cần phối hợp với kĩ sư hãng máy xem xét và khắc phục sự sai khác này để tránh ảnh hưởng lớn đến kết quả điều trị. Liên quan đến máy LINAC, hiện Việt Nam chỉ có Thông tư 15/2017/TT-BKHCN về kiểm định cấp phép hoạt động chứ chưa có quy định về đảm bảo chất lượng định kì cũng như kiểm tra đánh giá ngoài. Khuyến nghị các văn bản này cần được nghiên cứu và ban hành trên cơ sở bằng chứng khoa học đã ban hành trên thế giới, góp phần cải thiện chất lượng điều trị bệnh ung thư của Việt Nam

No full text7 tr.Hiện nay, tình hình xâm nhập mặn ngày càng nghiêm trọng, ảnh hưởng đến năng suất nhiều loại cây trồng. Do đó, việc nghiên cứu các chủng vi khuẩn chịu mặn vừa có hoạt tính cố định đạm, vừa có khả năng phân giải lân, nhằm giảm lượng phân hóa học sử dụng trong nông nghiệp mà vẫn duy trì được năng suất cao, cải thiện độ phì nhiêu của đất và an toàn cho môi trường là rất cần thiết. Trên môi trường nuôi cấy vi sinh (Luria Bertani − LB), từ 7 mẫu đất vùng rễ chuối ở Cần Giờ sau khi phân lập đã thu được 24 chủng vi khuẩn chịu mặn ở nồng độ NaCl 4 ‰. Kết quả kiểm tra hoạt tính của các chủng phân lập trên môi trường NBRIP và Ashby cho thấy 10 chủng có khả năng chuyển hoá lân, 14 chủng có khả năng cố định đạm, đặc biệt, trong đó có 5 chủng (Đ1, Đ8, Đ11, Đ14 và Đ17) vừa có hoạt tính cố định đạm, vừa có khả năng phân giải lân. Kết quả này là cơ sở để nghiên cứu phát triển chế phẩm vi sinh chịu mặn tiếp theo
