Get PDF7 tr.Bệnh thối củ hành tím do vi nấm gây thiệt hại lớn về sản lượng và chất lượng củ hành trong quá trình bảo quản. Nghiên cứu được tiến hành nhằm định danh vi nấm gây thối củ hành tím sau thu hoạch. Bằng phương pháp xác định dựa trên hình thái vi nấm, nguyên tắc Koch và định danh phân tử, hai tác nhân gây thối củ hành tím đã được chứng minh là Fusarium oxysporum và Aspergillus spp.. Bệnh thường bắt đầu từ phần rễ hoặc phần vỏ gần gốc rồi sau đó lan rộng vào thịt củ làm cho củ hành chuyển màu nâu, mềm và mọng nước. Đặc điểm hình thái của tác nhân gây bệnh đã được xác định tương đồng giữa mẫu phân lập ban đầu và mẫu tái phân lập khi lây nhiễm nhân tạo; và triệu chứng bệnh khi lây nhiễm nhân tạo cũng giống với mẫu bệnh ban đầu. Phân tích trình tự DNA mã hóa vùng 18S rRNA của chủng 2 loại vi nấm cho thấy sự tương đồng trên 99 % với cùng vùng trình tự của F. oxysporum và Aspergillus spp. trên GenBank. Kết quả đề tài là cơ sở để thực hiện các nghiên cứu về biện pháp phòng trừ bệnh hại, nâng cao hiệu quả bảo quản củ hành tím
Application of Raman spectroscopy in relative blue ballpoint pen ink dating for forensic document analysis – a case report
Get PDF7 p.In this case report, blue ballpoint ink on a questioned document was investigated using a newly developed Raman model devoted for dating of documents via writing inks. The majority of blue ballpoint pen inks contain crystal violet - a triarylmethane dye which displays a typical “molecular fingerprint” type of Raman spectrum, of which most intense peaks at 749 cm−1 and 1542 cm−1 (under 785 nm laser excitation) represents the least and the most stable bonds of crystal violet molecules, respectively. The ratios of peak intensities at above mentioned Raman shifts are utilized to estimate the relative dating of the questioned blue ballpoint pen ink in practice, results of which agreed with estimations using other traditional relative dating methods

Get PDF8 tr.Astaxanthin is one of the most significant secondary metabolites with high price because of its high antioxidant activity. It can be used in commercial applications, including the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and aquaculture Haematococcus pluvialis contains the richest natural source for astaxanthin, so it has gained a lot of attention for commercial astaxanthin production. It is suggested that H. pluvialis can produce astaxanthin through a two-stage process that involves growing biomass under optimal conditions and then subjecting this biomass to stress conditions to cause astaxanthin accumulation. In this study, we used a two-stage LED-illuminated technique to produce high level of astaxanthin in a plastic bag photobioreactor. Plastic bag PBRs have received increased attention in recent years due to low cost and simplicity of controlling the culture. The results demonstrated that the two-stage procedure on plastic bags using shifting red-blue LED had the ability to produce high quality astaxanthin at a low production cost. The highest dry biomass and astaxanthin content were 2.53 g L-1 and 5.09%, respectively. The yolk color and egg-laying rate of hens improved when their diets were supplemented with H. pluvialis biomass. Hens fed with 0.2%, 0.5%, and 1% biomass rose by 8% (63.81%), 16% (68.57%), and 17% (69.52%), respectively, as compared to controls (59.05%)

Recently, legumes have contributed to a sustainable and increased food supply for the rapidly growing global population due to climate change. Legume seeds that are intact or milled into flour offer a complex array of macro- and micronutrients and phytochemicals for human nutrition. Additionally, they can be fractionated into their component proteins, starches, lipids and dietary fibre as health- and techno-functional food ingredients. These ingredients are in great demand by the food industry, for example, in the manufacture of vegetarian and vegan dairy products and meat analogues with good nutritional profiles. However, the issues, such as micronutrient availability, antinutrients and allergenicity, still require solutions for the maximum uptake of legumes by humans. We invited manuscripts that address any aspect of this broad topic, including the impact of innovative food technologies on the nutritional value of legumes and those focusing on nutritional properties of seeds from underutilised members of the Fabaceae (Leguminosae) family

No full text7 tr.Acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) is currently the most affected disease of shrimp farms worlwide As rapid and specific detection methods are essential to improve disease management, a lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) was designed for the detection of PirAvp and PirBvp toxins in shrimp. In this study, polyclonal antibody based lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA) strip has been developed. The recombinant PirAvp and PirBvp toxin‐like proteins of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VPAHPND) was used to immunize rabbits with the highest antibody titre after the third booster. This polyclonal rabbit antiserum was purified and used to develop a LFIA strip for the detection of AHPND pathogen. This test strip could detect PirAvp and PirBvp toxins up to 125 ng/mL by naked eye within 15 min. No cross-reactivity was observed with VPnon-AHPND. Furthermore, the sensitivity and specificity of LFIA were 94.0% and 98.0%, respectively. This LFIA strip could be used as a handy tool by the farmers and technicians in situ

No full text7 tr.Phân tích cơ cấu sử dụng thuốc giúp cơ sở y tế thấy rõ một số bất cập liên quan đến việc sử dụng thuốc, giúp bác sĩ và các nhà quản lí có giải pháp trong hoạt động kê đơn, mua sắm thuốc hợp lí. Phương pháp và đối tượng nghiên cứu: phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang, đối tượng gồm toàn bộ danh mục thuốc sử dụng tại Bệnh viện Nhân dân Gia Định năm 2020-2021. Kết quả: năm 2020 có 864 khoản mục và năm 2021 có 964 khoản mục ứng với hơn 88,3 tỉ đồng và gần 127 tỉ đồng, trong đó thuốc nhập khẩu chiếm phần lớn từ (72,2-79,5) % giá trị sử dụng. Nhóm thuốc kháng sinh, kháng nấm, kháng virus là nhóm có số khoản mục và giá trị sử dụng lớn nhất. Phân loại ABC: thuốc hạng A chiếm khoảng 80 %, thuốc hạng B chiếm khoảng 10 % và hạng C khoảng 10 % giá trị sử dụng. Nhóm thuốc N với 27 khoản mục đến 31 khoản mục từ 2020-2021, thuốc thuộc phân nhóm thuốc AN (thuốc không thiết yếu có chi phí cao/lượng tiêu thụ lớn) vẫn có sử dụng nhưng ở mức hạn chế từ (2-3) khoản mục chiếm từ khoảng (0,4-0,6) % giá trị sử dụng. Sự phân bổ kinh phí trong sử dụng thuốc tại bệnh viện khá phù hợp, cần duy trì sự ổn định trong các năm sau. Bên cạnh đó, bệnh viện nên sử dụng thuốc sản xuất trong nước thay vì thuốc nhập khẩu
