Bài phân tích tổng hợp đề cập đến vấn đề trên với mục tiêu xem xét liệu bổ sung vitamin B12 có thể ngăn chặn sự tiến triển suy giảm nhận thức nhẹ, đồng thời cũng đánh giá việc sử dụng có giúp ngăn ngừa suy giảm nhận thức nhẹ ở người khỏe mạnh hay không. Có tổng cộng 18 nghiên cứu ngẫu nhiên lâm sàng có đối chứng liên quan đến 5.911 người tham gia được đưa vào phân tích tổng hợp. Biểu đồ rừng cho thấy bổ sung vitamin B không mang lại hiệu quả ở cả hai nhóm mắc bệnh suy giảm nhận thức nhẹ và sa sút trí tuệ (Z = 3,08; p = 0,002; MD = 0,43; KTC 95 %: 0,16 ÷ 0,69) và nhóm người khỏe mạnh (Z = 0,86; p = 0,390; MD = 0,06; KTC 95 %: −0,07 ÷ 0,19). Nhưng lại có hiệu quả trong việc cải thiện nồng độ homosysteine (tHcy) trong huyết thanh (Z = 10,71; p = 0,000; MD = –0,75; KTC 95 %: –3,25 ÷ –2,25). Kết quả cho thấy: không có bằng chứng về tác dụng có lợi đối với mặt cải thiện nhận thức thông qua bổ sung vitamin B nhưng lại có hiệu quả trong việc giảm nồng độ tHcy

Hiện nay, chưa có chuyên luận riêng cho (S) trong dược điển và phương pháp định lượng, tách (S), (R) tối ưu. Nghiên cứu sử dụng HPLC với các đối tượng nghiên cứu gồm viên nén AM 5 mg; (S)−AM 2,5 mg và 5 mg; chất đối chiếu AM besilat; (S)−AM besilat; các hóa chất, dung môi đạt chuẩn phân tích; các cột tách gồm lux cellulose-(1,2,3,4). Trình tự tiến hành: trước tiên, khảo sát cột, đánh giá khả năng tách. Tiếp theo khảo sát pha động, chọn hệ pha động phù hợp nhất. Cuối cùng, thẩm định phương pháp (theo ICH). Kết quả cho thấy cột lux cellulose-4 tách được hoàn toàn hỗn hợp tại bước sóng 237 nm với hệ acetonitril-ethanol-diethylamin tỉ lệ 90:10:0,1 (v:v:v). Khi thẩm định, phương pháp đạt yêu cầu về tính đặc hiệu, khoảng tuyến tính, độ đúng, độ chính xác, giới hạn phát hiện, giới hạn định lượng với độ phân giải > 2,5, phạm vi định lượng từ (0,1-1) µg/mL, độ lệch chuẩn tương đối < 2 % (n = 6), độ phục hồi (98-102) %. Như vậy, HPLC dùng cột lux cellulose-4 với hệ acetonitril-ethanol-diethylamin (90:10:0,1) phù hợp tách (S) và (R), là một phương pháp mới để định lượng riêng (S), kiểm nghiệm các chế phẩm chứa AM hoặc (S) trên thị trường

It can be incorporated into an existing property management operations course or used for a stand-alone course focused on sustainable property management. Although sustainability, as used in the real estate context, is about preserving the environment, it is about more than that. In sustainable property management, sustainability encompasses three spheres—environmental, social, and economic. Sustainable property management is about reconciling these three spheres throughout the operations and maintenance phases of the building lifecycle in such a way that a balance is achieved between economic development and the protection of environmental and social resources.
This textbook explains how ecologically sustainable concepts may be implemented throughout the property management operation functions while also considering the other spheres of sustainability. It also incorporates the theme of sustainable building practices as a human science as well as a building science by highlighting motivations and impacts to various stakeholders. The author draws on industry examples to illustrate these concepts and provides many experiential activities through which students can apply these concepts
