Get PDF9 tr.Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá mức độ tác động của các yếu tố đến ý định học thạc sĩ ngành Quản trị kinh doanh của sinh viên tại Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành. Từ kết quả thu thập qua khảo sát 250 sinh viên đang theo học tại trường, sử dụng phương pháp phân tích nhân tố khám phá và hồi quy đa biến, kết quả cho thấy có sáu yếu tố có tác động đến “Ý định học thạc sĩ ngành Quản trị kinh doanh” theo mức độ giảm dần bao gồm: (1) Thái độ đối với học thạc sĩ; (2) Chương trình đào tạo; (3) Cơ hội nghề nghiệp, (4) Chi phí học tập hợp lý, (5) Chuẩn chủ quan, (6) Danh tiếng của trường. Yếu tố “Nhận thức kiểm soát hành vi” là yếu tố duy nhất không có tác động. Kết quả nghiên cứu là nguồn tham khảo cho việc hoạch định chính sách tuyển sinh, thu hút sinh viên theo học thạc sĩ ngành Quản trị kinh doanh tại Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành

Get PDF1 p.Floating treatment wetlands (FTWs) are artifcial platforms that allow aquatic emergent plants to grow in water. Aquatic macrophytes and microorganisms attached to plant roots contribute to the remediation of the contaminated water through physicochemical and biological processes. The pollutant removal treatment performance is affected by various factors, including the plant species. In this study, several plant species, i.e. Canna generalis, Phragmites australis, Pennisetum purpureum, Cyperus alternifolius rottb, Kyllinga brevifolia rottb, and Cyperus ordoratus were investigated for their potential to clean-up water from the Hang Bang canal in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). Canna generalis, Phragmites australis, and Cyperus alternifoliuswere found to be suitable for FTWs with the highest performance compared to that of other plant species investigated. The organic and nitrogen removal rates amounted to 48–70 gCOD/m3.d and 0.7–1.2 gN/m3.d, respectively, whereas the reduction of pathogens was around 1.86–3.00 log. Furthermore, FTW systems bring other benefts such as improving ecosystem functioning and biodiversity, producing value-added products from plant biomass, as well as attracting the attention of communities, thus increasing social acceptance of environmental technology interventions

Get PDF6 tr.Vệ sinh tay là biện pháp đơn giản, chi phí thấp, dễ thực hiện rất hiệu quả để phòng chống nhiễm khuẩn bệnh viện và bảo vệ sức khỏe của nhân viên y tế. Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành của sinh viên điều dưỡng về vệ sinh tay thường quy và các yếu tố liên quan. Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả được thực hiện từ tháng 01/2024 đến tháng 04/2024 trên sinh viên điều dưỡng Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành đang thực hành lâm sàng tại bệnh viện. Kết quả khảo sát trên 286 sinh viên điều dưỡng cho thấy, 91,6 % sinh viên có kiến thức tốt, 94,4 % sinh viên có thái độ tích cực và 59,4 % sinh viên thực hành tốt vệ sinh tay. Sinh viên năm 4 có kiến thức và kỹ năng thực hành vệ sinh tay tốt hơn sinh viên năm 3 (p < 0,01). Sinh viên điều dưỡng có kiến thức tốt và thái độ tốt về vệ sinh tay thường quy. Bên cạnh đó, cũng cần tăng cường giám sát, cập nhật, tập huấn giúp sinh viên nâng cao, tuân thủ hơn về thực hành vệ sinh tay trong chăm sóc người bệnh
