Expressing the aesthetic of Chinese painting through color relationships
This paper explores the expression of aesthetic conception in Chinese painting, with a particular focus on the significant role of color relationships in creating artistic conception. As the highest pursuit in Chinese art, aesthetic conception emphasizes transcending the form itself through the interplay of reality and void, thereby conveying the vitality of life and boundless sentiments. Traditional Chinese painting often employs "leaving blank" to express this conception, while contemporary painters are beginning to explore scientific color relationships to achieve a vivid and dynamic effect. The paper analyzes the aesthetic value of various color contrasts (such as hue contrast, complementary contrast, light and dark contrast, warm and cool contrast, and color area contrast) in creating aesthetic conception, combining ancient Chinese painting practices with Western color theories. It concludes that rich color relationships can better express the interplay of reality and void. Finally, the paper emphasizes that color, as a visual symbol, can serve as a means of personalized expression for painters and offers a new direction for the innovation of contemporary Chinese painting
Comparative study on outstanding modern pentathlon athletes selecting in China
This study compares and analyzes the performance of athletes from various sports backgrounds after they transition to modern pentathlon. The results indicate that male modern pentathletes with a swimming background significantly outperform those with a running background in all performance indicators. For female modern pentathletes, there is no significant difference in performance between those with a swimming and running background. It is recommended to comprehensively adjust the talent selection direction, fully implement the strategy of selecting outstanding modern pentathletes from high-level swimmers, and cease the selection of modern pentathletes from athletes in sports other than swimming. Additionally, the talent selection strategy for female modern pentathletes should be adjusted, taking the excellent male modern pentathletes in China as a reference, to increase the selection of outstanding female modern pentathletes from high-level swimmers

The cultivation of social responsibility among contemporary adolescents should be integrated with practical aspects of education, teaching, and daily life. Efforts should be strengthened in improving mechanisms, enriching carriers, leveraging the primary role of individuals, integrating into subject education, and forming a collaborative force among schools, families, and society. This will lay the foundation for enhancing the ideological and moral qualities of contemporary adolescents
Study on cartilage nano scaffolds with acellular matrix and collagen II
Objective: To explore the feasibility of preparing tissue-engineered nano scaffolds using acellular articular cartilage extracellular matrix (CAEM)and Type II collagen (COL II) via electrospinning technology. Methods: Rabbit costal cartilage was decellularized, defatted, and enzymatically digested, followed by drying to obtain CAEM.CAEM and COL II were mixed at a mass ratio of 1:2 and processed into tissue-engineered nano scaffolds using electrospinning technology. The physicochemical properties of the scaffolds were evaluated by measuring their water absorption rate and degradation rate. The cytotoxicity and cell adhesion properties of the scaffolds were assessed using the CCK-8 assay. Results: The fiber diameter of the CAEM-COL II nano scaffolds was (627±165.4) nm, with a water absorption rate of (623.0±27.4) %and a degradation rate of (45.6±5.8) %after 35 days. The CCK-8 assay results indicated that the CAEM-COL II composite scaffolds exhibited good adhesion properties for chondrocytes and favorable biological performance. Conclusion: The CAEM-COL II nano scaffolds provide an excellent microenvironment for the growth and proliferation of chondrocytes and have potential application value in tissue-engineered cartilage reconstruction

By examining the writing and impact of "A Study of Ancient Chinese Society," Guo Moruo\u27s outstanding achievements in the study of oracle bone and bronze inscriptions, and his research accomplishments in the pre-Qin philosophers, we can gain a more objective understanding of Guo Moruo\u27s historiography and better evaluate Chinese Marxist historiography from the perspective of scholars during the Republic of China period
Brushwork and Spirit: The realistic ink figure painting of Chen Han sheng
Painter Chen Han sheng has resolutely chosen the path of realistic ink figure painting. He explores an artistic language suitable for self-expression through sketching, drawing on traditional landscape and flower-and-bird painting ink techniques for figure painting. With the sentiment of a literati, he experiences life, pays attention to society, shapes the spirit of the times with traditional brush and ink, and thus explores an academic and artistic path in realistic painting
From grandeur to delicacy: Evolution of literati brushwork from form to expression
As one of the most important expressive languages and forms in Chinese painting, brushwork and ink not only play the most crucial artistic role in a painting but also guide Chinese painting to stay on course throughout history. Reflecting the national cultural spirit, literati painting has shaped its own charming image with its profound cultural character. Chinese painting should not be content with general formal expression; instead, it must delve into a deeper artistic realm. Over a thousand years, the richness and profundity of the changes in brushwork and ink are the inevitable results of the maturation of the aesthetic consciousness of literati painting. Its profound cultural accumulation shines even brighter in today’s diverse art world
Analysis of tactical variations in position 3 offense in volleyball matches
With the rapid development of volleyball techniques and tactics, offensive tactics have become more diverse and complex, which in turn has placed higher demands on the tactical variations of Position 3 players. Through extensive literature review, it was found that current scholars mainly focus on the blocking techniques against fast attacks and the cultivation of offensive tactical awareness for Position 3 players, with limited research on the integration of these two aspects. This study employs literature research, expert interviews, and video observation methods to analyze the tactical variations of Position 3 offense in response to blocking tactics, providing a theoretical basis for enhancing the tactical variations of Position 3 offense in volleyball matches
Integrated therapy for lumbar strain in young/ middle-aged patients
Objective, This study aims to investigate the long-term therapeutic effects of conventional medical techniques—muscle release therapy and Pilates exercise, as well as their combination, on lumbar muscle strain in middle-aged and young patients. Methods: A total of 100 patients aged 20–50 years who visited six hospitals in Nanjing for lumbar muscle strain were randomly assigned to four groups: muscle release therapy group (Group A), Pilates exercise group (Group B), combined muscle release therapy and Pilates exercise group (Group C), and conventional acupuncture and massage therapy group (Group D), with 25 cases in each group. Each intervention session lasted 60 minutes and was conducted three times per week. The intensity of lumbar pain and lumbar spine mobility were assessed before the intervention and at 3, 6, and 12months post-intervention. Results: After three months of treatment, patients in the combined muscle release therapy and Pilates exercise group (Group C) showed significant improvements in all indicators compared to before treatment (P<0.05). At six months, this group continued to show significantly better outcomes than the other groups. The muscle release group (Group A) and the conventional acupuncture and massage group (Group D) had similar results, which were better than those in the Pilates exercise group (Group B). At 12 months, the combined treatment group (Group C) still had significantly better outcomes than the other groups. The Pilates exercise group (Group B) had better outcomes than the muscle release group (Group A) and the conventional acupuncture and massage group (Group D), but the differences between Group B and the other groups were not significant. The indicators of the muscle release group (Group A) and the conventional acupuncture and massage group (Group D) were similar. Conclusion: The combination of muscle release therapy and Pilates exercise is the most effective treatment for lumbar muscle strain in middle-aged and young patients
