Preliminary construction and validation of a questionnaire on adolescents\u27 personal growth proactivity
Get PDFThe questionnaire was administered in middle schools and data from 944 valid participants were obtained, randomly divided into two parts. Sample one (N=472) was used for exploratory factor analysis, and sample two (N=472) was used for confirmatory factor analysis. The results indicated that the Adolescent Personal Growth Proactivity Questionnaire consists of 24 items, which are categorized into five factors: Growth Internality, Growth Autonomy, Growth Self-Determination, Growth Seeking, and Growth Externality. The questionnaire demonstrated good reliability and validity

Research on the biophysical properties of circulating tumor cells
Get PDFThis article reviews the biophysical properties of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and their significance in tumor metastasis and liquid biopsy. CTCs are tumor cells that have shed from solid tumors or metastatic foci and entered the bloodstream, possessing various biological markers. They may be cleared by the immune system, enter a dormant state, or form clusters to facilitate metastasis. The physical properties of CTCs, including cell size, density, rigidity, and dielectric properties, differ from normal blood cells, providing a theoretical basis for separation and detection. The biological characteristics of CTCs include epithelial cell properties, expression of specific surface marker proteins, and the characteristics of epithelial-mesenchymal transition, which are crucial for the aggressiveness and metastatic potential of tumors. The development of CTC detection technologies, such as the Cell Search system, has been clinically applied, but the heterogeneity of tumor cells remains a major challenge in research. The development of composite separation technologies that combine various properties of CTCs is expected to improve the sensitivity, specificity, and efficiency of CTC detection, thereby playing an important role in the personalized treatment and prognostic assessment of tumors
A tyrant or a hero: a study of emperor Wu of Han ’s historical images in song dynasty
Get PDFEmperor Wu of Han had two images-a tyrant and a hero-in Song Dynasty, which are connected not only with his own complex personalities, but also the revival of Confucianism and military confrontations among several nationalities at the time. Since Song scholars idealize those times of the Three Generations and monarchs of Yao and Shun, mainstream ideology regarded Emperor Wu of Han as a tyrant like the First Emperor of Qin. Nevertheless, Song monarchs and Xin dang and Nandu officers, from the view of political consideration and for the purpose of overcoming crisis, highlighted his image of a hero in a biased and utilitarian manner. The mainstream ideology which looks upon Emperor of Han, a monarch of significant achievement, as a tyrant, is a manifestation of the traditional Chinese mentality of honoring benevolent governance and denouncing domineering rules. This also historically reveals why China adheres to the idea of peaceful development

Get PDFBased on the investigation of basketball sports injury of the students in University, the questionnaire was collected, and the location and incidence rate of students in basketball were: finger(26.42%),ankle joint(22.54%),knee joint(11.92%),wrist(10.10%) and back(8.81%).The cause and incidence of damage are: to prepare activities(30.9%),to break the rules(25.13%), the technical error (19.43%),and the site(13.47%).Through literature review, interview method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method, the conclusion is that college students in basketball sports injury, because they do not seriously do the preparatory activities, technical differences, poor thinking, self-protection awareness, etc. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to reduce the student injury in basketball
