Research on the current status and strategies of online marathons in our country

This study employs the literature review method and logical analysis to investigate online marathons in our country. It points out that online marathons in our country have developed rapidly and their scale has continued to expand. However, there are still issues such as athlete cheating, an incomplete logistics support system, a strong commercial atmosphere surrounding the events, and a lack of systematic constraints on athletes\u27 blind participation. It is believed that a sound anti-cheating monitoring system should be established to ensure the fairness and justice of the events; an online medical system should be established to monitor the physical conditions of runners in a timely manner; laws and regulations should be improved to clarify legal responsibilities; and a competition evaluation and management system should be established and perfected. The aim is to provide reference and assistance for the healthy development of this emerging type of event in our country

A study on the mechanism of the relationship between economic development and juvenile crime rates

The connection between economic development and juvenile crime rates has always been a topic of interest for economists. The author attempts to dissect this issue from both theoretical analysis and empirical data perspectives. In terms of theoretical research, through dialectical analysis of the relationship between economic development and crime rates, the paper reveals the positive and negative impact mechanisms of economic development on juvenile crime rates. Moreover, considering the characteristics of the juvenile group, we also conduct optimization research on economic measures to prevent juvenile delinquency. In the empirical research section, combining data from the annual bulletins and statistical yearbooks of the Supreme People\u27s Court, the relationship between economic development and juvenile crime rates is tested. It is found that from 2002 to 2015, the juvenile crime rate in China increased with the increase in per capita GDP. However, after considering the issue of wealth disparity, the above conclusion is completely reversed. The study indicates that under the condition of unchanged wealth disparity, economic growth has an inhibitory effect on juvenile crime

SWOT analysis of Hubei province outdoor sports clubs in the context of the leisure era

This study employs a questionnaire survey and utilizes the SWOT analysis method to evaluate outdoor sports clubs in Hubei Province against the backdrop of the emerging leisure era. The analysis reveals that these clubs possess significant locational advantages. However, they also face challenges such as the lack of scientific planning in the development of outdoor resources and insufficient management capabilities. Additionally, while the clubs are presented with development opportunities brought about by the rise of the central region strategy, they also confront risks due to inadequate risk prevention and emergency mechanisms. Establishing an industry development association, clarifying market positioning, and providing diversified and personalized services are identified as crucial strategies for club development. Relying on local characteristics and cultural landscapes, implementing regional cooperation and cross-industry linkages, and enriching the cultural connotations of outdoor sports are effective measures for the development of outdoor sports clubs in Hubei Province

The development from pop landscape to Post Pop landscape

Pop Art, which emerged in the 1950s, has had a subtle yet profound impact on landscape design. By the 1990s, a distinct Pop Landscape style began to appear. Over time, many believed that Pop Landscape was gradually fading away. However, evidence suggests that since the beginning of the 21st century, Pop Landscape has been evolving into a more integrated Post Pop era. This paper reviews and introduces the origins of Pop Art, the trends of Pop Landscape, and the characteristics of Post-Pop Landscape. It also explores the direction of landscape development in the Post Pop era through discussions of various controversies surrounding Pop Landscape and analyses of practical case studies. The aim is to draw the attention of landscape designers and the general public to Post-Pop Landscape, encouraging it to continuously bring novelty to people and add a vibrant hue to the landscape industry
