Optimizing the integration of the patient admission process in a Swiss rehabilitation center with multiple parties
No full textThis paper explores challenges and solutions for the interoperability between Swiss hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and insurance companies with a focus on the patient admission process. It addresses issues such as inconsistent data formats, little to no structured interfaces between institutions, and limited trust in a central authority. The study proposes two alternative architectures: a centralized system with encrypted data and a decentralized system using public key infrastructure (PKI). The findings suggest a hybrid model combining centralized and decentralized features as a feasible solution to enhance collaboration, optimize admissions, and improve patient care
Visionieren, beschreiben, verpacken – ein Praxisbericht zum Forschungsdatenmanagement in den Künsten
No full textDer Beitrag beschreibt den steigenden Bedarf an Supportleistungen für das Forschungsdatenmanagement (FDM) in den Künsten. Am Beispiel dreier Projektabschlüsse werden grundlegende Anforderungen sowie bibliotheksseitige Umgangsformen aufgezeigt. Die Einleitung charakterisiert den Kontext der künstlerisch-gestalterischen Forschung. Abschnitt zwei geht anhand von Beispielen auf konkrete Kuratierungsmaßnahmen des FDM in den Künsten ein und erläutert, wie auf die technischen und semantischen Verfasstheiten der Datenlage reagiert werden kann. Im dritten Abschnitt werden Aufwand und Ertrag kritisch gegeneinander abgewogen, wobei die Aspekte der Auffindbarkeit und der Wirkung in Anlehnung an Elemente der FAIR-Prinzipien als Bewertungshorizont dienen. Das Fazit fasst noch einmal zusammen, warum sich die Mühe lohnen kann und welche Potenziale die Open-Science-Diskussion im konkreten Umfeld der Künste mit sich bringen kann. Auch wenn der Text explorativ angelegt ist und sich argumentativ nah an die Fallbeispiele anlehnt, ergeben sich so vielleicht auch für andere Disziplinen interessante Anknüpfungspunkte

No full textThis is an ongoing research based on the practice of radio making, school making and the politics of knowledge. Anchored in my artistic practice and media theory, it investigates "schooling" as a fluid, communal act enacted through sonic experiences and embodied presence. The text situates radio not as a tool of radiance but as a medium of resonance – one that enables transversal communication, resistance, and affective encounters. Through historical and contemporary case studies such as the Voice of Fighting Algeria and Radio Alhara, I analyze radio’s role in anticolonial and communal practices. I describe my own and collective engagement with the LungA Radio School, an experimental situation and space on-air, which proposes a methodology grounded in listening, improvisation, and resonance. By interweaving open water swimming with radio-making, the work proposes sonic and somatic modes of presence as means to reimagine pedagogical and technological infrastructures – before all the water disappears.https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11806/data/NextGen25-jhhpas8
