    Drivers of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Adoption in Emerging Markets: A Qualitative Exploration of Shopee PayLater Users in Bogor City, Indonesia

    This study investigates the factors driving the adoption of Shopee PayLater, a "buy now, pay later" fintech service, among residents of Bogor City, Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 13 active users across sub-districts within Bogor. Thematic analysis revealed four key factors: ease of process, promotional incentives, installment flexibility, and product variety. These findings align with existing literature on fintech adoption, emphasizing convenience and accessibility, while also highlighting the unique influence of promotional strategies in price-sensitive emerging markets. The study contributes to understanding consumer behavior in emerging fintech markets and offers practical insights for policymakers and fintech developers to enhance financial inclusion while mitigating risks associated with potential over-indebtedness

Saat ini, Kelurahan Desa Tinggar masih menggunakan media manual seperti spanduk dan baliho, sehingga informasi seperti sejarah kelurahan, visi misi, profil pengurus, dan struktur organisasi serta informasi-informasi yang terakit potensi desa sulit diakses masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi profil kelurahan berbasis web yang memuat informasi kelurahan dan fitur promosi digital UMKM. Sistem ini membantu perangkat desa dalam mengelola dan menyebarkan informasi secara efisien, serta memfasilitasi UMKM lokal untuk memasarkan produk secara online.     Pesatnya perubahan ekonomi global dan adopsi teknologi yang masif di era modern memberikan tantangan sekaligus peluang signifikan bagi masyarakat, khususnya Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Banyak anggota masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi kendala serius dalam mengadaptasi model bisnis konvensional, kurangnya literasi digital, serta keterbatasan akses terhadap informasi dan modal. Hal ini berpotangan menghambat daya saing dan keberlanjutan ekonomi lokal.Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas adaptif dan keterampilan praktis masyarakat dan UMKM agar mampu bersaing dan bertahan di tengah tantangan ekonomi era modern. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan interaktif, lokakarya, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan yang berfokus pada tiga pilar utama: literasi keuangan digital, strategi pemasaran daring (online marketing), dan inovasi produk/layanan berbasis teknologi.Pelatihan literasi keuangan digital mencakup penggunaan aplikasi pembayaran non-tunai dan pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Modul pemasaran daring mengajarkan teknik content creation yang efektif dan optimalisasi platform media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Sementara itu, lokakarya inovasi produk mendorong UMKM untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengimplementasikan solusi teknologi sederhana guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas produk.Hasil luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan, perubahan sikap, dan kemampuan teknis peserta dalam mengelola usaha mereka secara lebih modern dan adaptif. Pelatihan ini berhasil menjangkau 45 peserta dari berbagai sektor UMKM dan anggota masyarakat umum, dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor pemahaman materi sebesar 35% setelah pelaksanaan. Program ini menegaskan pentingnya intervensi terstruktur dari perguruan tinggi dalam memperkuat fondasi ekonomi kerakyatan melalui peningkatan kapasitas yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman

    E-commerce is an online buying and selling platform that can make buying and selling transactions easily without the need for customers to come to the place to make purchases, just rely on cellphones, computers and the internet network to make transactions. Fashion Store is one of the many trading companies involved in the fashion world that only sells various products such as T-shirts, Jeans, Hats, Shoes etc. Fashion Shop products are products made locally, so far promotions from this shop have only been carried out via WhatsApp and Instagram media. In building an android-based sales system or commonly called e-commerce, the author uses code in the design. The method used is a prototype, where the data and information needed can be obtained through direct observation and interviews. By making this Android-based sales application, it can help sell products more efficiently, and can help manage sales data as well as product stock

    This research aims to determine the variables of the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. The Goodwood Interior Design Cengkareng, West Jakarta. The method used in this research is an associative quantitative research method where the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS 2.6 application. Data analysis used includes: Descriptive Statistical Test, Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, Autocorrelation, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, t Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous), Correlation Coefficient (R) and Determination Coefficient (R2). The results of the research partially show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance as seen from the t test, the value obtained is tcount > ttable (5.322 > 1.99167) and is significant 0.000 < 0.05. Then, the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance, seen from the t test, the value obtained is tcount > ttable (4.414 > 1.99167) and is significant 0.000 < 0.05. Then simultaneously the motivation variable and the work discipline variable have a significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the Fcount value of 63.502 and a significance value of 0, while the Ftable value is at a significance level of 0.05 with df 1 (number of variables -1) 3-1 = 2, and df 2 (nk-1) or = 78-2-1 = 75, the F table value is 3.12. So it can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable (63.502 > 3.12) and significance < 0.05 (0 < 0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Work Motivation and Work Discipline together influence employee performance

    The Role of Internet of Things (IoT) in Enhancing Asset Management and Operational Efficiency

    The advancement of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has brought significant changes in enhancing asset management and operational efficiency across various organizations. This study aims to explore how IoT implementation can improve asset management through real-time monitoring, automation, and better data integration. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study of an institution that has adopted IoT technology. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with stakeholders, direct observations, and a comprehensive literature review from reliable online sources such as Google Scholar. The data were analyzed descriptively to identify the impact of IoT on asset management processes and operational efficiency. The findings reveal that IoT enables organizations to reduce manual errors, optimize asset utilization, and significantly lower operational costs. Moreover, IoT accelerates responses to operational issues and enhances transparency in asset management. The study also highlights challenges in implementation, including the need for system integration and data security concerns. These findings contribute valuable insights into the role of IoT in the digital transformation of asset management and operations and serve as a reference for practitioners and academics in developing effective IoT deployment strategies

    Human Resource Optimization Efforts Through Digital Transformation In The Boiler Division Of PT. Daese Garmen

    Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for the manufacturing industry in facing market dynamics and operational efficiency challenges. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation in optimizing human resources (HR) in the Boiler Division of PT Daese Garmen. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and case study method, data were collected through direct observation and semi-structured interviews. The results show that digitalization of work systems, such as computer-based steam pressure recording, QR/barcode-based attendance, and digital SOP distribution, successfully increased operational efficiency and accuracy. A job enlargement strategy was also implemented by transferring some helper tasks to foreman positions, in response to workforce reductions. Workload Analysis (WLA) revealed a gap between actual HR capacity and ideal needs, particularly for helper positions. These optimization efforts demonstrate that synergy between technology, employee training, and adaptive management is key to successful digital transformation in the context of technical work.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Hedonic Shopping Value dan Shopping Lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian siswa pada platform TikTok Shop. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari meningkatnya tren belanja online di kalangan pelajar yang tidak hanya didorong oleh kebutuhan, tetapi juga faktor kesenangan, hiburan, serta gaya hidup konsumtif yang muncul akibat paparan konten digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 78 mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2022 Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang pernah berbelanja di TikTok Shop dalam 1–6 bulan terakhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, serta uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hedonic Shopping Value tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan Shopping Lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian siswa lebih dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup belanja dibandingkan motivasi kesenangan emosional. Penelitian ini memberikan paksaan bagi pelaku usaha dan pemasar agar lebih memperhatikan tren gaya hidup konsumen muda dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran secara digital.     The Role Of The Financial Information Service System (FISS) Financial Services Authority Inassessment Loans At Bank BJB KCP Surade

    This research focuses on efforts to mitigate credit risks and improve the quality of loan portfolios in areas with low levels of financial literacy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the use of the Financial Information Service System (FISS) helps in the process of verifying the character of prospective debtors, analyzing payment capacity, and assessing risks in credit historically. In addition, the system accelerates decision-making in granting credit and reduces the likelihood of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). The problems are the lack of access to digital technology services, the weak public understanding of the history of credit emergence, and the increase in the capacity of officers are still quite serious obstacles. This research underlines FISS in certification as a banking information center that has an impact on credit assessment in a bank clearly and more effectively, and greatly contributes to banking risk control at the regional level
