    Data-Driven Marketing Strategy: The Role Of Big Data And Business Intelligence At Pt Pertamina Retail Fuel Marketing

    Personal and public data have become essential elements in modern business operations. The digitalization of information allows data to be used as a foundation for decision-making, particularly in business development. When properly utilized, collected data can inform strategic decisions across various functions, including marketing. Widely dispersed data can be transformed into valuable insights through the analysis of raw information (big data). Moreover, the application of business intelligence (BI) enhances these insights, converting them into strategic knowledge that organizations can apply effectively across business development areas. This study focuses on three key variables: the independent variable (big data), the dependent variable (marketing strategy development), and the moderating variable (business intelligence). In the fuel retail industry, marketing strategy development requires a comprehensive analysis of big data and business intelligence. Companies must prioritize personal data (customer information), public data (societal sentiment), and internal data to develop effective marketing strategies. The integration of big data as a foundational information source, combined with BI analysis, is shown to enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategy development. This research demonstrates that big data significantly influences marketing strategy formulation. Additionally, when business intelligence is effectively implemented alongside big data, it amplifies this impact. Organizations in the fuel retail sector are especially reliant on consumer preferences and public sentiment, making the development of robust big data and BI analytics systems crucial for strategic marketing success

    Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dasar-dasar coding dan bahasa pemrograman web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) kepada siswa Program Paket C di PKBM Bina Insan Kamil. Dengan pendekatan praktis dan interaktif, pelatihan ini membantu siswa memahami struktur dasar pemrograman dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir logis dan kreatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang dengan metode penyampaian materi dan praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta mampu membuat halaman web sederhana dan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi untuk belajar lebih lanjut. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital di kalangan siswa pendidikan nonformal dan membuktikan bahwa pemrograman dapat dipelajari secara menyenangkan dan aplikatif

    ABSTRACT As more people become aware of the importance of sharia principles in financial transactions, sharia banking is expanding in Indonesia. However, in the face of fierce competition from conventional banks, Islamic banks encounter certain obstacles in their efforts to become more competitive. The purpose of this study is to pinpoint the difficulties Islamic banks encounter and create workable plans to boost their competitiveness. Using a qualitative methodology, this study analyzes relevant documents and conducts in-depth interviews with participants in the conventional and sharia banking sectors. According to the study\u27s findings, Islamic banks confront significant obstacles because of their limited product offerings, inadequate technology, and the general public\u27s ignorance of the Islamic banking system.     This study aims to analyze the extent to which Human Resource Development (X1) affects two important variables, namely Service Quality (Y1) and Customer Satisfaction (Y2). In the process, a quantitative approach is used as the main method, as well as applying the Descriptive Verification approach, in the sampling technique using Random Sampling because the Service is dynamic and the number of customers changes. The results of this study show a simultaneous influence on Variable Y1 and Variable Y2 on Variable (X1), with the results of SPSS 30 data processing of 76.2% and the remaining 23.8% coming from other variables that are outside the scope of this study and are not analyzed further. This indicates that although Human Resource Development has a significant role in improving service quality and customer satisfaction, there are also other external factors that need to be considered in further research to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the determinants of service quality and customer satisfaction as a whole

    Pemanfaatan platform digital, khususnya media sosial, menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk bertahan dan berkembang di era digital. Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Pondok Aren menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan pemasaran digital karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan platform seperti Meta Ads dan kecerdasan buatan (AI). Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Pondok Aren untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam digital marketing. PKM ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan Meta Ads dan optimalisasi konten iklan menggunakan AI untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam digital marketing, peningkatan penjualan produk UMKM, perluasan jangkauan pasar, dan terbentuknya komunitas UMKM digital di Kelurahan Pondok Aren. Dengan demikian, PKM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat dan mengembangkan potensi UMKM lokal

    This study aims to determine the extent of influence of Service Quality on Smart Parking User Satisfaction at PT Mitragraha Inti Utama. This research is a quantitative study, with a descriptive research objective. This type of research is causal. Meanwhile, the unit of analysis aimed at this study is individuals where smart parking users as respondents in the distribution of this research questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability, partial tests (t), simultaneous tests (f) and determination tests. Based on the results of the research in the reliability test, it was stated that each question was reliable, then based on partial and simultaneous tests the results of the study showed that Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction. According to the results of the determination test, Service Quality on Smart Parking User Satisfaction at PT Mitragraha Inti Utama is classified as a high level, namely 84.8%, while the rest is influenced by other variables

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran Kerupuk Yadi Cerelek dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar lokal. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan adalah strategi pemasaran yang masih bersifat tradisional, distribusi produk yang terbatas, kemasan sederhana, serta promosi yang hanya mengandalkan word of mouth. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk memiliki keunggulan pada kualitas rasa karena bahan baku dipilih secara selektif, namun aspek kemasan masih menjadi kelemahan. Strategi harga dinilai cukup efektif karena menyesuaikan dengan biaya produksi dan harga pasar lokal, meskipun fleksibilitas harga belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Distribusi produk yang masih terbatas perlu diperluas melalui saluran modern dan digital agar dapat meningkatkan jangkauan pasar. Selain itu, strategi promosi digital melalui media sosial penting untuk membangun citra merek dan menarik konsumen baru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kemasan, perluasan distribusi, serta pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi merupakan kunci peningkatan daya saing Kerupuk Yadi Cerelek di pasar lokal maupun regional

    The Influence Of Marketing Strategy And Customer Satisfaction On Customer Loyalty at PT. Mitragraha Inti Utama

    This research investigates the impact of marketing strategies and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT Mitragraha Inti Utama. In today’s highly competitive business environment, maintaining customer retention presents a substantial challenge for organizations. Strategic marketing efforts and high levels of customer satisfaction are widely acknowledged as key drivers of customer loyalty. Employing a quantitative research design, the study utilizes a survey method by distributing structured questionnaires using a Likert scale to 100 customers of PT Mitragraha Inti Utama. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the effect of each independent variable. The findings reveal that marketing strategy significantly and positively influences customer loyalty. Likewise, customer satisfaction also demonstrates a significant and positive relationship with customer loyalty. Furthermore, when considered simultaneously, both marketing strategy and customer satisfaction significantly contribute to enhancing customer loyalty. The research findings indicate that marketing strategies have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Based on the determination test, marketing strategies and customer satisfaction contribute 90.7% to customer loyalty at PT Mitragraha Inti Utama, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.These results highlight the critical need for companies to continuously refine their marketing strategies and uphold service excellence in order to foster customer satisfaction and secure long-term loyalty
