OTIMIZAÇÃO DE CUSTOS NOS PROCESSOS AQUISITIVOS? UMA ANÁLISE ÀS IPSS DO ALTO MINHO
Get PDFThe Private Institutions of Social Solidarity (IPSS) have a central role in our society, in answering the most significant social problems that exist. Taking into account the limited resources that IPSS generally have for the prosecution of their social mission, the optimisation of processes becomes fundamental, among which may be included the procurement processes. This article aims to understand how the IPSS of Alto Minho develop their purchasing processes and analyse to what extent they use instruments such as shared services or central purchasing. Through the analysis of a questionnaire sent to those responsible for the organisations, it was observed that these entities, despite having some knowledge about the concepts of shared services and purchasing centrals, have not yet started their implementation, either due to lack of knowledge or to the absence of answers in the territory.As Instituições Particulares de Solidariedade Social (IPSS) desempenham um papel fulcral na nossa sociedade, na resposta aos mais significativos problemas sociais vigentes. Tendo em conta a limitação de recursos que as IPSS geralmente dispõem para a prossecução da sua missão social, a otimização dos processos assume um papel fundamental, de entre os quais se poderão incluir os processos aquisitivos. Este artigo tem como objetivo entender a forma como as IPSS do Alto Minho desenvolvem os processos de compra e analisar em que medida recorrem a instrumentos como serviços partilhados ou centrais de compras como forma de otimização de custos no processo aquisitivo. Através da análise a um inquérito por questionário aos responsáveis das organizações, observa-se que estas entidades apesar de disporem de algum conhecimento sobre os conceitos de serviços partilhados e centrais de compras, ainda não encetaram a sua implementação, seja por motivos de desconhecimento ou pela inexistência de respostas no território
ESPEJO, MANZANO Y NIEVE NEGRA. ANÁLISIS DE UNA BLANCANIEVES CHILENA EN CLAVE FEMINISTA
Get PDFOver time, Snow White has lost some of its defining features to be then replaced by others. Most versions and re-workings of this classic folk tale -such as that by Disney or the satirical revisions by Roald Dahl and James Finn Garner– trivialise the impact of the story by focusing on the stepmother’s vanity and unhealthy envy. In this way, the rivalry between mother and daughter and the oedipal conflicts derived from it are set aside. However, this fact does not apply in the young adult novel Nieve negra, by Camila Valenzuela (2014). Two stories take place in the same setting intwo different times, following a feminist perspective which pays homage to Chilean roots, and makes male characters be secondary. This paper aims at analyzing this updating by discussing its structure, narrative voice, setting and characters. The analysis enables us to state that Nieve negra is a young adult novel displaying great expressive quality; the key elements of the original work are subverted to offer a new reading which shows many features of of Valenzuela’s literatureBlancanieves ha perdido con el paso del tiempo algunos de sus rasgos definitorios y los ha sustituido por otros. La mayoría de las versiones y reescrituras de este cuento popular clásico –como la de la factoría Disney o las revisiones satíricas de Roald Dahl y James Finn Garner– coinciden en la banalización del motor de la historia al centrarse en la vanidad y la envidia enfermizas de la madrastra. De este modo, la rivalidad entre madre e hija y los conflictos edípicos derivados de esta, que son los temas principales, quedan relegados. Esto no sucede, sin embargo, en la novela juvenil Nieve Negra, de Camila Valenzuela (2014) donde encontramos dos historias que se desarrollan en un mismo escenario a través de dos tiempos y desde una perspectiva feminista que homenajea las raíces chilenas y en la que los personajes masculinos pasan a un segundo plano. El propósito de este trabajo es analizar cómo se produce esta actualización a través del análisis de elementos como la estructura, la voz narrativa, el espacio y los personajes, lo que permite afirmar que Nieve negra es una novela juvenil de gran calidad expresiva donde se subvierten algunos de los elementos claves de la obra original para ofrecer una nueva lectura que proyecta muchas de las constantes de la literatura de Valenzuela

Get PDFThis article analyses We Are Not from Here (2020), a young adult novel by Jenny Torres Sanchez. The book follows the journey of three adolescents from Guatemala to the United States on top of La Bestia, the train that goes across Mexico. This article analyses the different narrative techniques thatTorres Sanchez utilises to cover the themes and topics that structure the novel. The novel focuses onthe network of altruistic solidarity that has bloomed all over Mexico to assist migrants while illustratingthe brutality of an exhausting journey towards the north, a fact connected to the theoretical frameworkused to approach the text. Accordingly, diaspora theory (Bromley, Ashcroft et al., Brah, Fuentes Kraffczyk) will play a fundamental role in the following analysis exploring the way in which trauma, vulnerability and affect (Pollock, Tal, Butler, Ganteau, Thrailkill) complement each other in the text; and how the Latin American Gothic (Casanova-Vizcaíno and Ordiz) juxtaposes magical realism (Di Iorio Sandín and Perez, Murwood) in certain episodes.This article analyses We Are Not from Here (2020), a young adult novel by Jenny Torres Sanchez. EL LIBRO ÁLBUM Y LA CIUDAD: UNA CREACIÓN COLABORATIVA ENTRE ESTUDIANTE DE ARQUITECTURA Y ALUMNOS DE PRIMARIA
Get PDFPicture books have an indisputable value in teaching of language and literature and the plastic arts as an object of artistic creation. Due to the synergetic structure between text and image, picture books enable the acquisition of skills linked to both fields as well as generating inherently creative abilities. More and more often, the main setting for picture books is a city, as it is the living space for today’s children; it also becomes an instrument for appropriating the urban space from the imaginary. After an introductory theoretical framework, this article focuses on analysing the transformations of the city through its representation in picture books in order to subsequently investigate the educational value of their use in a classroom, and the different ways of approaching them in the teaching/learning processes. This article concludes by presenting a collaborative proposal for the creation of a picture book on cities between students from the Clermont-Ferrand School of Architecture (France) and students of a primary school, within the framework of a Master’s subject aiming at raising awareness of architecture.El libro álbum, como objeto de creación artística, posee un valor indiscutible en la enseñanza de la lengua y la literatura y de las artes plásticas. Permite, gracias a su estructura sinérgica entre texto e imagen, adquirir competencias vinculadas con ambas materias además de generar capacidadesinherentemente creativas. Es cada vez más frecuente que el escenario principal de los libros álbumes sea la ciudad al ser el espacio vital donde se desenvuelven los niños y las niñas de hoy en día, por lo que se convierte también en un instrumento para apropiarse el espacio urbano desde el imaginario. Tras un marco teórico sobre el libro álbum a modo introductorio, este artículo se centra en analizar las transformaciones de la urbe a través de su representación en los libros álbumes para posteriormente indagar sobre el valor educativo de su uso en el aula y las distintas maneras de acercarse a él en los procesos de enseñanza/aprendizaje. Concluye presentando una propuesta colaborativa de creación de libro álbum sobre la ciudad entre estudiantes de la escuela de arquitectura de Clermont-Ferrand (Francia) y de una escuela primaria en el marco de una asignatura de máster sobre la sensibilización a la arquitectura

Tipificación de la afiliación lingüística. Un estudio de las formas nominales del tratamiento de la comunidad de habla LGTBI
No full textThis paper deals with the study of linguistic affiliation based on the analysis of a corpus of real speech samples from the LGTBI speaking community. The corpus is composed of five colloquial conversations and 20 semi-directed interviews, recorded in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia during 2018 and 2019. It has been collected by the author of this paper and all its informants are members of the LGTBI-speaking community. Starting from the study of the behavior of the nominal forms of address characteristic of the slang of this subculture, the different ways of generating affiliative statements will be analyzed, the way in which they act, the direction of the affiliation and, from these elements, there will be proposed some linguistic affiliation types. After this study, we have determinated that affiliation can be generated in three different ways: a speech act by which the speaker intends to include himself within a group or community; the second form way will be carried out throught a statement that has the purpose to integrate the receptor into the group to which the interlocutor belongs; and, thirdly, a speech act is formulated with which the interlocutors intend to reinforce a mutual belonging to a community and strengthen it throught resources that confirm that mutual belonging (they are both the ones who integrate each other, throught of particular linguistic resources). Throught this analysis and the conclusions drawn, it is intended to expand the scientific studies on linguistic affiliation and offer a new perspective of analysis of this phenomenos based on the typification that has been proposed. This study may be a precedent for future research on linguistic camaraderie, noy only within the LGTBI-speaking community, but also in the slang of other subcultures or even in general speech.En este trabajo se aborda el estudio de la afiliación lingüística a partir del análisis de un corpus de muestras de habla reales de la comunidad de habla LGTBI. El corpus, compuesto por cinco conversaciones coloquiales y 20 entrevistas semidirigidas, registradas en las ciudades españolas de Madrid, Barcelona y Valencia durante los años 2018 y 2019, es de elaboración propia y todos sus informantes son miembros de la comunidad de habla LGTBI. Desde el estudio del comportamiento de las formas nominales de tratamiento características del argot de esta subcultura, se analizarán las distintas formas de generar enunciados afiliativos, la manera en la que actúan, la dirección de la afiliación y, a partir de estos elementos, se propondrán tipos de afiliación. Tras la investigación, se ha determinado que la afiliación puede generarse de tres maneras distintas: un acto de habla mediante el cual el hablante pretende incluirse a sí mismo dentro de un grupo o comunidad; la segunda forma se llevará a cabo a través de un enunciado cuya finalidad es integrar al receptor en el grupo al que pertenece el interlocutor; y, en tercer lugar, se formula un acto de habla con el que los interlocutores pretenden reforzar una pertenencia mutua a una comunidad y afianzarla a través de recursos que confirman dicha pertenencia mutua (son ambos los que se integran el uno al otro, a través de recursos lingüísticos particulares). A través de este análisis y de las conclusiones extraídas, se pretende ampliar los estudios científicos sobre la afiliación lingüística y ofrecer una nueva perspectiva de análisis de este fenómeno a partir de la tipificación que aquí se propone. Este estudio puede ser precedente para futuras investigaciones sobre la camaradería lingüística, no solo dentro de la comunidad de habla LGTBI, sino en el argot de otras subculturas o, incluso, en el habla general.

Get PDFThe reign of Sabela II (1833-1868) meant the definitive construction of the liberal state in Spain and the provincial administration, through the provincial councils and government delegates, were key elements in that process. But the administrative and political consolidation of the Provincial Councils, after a long period of instability with the reign of Ferdinand VII, had to go through a divided process in a first phase of returns to old Doceanist norms and new progressive laws (1833-1843); a second marked by the long predominance of a doctrinaire and moderate centralist liberalism (1845-1854); a third and brief phase showing decentralization attempts (1854-1865) and a period of return to moderantism (1866-1868) before the revolutionary outbreak of 1868. Through a compilation of major provincial laws and projects during the Sabine reign, we try to analyze and show those steps that led to the consolidation of the Provincial Councils in Spain.O reinado de Sabela II (1833-1868) supuxo a construción definitiva do Estado liberal en España e a administración provincial, a través das Deputacións provinciais e os delegados gobernativos, foron elementos fundamentais nese proceso. Mais a consolidación administrativa e política das Deputacións provinciais, tras un longo período de inestabilidade co reinado de Fernando VII, tivo que pasar un proceso dividido nunha primeira fase de retornos a antigas normas doceañistas e novas leis progresistas (1833-1843); unha segunda marcada polo longo predominio dun centralista liberalismo doutrinario e moderado (1845-1854); unha terceira e breve fase onde se amosaron intentos descentralizadores (1854-1865) e un período de volta ao moderantismo (1866-1868) antes do estoupido revolucionario de 1868. A través dunha recompilación das principais leis e proxectos sobre materia provincial durante o reinado sabelino, procuramos analizar e amosar eses pasos que levaron á consolidación das Deputacións provinciais no Estado español
Inteligencia económica: la directiva Codford en el Proyecto Safehaven. 1944-1945
Get PDFFrom the middle of 1944, the British government began to compiling a record of available information on German assets in neutral countries, in anticipation of future measures the Allies consider appropriate. Later, under coordination of the Ministry of Economic Warfare, their participation in the American SAFEHAVEN project was carried out. The CODFORD Directive of May 1945, related with this program, intended for the Special Operations Executive (SOE), meant an updated Charter and a new operating model of economic warfare, in its last mission. At the same time, the difficulties and results of SAFEHAVEN/CODFORD in several neutral countries (Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland) are presented, pointing out common elements and particular cases. It was necessary to combine politics, diplomacy and economic intelligence, in order to capture the goods and assets looted by Germany during the war. Material used for this work comes from the documentary collections of The National Archives-United Kingdom and SAFEHAVEN’s reports for the period May-December 1945 of the US National Archives, as well as the memorandum of overseas activities of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) in addition to another international bibliography on the subject.A partir de la segunda mitad de 1944, el gobierno británico comenzó a organizar un registro de toda la información disponible sobre bienes alemanes en los países neutrales, en previsión de futuras medidas que los Aliados considerasen conveniente adoptar. Posteriormente, bajo la coordinación del Ministerio de Guerra Económica, se desarrollaría la participación en el proyecto estadounidense Safehaven. La directiva Codford de mayo de 1945, relacionada con dicho proyecto y dirigida al Ejecutivo de Operaciones Especiales (Special Operations Executive-SOE), representó para dicho servicio una carta actualizada y un nuevo modelo operativo de guerra económica, en su última misión importante. Asimismo, se exponen las dificultades y los resultados de Safehaven/Codford en varios países neutrales (España, Portugal, Suecia y Suiza), señalando elementos comunes y casos particulares. Fue necesario combinar política, diplomacia e inteligencia económica, para localizar los bienes y activos solapados por Alemania durante la guerra. El material utilizado para el presente trabajo procede de los fondos documentales del Archivo Nacional británico e informes Safehaven del periodo mayo-diciembre de 1945 del Archivo Nacional estadounidense, así como el memorándum de las actividades en ultramar de la Oficina de Servicios Estratégicos (OSS-Office of Strategic Services) y otra bibliografía internacional sobre la materia
