REPRESENTATION OF THE CONCEPT «SEASONS» IN THE POETRY BY N. M. YAZYKOV
The article deals with the analysis of the poetic works by N.M. Yazykov within the framework of cognitive linguistics. N. M. Yazykov is a poet of the epoch of romanticism, whose works remain insufficiently known. The verbalization of the concepts of the seasons in his works is investigated. In the process of investigation, the method of contextual analysis, the method of component analysis, the descriptive method, the method of interpretation of the literary text were used. The paper considers the use of lexemes зима, весна, лето, осень/ winter, spring, summer, autumn and the adjectives and adverbs derived from them, analyzes their compatibility. The presence of evaluative components in the structure of concepts has been established. Based on the frequency of use of these lexemes and the presence of emotional coloring, it has been concluded that the concepts “spring” and “winter” are especially important in N. M. Yazykov’s works. By means of comparative analysis it has been established that the concepts “spring” and “winter” are perceived by the poet in accordance with the traditions of Russian linguistic culture, the perception of the concept “autumn” corresponds to the traditions only partially, the perception of the concept “summer” has an occasional character. The concepts “spring” and “winter” are personified and symbolized. The analysis of the concepts that are significative for Russian culture contributes to the study of N.M. Yazykov’s linguistic worldview and Russian language world image

Participants of the study consisted of 76 male and female language teachers with 2-10 years of teaching experience in Tehran. Selection of the participants was performed according to convenience sampling form a famous language school in Tehran. A sequential mixed approach was used, in which 20 teachers participated in interviews and the remaining participants completed the burnout prevention survey that was designed based on the qualitative data collected from the interviews. Then the burnout prevention questionnaire was developed using the results of the interviews and administered to the remaining participants. In the next step, analysis of the collected data was performed through factor analysis to identify the components of burnout prevention. According to the results of the content analysis of the interview data, Iranian EFL teachers viewed work and life balance, organized working conditions, healthy classroom context and vital as well as growing working environment as the sources which could prevent burnout. Based on the results of factor analysis, work and life balance and vital as well as growing working conditions constituted one component of the burnout prevention, organized working environment made up the next component, and healthy classroom environment comprised the last component of the burnout prevention
HETEROTOPIES OF HISTORY IN THE NOVEL OF L. ULITSKAYA "MEDEA AND HER CHILDREN"
The study is devoted to one of the components of the feminine picture of the world – the "female" version of the chronotope. The purpose of the article is to consider the chronotopic originality of gender-marked women's literature on the example of L. Ulitskaya's novel "Medea and Her Children". In the course of the analysis the authors have found that the specificity of the "female" version of the chronotope in the novel "Medea and Her Children» is determined by its heterotopy, which in its turn correlates with the category of transgression. In "Medea and Her Children," the historical transgression takes place through the polarization of the "male" and "female" version of the signification of history, revealing itself in relation to the image of the "navel of the earth", centering the entire chronotopical system of the novel. In addition, the "female" version of the historical discourse defines its transformation into heterotopy of history, which fundamentally destroys the binary opposition of sacral and profane history. The unifying principle is the understanding of the traumatic nature of historical discourse in all its manifestations. The authors come to the conclusion that the novel "Medea and Her Children", which constructs a feminine picture of the world, demonstrates a consistent rethinking of the narrative of history in a completely different aspect to the patriarchal culture. L. Ulitskaya focuses not so much on fixing traumatic experience of history and revealing the causes of historical catastrophism, but also reveals the process of overcoming it, avoiding the existing oppositions and dichotomies, through the prism of which it was traditionally conceived
EVERYDAY PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS OF DIFFERENT GENERATIONS OF RESEARCH SCIENTISTS IN THE CONTEXT OF CLOSED RESEARCH COMMUNITIES
The paper analyzes various types of communication between older and younger generations in a research environment. Based on the participating observation and narrative interviews methods, it is shown that the personality of a scientist is largely shaped by the social environment where it is located. The conclusion is formulated that in relatively closed scientific communities, everyday communication plays an important role in the adopting the specific values of the scientific community by the younger generation of researchers, as well as their training in professional skills. As the results of the study showed, the success of professional communications is largely ensured by the value of such a characteristic as “personal equation” (a term introduced by Polanyi). In those groups, where the parameters of a "personal equation," the older and younger generations of researchers are approximately equal, the relationships are characterized as the least conflict. And, on the contrary, where there was a significant gap in the parameters of “personal equations”, community members are more likely to encounter conflict situations. That negatively affects the field of scientific socialization of the younger generation of researchers
PROBABILISTIC CALCULATION OF MISSING DATA VALUES OF THE SOCIAL NETWORK USERS: PROBABILISTIC ESTIMATE OF THE VALUES OF THE MISSING DATA OF THE SOCIAL NETWORK USERS
Social networks are a unique source of data about the personal life and interests of real people. This opens up unprecedented opportunities for solving research and business problems (many of which could not be effectively solved earlier due to lack of data). In addition, this causes increased interest in the collection and analysis of social data from companies and research centers. However, many of them are hidden or not always correct. Therefore, before proceeding with the analysis of the data, it is necessary to carry out their adjustment, normalization, and propose a probabilistic estimate of the values of the missing data. This article explores the problem of predicting incomplete data using the method of group accounting of arguments (MGUA). To solve this problem, a model of the relationship between the studied data taken from the profiles of the social network VKontakte was found. The resulting model determines the relationship of a user's subscription to one interesting page of the network and user subscriptions to a group of other interesting pages, allows to predict the user's interest in a certain topic underlying the selected interesting page, depending on which interesting pages are already subscribed to at a certain momen
NON-EQUIVALENT PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS TRANSLATION: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH, SPANISH AND RUSSIAN
The paper is concerned with the methods for translating non-equivalent phraseological units (hereinafter, PhU) from English and Spanish into Russian. The study is dedicated to the consideration of the linguistic aspects of interlingual speech activity, in other words, translation, as well as a comparative analysis of the methods of communication of the meanings of phraseological units that do not have correspondences in the language of translation. The article presents phraseological units from fiction of the 19th-20th centuries by English and American (Harriet Beecher-Stowe “Uncle Tom’s Cabin”, Maugham S. “The Moon and Sixpence”) and Spanish authors (“The Hive” by Camilo Jose Cela). The authors selected phraseological units from the above sources, carried out a comparative analysis of the original and translation in order to identify the ways of conveying the meanings of the units under consideration. All examples are accompanied by linguistic commentary by the authors. A comparative analysis of the ways of translation from different languages to Russian showed a difference in preferences when choosing a translation method. The problem of non-equivalent phraseological units can be solved by using lexical correspondence, modulation or description, which allows to convey the meaning of phraseological units in order to preserve an understanding of a literary work, despite the fact that sometimes the national-cultural specificity of the considered unit may be lost

In this regard, it is advisable to introduce lean technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions, which will allow us to identify and develop the ability of these structures to self-development not only due to the influx of information and external finances, but through the use of their internal sources. The introduction of lean production principles in the activities of universities can help increase the efficiency of the educational process and their competitiveness. Based on this, the article discusses the process of lean manufacturing tool introduction into educational activities. An attempt is made to analyze comparatively lean manufacturing tools and the possibility of their application in the educational activities of the university. The article emphasizes that the replication of existing experience of lean manufacturing tool implementation will ensure a steady growth of key performance indicators and will allow the formation of a sustainable lean model of population behavior based on the popularization of the culture of “thrift” among students

THE ROLE OF THE WORD COLORS IN THE CREATION OF THE SYMBOLIC IMAGE OF THE FOREST IN THE SHORT NOVELBY: A. N. AND B. N. STRUGATSKY “THE SNAIL ON THE SLOPE”
The article examines the role of the word colors in the creation of the symbolic image of the Forest in the short novel by A. N. and B. N. Strugatsky The Snail on the Slope. The authors believe that the prism of coloratives helps to make a meaningful analysis of the work and can be constructed including taking into account linguistic and extralinguistic factors. This methodological research principle allows the authors to consider the individual text as an integral literary system in which a relatively complete image of the world with the help of a color background is created and a certain aesthetic conception of the reflected reality is embodied. The paper gives the examples of how A. N. and B. N. Strugatsky expand the color semantics of green and yellow. In the description of the Forest, along with the traditional interpretation of the green in the Christian culture as “earthly” and meaning life, spring, the flowering of nature, other culturally marked connotations of this color are also reflected. The use of the same green color and its shades tearing away any interference into its world strengthens in the picture of the heroes’ world the fear of the unknown and unexplored, and “strange”. In conclusion, the authors note that the analysis of two lexical and semantic fields of green and yellow allows the researcher of the writers’ language to construct a kind of concept model that can be a special fragment of the individual linguistic image of the world. As a special feature being characteristic of the Strugatsky’s idiostyle the authors noticed the desire to penetrate into the most important problems of existence of man, to determine his place in this world, as well as a desire to help a person to make the right choice without losing himself in this world
