    Get PDF
Artistic vision in this article is understood as a means of interpretation through a visual artistic image of a picture of the world, such as culture, mentality. Artistic vision and national costume are closely related concepts. The costume opened the door to the world of aesthetics that existed in a national form. The first images of childhood laid the primary aesthetics of consciousness. The organic correlation of all the elements of the costume fundamentally laid down the idea of harmony, coordination of all elements, as the main aesthetic value. This way formed the logic of aesthetics, i.e. formed a natural taste. The analysis uses the national costume as it was formed by the beginning of the XX century. In this article, we will consider the problem of national artistic vision through a comparative analysis of expressive means in costume, of the territorially neighboring peoples of Russia - the Chuvashs and Tatars. The costume, like other household items, such as furniture, dishes, textiles, has a dual nature - utilitarian and aesthetic. The utilitarian side of the item is related to the climatic conditions of the country where the costume was used. The aesthetic ideal reflected the idea of the "ideal man" in different eras, his inner essence and appearance. The problem of artistic vision in the visual arts is associated with such aspects of art criticism as visual perception, aesthetic perception, artistic thinking, the language of the visual arts, the artistic image in the visual arts, and national art

The problem of regional migration is treated in the article. The development of the Far Eastern territories is a priority now. The government has developed many large-scale projects aimed at supporting the remote region, but the problem of emigration of the economically active population has not settled since 1991. The problem of the outflow of promising young personnel from its territory is particularly acute. The purpose of this research is to study the reasons for the migration of young people from the Primorsky Region - one of the regions of the Far East. The main tasks were to obtain visions of migration moods and motivation of migration behavior of students. The study used a psychological verbal-communicative method - a survey in which a specially designed list of questions was used as a means to collect information from the respondent. The survey covered about 1,000 respondents between the ages of 15 and 30. Results. The research has shown that the main reason for emigration of school graduates is the opportunity to progress, studying in prestigious domestic and foreign universities, working in the largest Russian and foreign companies, that not enough represented here. Excellent and good rated school graduates prefer to enter Moscow and St. Petersburg universities. This means that most prospective workers in the future want to leave the territory of the region. Analysis of the responses of the university graduates revealed the prevalence of negative expectations about their future and the future of the territories. The data indicated that the main reasons to leave the country and the Primorsky Region are low job prospects for university graduates, lack of selfrealization possibilities, low wages and the instability of the region’s political and socioeconomic situation. In addition, the situation is exacerbated by the fact that respondents, for the most part, do not know about the projects that are being implemented in the region and do not see career prospects, which confirms the implementation of many strategic projects of the region only on paper. The lack of measures to prevent the emigration of young people will have a number of negative economic and social consequences, one of which is the reduction of competitevness of the territory. Creating favorable conditions for young people in the region, active public policy to attract young skilled professionals in Primorye is a prerequisite for the development of the region's intellectual capital and a guarantee of its dynamic socio-economic development

    Get PDF
The article analyzes the works of Anglo-American researchers on the history of Russian colonization, in which the territorial expansion of Russia and the United States is considered in a comparative manner. G.V. Ibneeva and I.A. Popov shows that modern Anglo-American works are characterized by a tendency to establish direct analogies between the colonization of Russia and the USA: between Cossacks and cowboys, Ukraine and Louisiana, etc. At the same time, analyzing the research literature on the studied problem, the authors of the article come to the conclusion that modern AngloAmerican historians tend to see more differences in the colonization processes in Russia and the USA than similarities. Development methods of new lands are often evaluated by Anglo-American researchers in favor of Russia; the means by which colonization was carried out is seen as a more “positive” example of territorial expansion. This conclusion is not typical for the history of Russia in foreign historiography. The research results show a variety of interpretations of the history of Russian colonization in this historiography

This paper poses the question of the role of official political concepts in ensuring the national security of Russia from the perspective of a sociological approach. Based on the materials of Russian political practice at the beginning of the XXI century, the authors describe the existence of official interpretations of constitutional principles that influence law-making and law enforcement activities in Russia. The focus is on such concepts as sovereign democracy, the power vertical, and the national leader. The paper gives a brief description of each of these concepts. Being specific cliches, these concepts reflect a certain state of constitutional justice of the Russian society in the posttransition period. It is concluded that these concepts play a significant role in the regulation of public relations; an attempt is made to describe the mechanisms of this influence. Attention is drawn to the fact that these concepts were developed by political actors associated with the state, but subsequently received wide support from participants in public relations. The authors conclude that there are specific historical reasons for the emergence of these concepts related to national security interests.
