QUEST TECHNOLOGY AS A MEANS OF PROMOTING SCHOOL FORESTRIES IN ZABAYKALSKY KRAI
Get PDFThe problem of preservation and reproduction of forest resources as components of ecological culture of citizens is studied together with the willingness of future generations to solve it. This readiness is shaped by the movement of the school forestries, which, however, are seen by teachers as retro-innovation. To overcome the contradictions, the authors made a project for the development and implementation of quest technologies in the work of school forestries in Zabaykalsky Krai. The aim of the project is to increase the level of student’s ecological culture through educational quests in the maintenance activities of the school forestries. The work presents the used theoretical (analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, retrospective analysis of own activities), empiric (participant observation, design), and content analysis research methods (introduction of quests, including the quest landings as relevant technology of the school forestries activities). The results of the project are the change in the awareness of students about the content of the school forestries activities, about the professions related to forestry, the degree of involvement of each child in environmental protection as the characteristics of the development level of ecological culture. All results are is reflected in the "Green notebook" of a project participant and proves the achievement of the project aims
Motivational resources for project teams’ success
Get PDFThe article deals with motivational resources for effectiveness of project teams analyzing their significance in project implementation process. To determine the motivational resources of project activity success we developed a comprehensive model of project activity based on the motivational model proposed by Harvard Business School, according to which we studied: (1) subjective assessment of project implementation and resource potential; (2) opportunities for realization of motives; (3) satisfaction with intra-group relationships; (4) work satisfaction. The motivational model of project team success is developed. We demonstrate the interrelation between project team success motivation and positive resource estimates, motive realization opportunities, satisfaction with intra-group relationships and work. The proposed motivational model outlines the resources that can ensure project success
ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND PROGRAM SUPPORT OF YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Get PDFThis article discusses the study of youth entrepreneurship development conducted. The relevance of the study is determined by a major gap between the need for large-scale involvement of young people in entrepreneurial activity in order to ensure development of the country’s economy and quite passive attitude of young people in Russia towards setting up their own businesses despite various enabling programs and mechanisms for youth entrepreneurship offered at different levels of power in Russia. In order to identify the reasons behind these discrepancies, the article writers review the programs and organizational forms to support youth entrepreneurship development at different levels that are currently available in Russia: from federal to local and intra-university. The analysis of youth entrepreneurship support provided is based on a study of the international practice addressing these issues. This article discusses the key issues that hamper youth entrepreneurship development. The article has a special focus on a social study of the effectiveness of various supportive measures as viewed by young people – university students. It also gives a detailed account of individual aspects of youth entrepreneurship organization in the context of a regional university – Minin University. The authors have examined some of the measures to be taken by universities to empower and involve students as country’s most active youth representatives in entrepreneurial activity. Conclusions have been drawn as to certain aspects of the effectiveness of youth entrepreneurship organizational and program supportive measures in this country
THE USE OF A STRUCTURAL-INSTITUTIONAL APPROACH TO THE ANALYSIS OF DEVELOPMENT OF A REGIONAL ECONOMIC COMPLEX
Get PDFEnhancement of efficiency and competitiveness of the industrial complex requires changing the existing methods and improving the used methods for forming and implementing industrial policy. Particularly acute is the task of ridding the industrial enterprises of the dependence on foreign technologies and components and the transition to total import substitution under the sanctions of the Western powers and the United States of America. The analysis of the special literature on the problems of development of the industrial complex of the Russian Federation makes it possible to summarize certain provisions of the formation and implementation of industrial policy. 1. Definitely, reasonable participation of the state is obligatory in a market economy conditions, as a result of which it is necessary and appropriate to use the methods of government regulation and planning to establish priority areas for making joint efforts. 2. When developing an industrial policy strategy, it is necessary not only to take the peculiarities and trends of development of the industrial complex of the Russian Federation into account, but also to allow for all various possible scenarios with estimates of the main criteria. 3. The bar should always be raised, as, an attenuation of all rates of growth in industry indicators is inevitable without a transition to a new technological level. All this requires breakthrough technologies and developments to be definitely used. 4. In industrial policies, it is also necessary to consider their direct and indirect effects on other sectors of the national economy [2; 7; 13]
ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN THE MODERN WORLD
No full text: The relevance of the problem is due to the fact that the majority of emissions into the atmosphere of harmful toxic substances falls to the share of road transport with internal-combustion engines, which adversely affects human health and the environment state. One of the ways to solve the problem is the introduction of electric cars into the urban infrastructure. The objective of this article is to solve the problem of electric cars introduction in the urban infrastructure for improving the quality of human life. For this purpose, the modern approaches to solving this problem are systematized; the study of automobiles with internal- combustion engines impact on the Surgut city ecological situation was carried out; the necessity of electric cars introduction into the urban infrastructure has been substantiated. Theoretical methods of research: study, analysis, systematization of scientific, educational, publicist literature on the problem under consideration; the subject of research analysis; comparison and grouping of theoretical material. All the fore said allowed us to determine that electric transport is the unconditional and inevitable future of the automotive industry that caused by its cost effectiveness, noiselessness, environmental protection (no direct effect on pollution of environment), air-cooling, simplicity of design, ability to work in the generator mode, operating and maintenance costs reduction. Empirical methods have contributed to the study and analysis of documents, forms of bulletins, texts of scientific reports, monitoring of the atmospheric air state, study and analysis of data obtained in the medical institutions of Surgut city by type and number of diseases. With the help of experimental methods, the level of atmospheric air pollution measurement, as well as the processing, systematization and evaluation of the obtained data were carried out. According to data obtained, the conclusions about quality of atmospheric air, impact of exhaust gases of cars with internal-combustion engines on the atmospheric air structure and its impact on cancer morbidity of inhabitant’s growth have been made. The gradual introduction of electric transport (cars, buses, trucks) to improve the quality of people life have been substantiated. The materials of the article are of practical significance and are relevantmotivational for the modernization of the urban infrastructure in sphere of transportation, as well as when considering the issue of configuration and replacing vehicles of the city enterprises. The gradual introduction of electric cars for transportations, practical taking into account by experts of the city-forming enterprises and administration of Surgut city the obtained results will improve the quality of inhabitant’s life
Experience of European Countries Implementing Innovative Approaches in Tourism Development
Get PDFA key aspect that causes the need for innovation in the tourism sector is the fact that tourist activities not only form the travel services in the territory, but also serve a source of revenues for the region, and cause the development of many related sectors of the destination's economy. Many states create special national organizations to promote various types of innovations in tourism, realizing that it is an innovation activity that is the main factor of economic growth. Such organizations are established in the UK, Spain, Poland, and other countries. The essence of the innovative approach in tourism is creating new and improving existing services, developing new markets, establishing strategic business alliances, implementing extensively contemporary information technologies, and applying new management forms and methods. It is the effective application of innovations that leads to the creation of competitive tourist products and services both on the national and international markets. The article focuses on the achievements of scientists considering the need to apply innovative management for the effective development of the tourism business. The authors compare the experience of various European countries and companies which implement innovative approaches in the development of the tourism industry, as well as in the field of tourism business; consider the Russian experience of implementing innovative approaches in tourism activities; and draft proposals for the development of tourism in Russia
EFFECTIVENESS OF RESILIENCE ON ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION AND SELF-EFFICACY IN STUDENTS OF NURSING
Get PDF: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of resiliency on nursing students' progress and self-efficacy in Tehran (2018). The method of this study was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population of the study was all nursing students of Iran University of Medical Sciences. With using convenience sampling method, 30 nurses (15 in each group) were selected from Tehran nurses in 1397 and were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. The experimental group received 10 sessions of 90-minute resuscitation training and the control group remained on the waiting list. Data collection was done based on Hermes Progress Motivation Questionnaire (1970) and Sherrer & Maddox (1982) self-efficacy questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by spss20 software in two descriptive and inferential parts (covariance analysis test). Findings of this study showed that resiliency training had an important role in increasing nursing students' achievements in motivation and self-efficacy. Therefore, based on the results of this study, resiliency training increases nursing students' achievements of motivation and self-efficacy

It has been established that the dynamics of procedural and legal regulation presupposes the presence of procedural stages having spatio-temporal boundaries that allow solving intermediate problems, but united by a common ultimate goal. These stages are characterized by logical sequence and are filled with a certain functional content. The legal regime at the same time expresses a special procedure for the procedural regulation of the activities of subjects and participants in the legal process, based on a certain combination of legal means and methods of legal regulation, guarantees and principles, aimed at optimal resolution of legal cases
The development of cooperative organizations and ensuring their viability through the prism of the main guidelines of the new institutional theory
Get PDFThe system of consumer cooperation should be considered as an open complex-dynamic system, integrated into the external institutional environment, which defines the boundaries and opportunities for its development. This occurs, on the one hand, by fixing the rules and norms of economic behavior, and, on the other, by transforming them with the consideration ofthe situation in society and the achievements of scientific and technological progress. Thus, the process of replacing some institutions with others takes place, as well as the conscious formation of a new institutional environment that contributes to the further development of the cooperative system. According to the authors, changes in the institutional environment caused by the need to form new institutional norms can have consequences that are not only undefined but also largely unpredictable, which leads to the emergence of a turbulent institutional environment. In the case of ineffective and ill-considered solutions, the process of disturbing influences intensifies, which leads to chaotic turbulent, random movement. The crisis state of a complex system under conditions of increasing nonlinearity leads to a loss of stability. During this period, the target of economic agents, including cooperative organizations, is to build up competitive advantages
