DIGITALIZATION AS A FACTOR OF DEVELOPMENT OF WORLD ECONOMY
Get PDFThis article analyzes digitalization as a factor of development of world economy. It has been established that conversion to the model of digital economy is accompanied by new qualitative modifications of social and economic relations both at the governmental level and at the level of business entities. This process is characterized by new capabilities and hazards. It has been revealed that the fraction of internet economy increases in gross domestic product, though, the digital transformation will deal with all sectors of most countries of the world. At the same time, in order to estimate the efficiency of digital economy, it is necessary to have common and unique procedures, which are currently unavailable. Therefore, the development strategy of digital economy cannot be established just to verify the new concept
NETWORK ROUTES OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION FOR DIFFERENT AGE COMMUNITY IN THE CIS
Get PDFHistorically, the interaction between people of the same age can only be in artificially created groups within the traditional formal education system. The educational process in different age groups makes it possible to create conditions for the development of the individual, in accordance with its interests. Monorole approach in the same age groups, oriented to development of the person’s particular social role, in terms ofthe dynamics of socio-cultural situation in society is limited and insufficient. Comparing the potential of one age and different age communities, we have identified a number of benefits of the latter; they are able to: 1) actively transmit experience from senior to junior; 2) ensure the successful development of children and young people different social roles; 3) create conditions for education, development and socialization; 4) create conditions for the development of children managerial competencies; 5) ensure social and socio-psychological protection in the form of senior’s assistance to junior; 6)form the driving force of "poles" of the interaction process - representatives of different generations, creating new space of non-formal education, which is built in the traditional system of education in Russia. One of the significant trends in the development of communities of different ages and education system as a whole are diversified routes nonformal education. The article describes the multi-polar approach to the study of nonformal education communities of different ages, which is based on the use of three pairs of complementary approaches: progressive – andragogic, system – synergetic, event – ambivalent. It is proposed using of the construct ‘socio-cultural practices of non-formal education’ along with the construct of ‘modern diversified educational routes’
ETHNO-CULTURAL EDUCATION OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN IN THE SOUTH YAKUTIA REGION OF THE SAKHA (YAKUTIA) REPUBLIC
Get PDFThe study focuses on the ethno-cultural education of elementary schoolchildren in the educational institutions of the South Yakutia Region of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. An analysis was made of academic and instructional literature on the conceptual framework of elementary schoolchildren’s ethno-cultural education. The authors highlight the need to create a stimulating ethno-cultural educational environment directed at developing elementary schoolchildren’s skills in interacting with people from other cultural backgrounds. The study aims to investigate various aspects of the ethnocultural education of elementary schoolchildren residing in the South Yakutia Region of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. The study provides data from a psychological and educational experiment and demonstrates the need for an efficient organization of the teacher’s professional activity aimed at providing full educational support for elementary children’s ethno-cultural development. The implementation of the Planet of Friendship elective course into the multicultural educational environment improved elementary schoolchildren’s knowledge system and their knowledge of the history, traditions and culture of different peoples. The results of the final diagnostic assessment pointed to positive developments in the experimental class, including increased interest among elementary schoolchildren in learning more about both their and other cultures and history and improved positive attitudes towards people of various ethnic backgrounds and readiness for intercultural interaction
DESENVOLVIMENTO DO ARQUIPÉLAGO DE BAZARUTO COMO DESTINO TURÍSTICO EM MOÇAMBIQUE: UM ESTUDO SOBRE A RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL ASSOCIADA À MARCA EMPRESARIAL
Get PDFO objetivo geral da presente pesquisa era compreender as ações de responsabilidade social adotadas pelos empreendimentos turísticos em prol da marca empresarial e do destino Arquipélago de Bazaruto. Neste contexto, delimitou-se a seguinte questão/ problema: De que modo às ações de responsabilidade social no Arquipélago de Bazaruto podem impulsionar a marca empresarial e do destino turístico? Como procedimentos metodológicos, adotaram-se os seguintes: abordagem qualitativa com base descritiva e exploratória, como realização de levantamento bibliográfico com aplicação de questionários. Como principais resultados, destacaram-se: uma das limitações que o setor turístico apresenta é a fraca capacidade de mãode-obra qualificada, o fraco envolvimento das comunidades locais na gestão e participação na atividade turística faz com que os recursos turísticos contribuam para o bem-estar de uma minoria, correspondente ao setor privado, maioritariamente estrangeiro. Além disso, constatouse que os indivíduos e instituições devem procurar formas de articulação atendendo a responsabilidade social um para com os outros. O Estado, por sua vez, exerce uma função de poder mediador e regulamentário da atividade turística. Outrossim, a comunidade assume o acolhimento de visitantes e os turistas são principais fontes de receita, pois sem eles os empreendimentos turísticos estariam inoperacionais. Ao final, pode-se constatar que o cerne do produto turístico do arquipélago de Bazaruto é a natureza. No que diz respeito à comunidade, ela tem recebido o apoio de forma fragmentada e dependente da disponibilização das receitas angariadas pelo PNAB e da declaração de donativos feitos pelos hóspedes dos empreendimentos turísticos que foram sujeitos desta pesquisa
A COMUNICAÇÃO TURÍSTICA DIGITAL DO LOCAL AO GLOBAL: UMA AVALIAÇÃO DE SITES OFICIAIS DE TURISMO
Get PDF: A tecnologia vem crescendo com o tempo, levando informações a todos os quatro cantos do mundo. Nessa evolução tecnológica, o turismo embarca se tornando cada vez mais fácil de ser executado por quem dispõe de um computador, tablet ou smartphone. Entrementes, é notável que muitos sites ainda dispõem de déficits de informações necessárias para que os viajantes tenham uma viagem tranquila e sem grandes problemas. Nesse contexto, o presente trabalho objetivou avaliar a eficiência de sites oficiais de turismo da cidade de São Paulo, do Estado do Pará e da Alemanha, identificando se eles possuem informações indispensáveis para um indivíduo que almeja viajar por conta própria. O caminho metodológico construído para possibilitar esta investigação, de caráter analítico, se estabeleceu a partir de uma abordagem quali-quantitativa, com pesquisas bibliográficas, documentais e de campo. Estas últimas compreenderam uma avaliação técnica realizada a partir de um quadro analítico criado com base nos estudos de Ladeiro (2012) e Tomikawa (2009), utilizando como quesitos de avaliação os recursos técnicos e turísticos e as redes sociais dos sites. Somaram-se a este instrumento, observações dos sites e capturas de tela (Prints Screen) enquanto ferramentas para a coleta de dados. Os dados permitiram compreender que, do local ao global, a comunicação digital em sites oficiais turismo possui uma série de deficiências, sendo o site do Estado do Pará o com a pior avaliação. Neste estudo, portanto, se expõe as qualidades e as deficiências dos sites analisados, de maneira que se abrem caminhos para que ideias sejam fomentadas em direção à melhoria da comunicação turística digital

No segmento turístico, como os serviços possuem caráter experimental, a utilização da rede digital com fito de disseminar o que foi vivido nas viagens é capaz de despertar nos demais o desejo por conhecer tais destinos. O presente artigo possui como objetivo geral analisar de que forma o consumo por destinos turísticos é influenciado pelo Instagram. A pesquisa caracteriza-se por ser qualitativa, de caráter exploratório, realizada sob a forma de estudo de caso da agência Voyage Turismo, localizada no município de Campina Grande-PB. Conclui-se que a empresa, apesar de encontrar certas dificuldades vem tendo um crescimento digital produtivo, investindo em agência especializada para produção de conteúdo, bem como adota a estratégia de diferenciação dos seus canais de marketing
PERCEPÇÃO DOS RESIDENTES SOBRE O DESENVOLVIMENTO DO TURISMO EM GARGALHEIRAS, ACARI, RIO GRANDE DO NORTE, BRASIL
Get PDFA percepção do residente tem sido utilizada como um determinante no planejamento estratégico de um destino tendo como foco a sustentabilidade do lugar e o êxito das ações. Neste sentido, este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a percepção do residente de um pequeno Povoado na cidade de Acari/RN na perspectiva da sustentabilidade do destino. A localidade já possui uma demanda real de visitantes que tem como principal motivação, apreciar o açude Gargalheiras. Estudar-se à também, as percepções do residente frente às mudanças advindas da atividade turística, assim como os impactos positivos e negativos da atividade. Para isto, a pesquisa recorre à pesquisa descritiva com abordagem quantitativa baseada no método hipotético-dedutivo. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas e os dados foram analisados por meio de agrupamentos e categorias relacionadas a literatura adotada. Os principais resultados da pesquisa evidenciam que os residentes apoiam o desenvolvimento do turismo considerando seus benefícios e forte confiança nos atores locais, no entanto, o apoio ao desenvolvimento do turismo não está relacionado à percepção dos custos advindos da atividade

Precariedade, baixos salários, grandes cargas horárias, instabilidade no emprego e desvalorização do trabalho feminino caracterizam o perfil da força de trabalho ocupada no turismo do Brasil. A tendência contemporânea de flexibilização das relações de trabalho incrementa a precariedade das relações de trabalho e a desvalorização dos trabalhadores do turismo, notadamente por meio de medidas empresariais de controle social do trabalho, de fatores próprios da vinculação espacial do turismo e pela consolidação de modelos de negócios baseados em tecnologia
Features of Investing in Reconstruction of Reclamation Objects by the Example of Irrigation Systems of the Saratov Region
Get PDFThe economic mechanisms for stimulating the national economy spheres, implemented in the Russian Federation, in particular the agricultural sector, require the need to revise the vector of using the existing irrigation facilities as part of the existing strategy for the development of land reclamation in the country. A sharp increase in energy prices, a decrease in the production of irrigation equipment, its cost, and accelerated aging of all reclamation facilities have identified the importance of the problem concerning rational use of reclaimed land. In this vein, the tasks of increasing the technical level of irrigation systems, improving the reliability and environmental friendliness of their operation through technical re-equipment and reconstruction of existing reclamation systems, building new and implementing innovative technologies for cultivating crops are becoming urgent. Financing of land reclamation measures that ensure the effectiveness of options for the development of the reclamation fund should be considered through the means of budgets of different levels and the intensification of attracting extrabudgetary investments by increasing the investment attractiveness of the reclamation sector in the economy. The value of specific capital investments in the development of the reclamation complex considering current prices has been clarified.
