    Get PDF
The present study deals with the ambiguity of German verbs of the industry-specific language of management, as well as the peculiarities of their presentation in educational dictionaries of various types. The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of existing variants of the lexicographic representation of polysemantic verbs (taking into account synonymy and homonymy), evaluation of their advantages and disadvantages (the target audience being the main evaluation criterion) and presenting options for forming the vocabulary and formatting the entries in the dictionaries compiled by the author. To implement these tasks, such methods as continuous sampling (during the formation of the research material), semantic analysis of terminological units and lexicographic analysis were used. Verb polysemy affects the formation of vocabulary entries in monolingual dictionaries, translation dictionaries, thematic dictionaries and in dictionaries of synonyms. The possibilities of representing polysemantic verbs based on lexical prototypes and on frame theory are analyzed. The principles of vocabulary formation in German-Russian and Russian-German synonyms dictionaries containing polysemantic verbs are considered. The reasons for the asymmetry of the dictionary corpus and the discrepancies of the entries are clarified. The reasons are given for expanding the dictionary entries by specifying additional phonetic marks (transcription for borrowed lexical items), additional grammatical information (transitivity, intransitivity, government, etc), indicating a specific field of use (micro- and macrofields of management). Different functions of educational dictionaries are analyzed, and a technique is suggested for expanding their functions – using the dictionary not only as a reference but also as a teaching aid, and the expediency of reducing the entry by placing illustrative material in appendices for more detailed study in the learning process is justified

CONFIRMATION OF IDEOLOGICAL GUIDELINES IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL ACTS OF MODERN STATES

    Get PDF
The authors note that the principle of ideological pluralism is among the characteristics of the foundations of the constitutional order. This principle is a specific feature of the constitutions of states in a democratic transformation. It excludes the confirmation of an obligatory (state) ideology in legislation of a democratic state. However, there are countries that choose a slightly different ideological path, reinforcing the domination of a single state ideology on religious or other grounds or establishing a direct ban on the existence of any ideology in constitutional acts. Different approaches to the definition and content of the notions “ideology”, “ideological reference points” in different countries are analyzed, taking into account the peculiarities and differences of legal systems

    No full text
The aim of the study was to establish and evaluate the character of associations between the level of uric acid (UA) and myocardial remodeling of (MR) and carotid remodeling (CR) in patients with arterial hypertension (AH). The authors used secondary data obtained from the hospital information database. Patients were divided into groups by sex, age, no remodeling, carotid remodeling (CR), myocardial remodeling (MR), and carotid and myocardial remodeling (CR and MR). The analysis showed that with aging, the share of patients without remodeling decreased (38.4% of patients younger than 45 years old vs 14.3% of patients aged 45 and older. The share of patients with RCA (38.4% vs 51.0%) and the share of patients with RM and RCA (11.15% vs 27.3%) increased, and the share of patients with RM decreased from 12.1% to 7.5%. One-sided ANOVA analysis for the evaluation of the levels of UA in groups divided by the parameter of remodeling showed that the level of UA was significantly different, F (3, 374) = 2.895, р <0.05. In the group of patients that did not have remodeling, it was 341.84 ± 73.46; in the group with CR, it was 339.7 ± 78.69; in the group with MR, it was 343.39 ± 84.36; and in the group with CR and MR, it was 367.4 ± 71.18. Tukey’s test showed that an increase in the level of UA in the group of patients with MR and CR (27.73, 95% CI (from 52.81 to 265)) was statistically significant (р <0.05). The results of the present study indicate that, in the studied population, MR was performed earlier, and CR – later (the number of such patients was higher). Also, probably, the level of UA was not associated with MR and CR. However, it was significantly higher in the group of patients with MR and CR, which could be associated with the progressing of AH

The purpose of the present research is to identify the potential and develop proposals for the popularization of photo tourism in Russian national parks. The relevance of the research topic is explained by the fact that the flow of tourists who want to get familiar with various attractions and discover new horizons is growing from year to year. For photo tourism, the main objects of interest for taking a picture are natural, historical, cultural, and socio-economic tourist and recreational resources. Therefore, places with high concentration of such objects and especially areas where they are collocated together, are of particular importance. Specially protected natural areas are one of these types of places. The contemporary consumer of a tourist product becomes more aware of aesthetic and cognitive needs, demands new nonstandard offers from the tourism industry, and seeks new impressions. And everyone, who has visited such places, wants to share this experience with others. Based on this emerging need, tourism has developed a direction such as photo tourism which is a combination of two scopes of activity, namely, tourism and photography that opens up huge opportunities for amateur travelers. The present research is aimed at ordering data on the study of photo tourism in the Russian Federation and making proposals for the development of tourist products. National parks were chosen as the object of the photo tour organization due to special characteristics (the integrity of recreational resources, uniqueness of resources, availability of infrastructure, and high aesthetic component). Creating a photo tour, as well as any other tour, undergoes certain stages. However, when developing a photo tour, in addition to standard indicators, such as the age of consumers, the purpose of travel, and others, it is also necessary to take into account the level of training of participants, their goals, subject matters, technical component, etc. Currently, photo tourism is developing rapidly, offering consumers many different options for photo tours. However, in Russia, photo tourism is still not represented enough and mainly developing as a kind of amateur tourism. In this regard, a problem arises to study photo tourism and to identify its evolution factors

The purpose of the article is to study the phenomenon of fading creativity in adolescents aged 11 to 17 by monitoring their artsy products. The analysis of drawings and associated response essays show a decrease in artistic creativity among participants of public exhibitions. As it becomes apparent with an age, there is a sharp decrease in the number or the complete disappearance of metaphors, which serve as semantic elements of creative artistic expression. Along with the theoretical, and psychological and pedagogical approach, the main method of research was represented by the content analysis of materials submitted by adolescents of different age groups to the children's creativity contest. It was found while evaluating the creativity of the authors of 652 drawings and response essays that 22 artworks of 17-year-old schoolchildren lacked metaphors completely, which denotes the extinction of creativity. The conducted research also employed diagnostic methods evaluating the ability of preservice teachers to identify creative manifestations. The study recorded a gradual decline in creativity in adolescents aged 11 to 17. The main reasons are considered imperfections of the education system, which does not ensure the creative and artistic development of students in high schools. The research also revealed the possibilities and conditions for changing this trend based on the pedagogical model developed and tested in the course of the study. Building and introducing a training system to enrich creative thinking for a school or institution for supplementary education involved the development by adolescents of the metaphorical figurativeness of art. It is established that this system has a developing potential. The emotionally cheerful aesthetic creative environment created by teachers supports a higher artistic level of the productive activity of adolescents
