"God" from a Phenomenology Perspective with a Mystical Approach in the Divan-I-Hafiz
The phenomenon of "God" is the common feature of all religious, mystics, philosophical sciences and theology. And each group examines it according to its own worldview. Since the worldview of every thought field is commensurate with the conditions and view of each perspective. Then, the analysis and interpretation of each phenomenon will be influenced by the same particular worldview. Because the phenomenology position of mysticism is different, phenomenologists believe that ontology itself does not represent phenomena. Rather, humans understand it by looking at the phenomena and how they enter the spirit of the world. Kant has said that we understand things not as they are in themselves, but as they appear to us. As a mystic, Hafiz memorized the Holy Quran and observed the Shari'a approach on his attitude toward God and surveyed mystical discourse formation. And mystical worldview prevails significantly in the introduction and identification of the "God" phenomenon. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this paper concludes that Hafiz Shirazi uses more formulation of mystical discourse to represent the context of cognition in such discourses
HISTORICAL MEMORY RETENTION: CAPABILITIES OF CRIMINAL POLICY
This paper examines the problem of criminalizing the distortion of historical memory. It largely concerns the Armenian Genocide carried out by the Ottoman Empire in 1915, as well as the events taking place during the Second World War. The work presents judicial practice of national courts and the European Court of Human Rights, which considered the material of such distortion. The authors study the criminal legislation of different countries providing for responsibility for the distortion of historical facts. The paper includes the results of Russian sociological studies on the need to introduce penal prohibitions for historical facts distortion. The findings of this research allowed the authors to conclude that it is advisable to contend with the phenomena under consideration through some social impact measures rather than with criminal legislation methods. Such measures are raising the legal culture of the population, increasing the number of academic hours dedicated to the problematic issues in the courses of history and social studies in educational institutions, organizing new and renovating and promoting existing museums and historical centers (especially such centers as “Khatyn”, Auschwitz, Yad Vashem holocaust remembrance center in Israel, the Armenian Genocide Museum in Yerevan and others), providing open access to archive documents for not only scientists, but general public as well - by using modern means of communication
ACTOR-ORIENTED APPROACH TO IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LATIN-BASED KAZAKH ALPHABET AND ITS SOCIAL ROLE IN MODERNIZING THE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE YOUTH
The article attempts to explain the causes of Kazakhstan’s gradual transition from the Cyrillic-based Kazakh alphabet to the Latin-based script by 2025. This transition results from the multiplicative effect of an innovative breakthrough in science, education and technology and aims to foster future-oriented changes in Kazakhstani public awareness and targets mostly the youth. A key area in this transition is its focus on the society and people/actors who are its clients and, eventually, beneficiaries. A sociological snap survey aimed at examining expert opinions on the subject was conducted among forty-three experts fluent in the Kazakh language and in Latin-based foreign languages and residing in Astana, Kazakhstan. In general, the survey revealed the experts’ positive assessment of the transition of the Kazakh alphabet from the Cyrillic to the Latin script. The reason they welcomed it is due to their long-term understanding of globalization processes taking place internationally. The study adopted a comparative approach using some post-Soviet states’ experience of shifting to the Latin script (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan). The need to conduct this kind of expert surveys shows that the Kazakhstanis understand the importance of this shift to the Latin-based script, are interested in and ready for it. Sociological research on this topic makes it possible to look at the expert opinion of all concerned
AGROTECHNOLOGICAL METHODS OF GRAIN CROP CULTIVATION WITH NITROGEN-FIXING MICROORGANISMCONTAINING SEED DRESSING
: In crop growing, crops are closely connected with the environment. The maximum yield of high quality can be obtained only in case of a favorable combination of all the factors of plants development and agrotechnological approaches. However, the deficiency of one of the microelements required for the plant growing inhibits its development and the lack – leads to its death. A demand in high yield and ecologically clean production, improvement in the qualitative parameters of the final product, cleaning the soil from chemical substances and heavy metals provoked an increased interest in the development of ecologically-oriented systems of farming that are based on a steady replacement of some agricultural chemicals with biological products, primarily, microbiological drugs. Microbiological drugs positively influence the accumulation of the plant biomass during the vegetation. The effectiveness of inoculation depends on the varietal peculiarities of crops, the level of soil fertility, weather conditions, and strains that are contained in the drugs. The study lasted from 2011 to 2014 at the facilities of the Caspian Sea Agrarian Federal Research Center of RAS (CSAFRCRAS). The aim of the present study was to evaluate the influence of new nitrogen-fixing microbiological drugs Agrophil, Mizorin, Flavobacterin, and Rhizoagrin-204 on the yield of spring crops on light-chestnut alkaline soil in Astrakhan Oblast. Agrotechnological measures included generally accepted agrotechnological methods according to the regionbased recommendations. The authors performed field trials, observations, and measurements using generally accepted methods. The present article describes the results of the studies on the influence of microbiological drugs on the productivity of spring crops on light-chestnut alkaline soil. The authors specified the most efficient variants of cultivation of the studied crops. The study results showed that the best parameters of yield structure and biological yield were obtained in the variants that involved Flavobacterin, Mizorin, and Agrophil. Nitrogen-fixing microbiological seed dressing showed its growth-stimulation activity. The maximum yield increase that ranged from + 0.5 to +1.2 t/ha in comparison with the control variant was obtained in the variants that involved Flavobacterin, Mizorin, and Agrophil. Biological yield in spring wheat was 4.0 t/ha, and in spring barley – 4.8-4.9 t/ha
Innovation Technology Implementation in Facility Services in Russia
The main function of building envelope is to protect people who live in the building from climatic effects by providing a comfortable microclimate and lighting in the house. Most residential multi-apartment buildings in the Russian Federation were built before mid-1990s with low energy efficiency and, often, low quality. The situation is aggravated by the lack of timely repair, which adversely affects the performance of these buildings. The sphere of individual housing construction also lacks of quality control at all stages of the life cycle of a building. Builders ignore important features of the building design, or the construction works are carried out by unqualified workers, without sufficient quality control. This results in increased energy consumption during the operation of the building, compromised microclimate in the house, violation of environmental requirements, and, in the absence of timely repairs, loss of the bearing capacity of the structural elements of the building. Important areas of development in the field of housing construction are to energy efficiency, improvement of the system of operation and maintenance of buildings, transparency in the operational performance of buildings for owners and investors. To obtain such benefits, it is necessary to develop a strategy for implementation of intelligent technologies and smart engineering systems to improve energy efficiency, automate operational processes and create an ‘intelligent’ profile of a building. The article presents a study of energy efficiency of buildings and justifies smart management of real estate objects, in order to save resources and timely respond to the decline in their operational qualities. In the modern conditions of market economy, when most of the housing stock is privately owned, it is necessary to create a modern economic and organizational mechanism for overhauls, reconstruction and modernization of building with the use of BIM technologies. The result of the overhaul and reconstruction works is the restoration and improvement of the operational characteristics of buildings. An overhaul or a reconstruction is advisable if the technical condition of the building has been compromised and effective operation and maintenance are impossible. The proposed methodological and practical recommendations aim at implementing the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the quality of overhauls, reconstruction and modernization of real estate objects, meet the emerging need for developing practical measures to revitalize the activities in the housing market and to improve the quality life of the population
Historical aspects of developing the theory of frames in social sciences and humanities
Researching the frame theory applied to the urgent practical issues in the modern society is a trend in the global science, attempting to research more deeply the key problems related to a person and the society development in general. The topicality of this issue is due to the researching of a complex of strategies facilitating the construction of a personality development paradigm, which would enable to answer the question of determining yet hidden meanings of human actions based on revealing a group of frames. Studying the theory of frames is a way of finding steady links in a chain of behavioral actions and reactions. The objective of the present research is to analyze the main approaches to studying frames in order to reflect their dynamics and to determine the key vectors of frames of a region. The leading approach to the research is the frame conception, which organizes and systematizes interdisciplinary links in forming the universal frame theory applied in further research. The theoretical-methodological basis of the research is the works by Western authors who engaged in conceptualization of the issue of frames and building the theory of frames. During the research, the authors applied a set of scientific methods. In particular, such methods were applied as dialectics, hermeneutics, comparativistics, and historism. The theoretical basis for the analysis of historical approaches to the theory of frames is the works by well-known European researchers (M. Minsky, G. Bateson, A. Schutz, E. Goffman, etc.). The article presents analysis of historical approaches to frame theory, systematizes the leading approaches in this sphere, in order to substantiate the interdisciplinary bases of the frame theory in formation of a frame conception of a region. The following approaches to researching frames were identified: 1) frames are structural data, the type of which is determined by the forms of conscious actions; 2) meta-communicational frames are a contextual structure by which information is grouped, the so-called pattern of representation; 3) a frame as a structural context of everyday interaction; 4) a frame as a form of prerequisite knowledge; 5) a frame as a cognitive formation; 6) a frame as a complex notion, representing a stable and relatively static structure, a cognitive formation. The research materials can be useful for the specialists attempting to draw their scientific research beyond the limits of a certain disciplinary sphere and to arrange an interdisciplinary dialogue in order to develop more comprehensive and flexible theories in the socialhumanitarian sphere as a whole
