Perfect human being is one of the essential and primary topics in Islamic theosophy. The discussion pertains to the way a person can achieve perfection while the human being has been created in the best time and under the best conditions as ruled in out holy texts. The question raised here is that on what path should this divine version and mirror of royal magnificence step to attain perfection? Mowlavi is amongst the sages proposing a lot of topics about the perfect human being; in his works, especially Masnavi Ma’anavi (spiritual couplet poems), he has presented a lot of discussions about the perfection of the human beings. The present article tries exploring a few of the issues posited about the perfect human being from the perspective of Masnavi Ma’anavi; it will be hypothesized that perfection is not a thing outside the human essence and that whatever the human beings want should be sought insid

Poverty is amongst the terms undergone a lot of semantic evolutions in the course of time; it is interpreted and defined differently by the lexicologists, philosophers and theosophists. It has been ranging in meaning from the lowest degrees of disgrace and inferiority to the peak of pride and esteem. There is always raised this question in the mind as to what whether destitution is truly a disgrace or an honor? Why it is sometimes so heinous that it gets the mankind close to blasphemy and occasionally so admired that instigates pride and honor? The most important goal of the present study is finding an answer to the foresaid question based on a search in the honorable book of Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh and Masnavi Ma’anavi though references have also been made to the ideas of the other elders of the canon and conduct in order to better foster the issue. This study also elaborates the positive and negative effects of the material poorness and the reason for the theosophical poverty, as well. This is done based on an analytical-descriptive method along with presentation of the evidence and examples from Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh and Masnavi’s Ma’anavi followed by interpretation and clarification of them

Time and History in Chapter 8 of ‘Eugene Onegin’ by A.S. Pushkin

Relevance of this article is based on that artistic time continuum of Pushkin's novel "Eugene Onegin" is a topical matter. Incertitude in time coincidence of a row of narrative pictures is read out loud. Resolving of this problem is possible when considering it in correlation with the aesthetics of the poet. Methods of cultural and historical, biographical, and comprehensive analysis let to demonstrate that Pushkin's fiction is always supported by the facts of life, and generalizations retain the concrete content and possess life affirming sounding. It is proved in the article that the facts of life of the Russian nobility at the end of 1829 – beginning of 1830 described in Chapter 8 are not anachronisms and allow us to assume that the author parts with the novel protagonist in the spring of 1830. Like Pushkin himself, Onegin was not involved in the events of December 1825. The lyricism of the novel reveals the correlation between the images of the author and Onegin. The formation of both of them, shown against the background of the Russian history, clarifies the image of the main character as a fully-developed person. The sadness of the final lines of the verse novel is also caused by understanding the impossibility of the social realization of Onegin in the new historical conditions. Pushkin's novel is ‘timed by the calendar’: the fiction time of the narrative is presented in the context of the period of the novel creation, the poet's biography, the history of his times and – time of eternity. In the research, fairness of poet's declaration regarding narrative events is confirmed. Onegin's image appeared to be a generalization which cannot be narrowed down to the unique definition. Historically, the character arose as a prosperous person, loyal to his ideals but doomed for dramatic existence, which, as well as poet's biography, reveals Onegin's prominent potential, correspondent to the code of national life. These conclusions insert important details into interpreting of ideas and images of the novel

Rates and factors of organizational changes

    Get PDF
Research summary: Organizational changes are caused by the stochastic conditions of external environment that lead to higher economic risks and uncertainty. Organizational changes are aimed at increasing the efficiency of management, choosing the business strategy and providing sustainable development. The research objective is to estimate the appropriate frequency of organizational changes, and the factors that affect this characteristic. Frequent changes can lead the system to the state of chaos, and the increased resources expenditure will be required to overcome it. The authors define a criterion for assessing the optimal interval between subsequent changes in the socio-economic system. Also, they interpret the notion of a company’s resource barriers and propose their classification. Managerial summary: The authors defined a criterion for assessing the optimal interval between subsequent changes in the socio-economic system: a sum of losses caused by changes and losses of the market share due to the lack of timely changes and the reduction of company’s competitiveness. Organizational changes depend on the dynamics of external environment that defines their volume. The stronger competition in the sector, the larger organizational changes, which require a great number of various resources. The interpretation of the notion of company’s resource barriers is proposed. Three types of resource barriers are identified. An interval between changes should be enlarged to enable managers to search for necessary resources and to provide trust in the interaction with internal and external social organizational environment

Economic Mathematical Modeling of Agrarian Industry Development by Cluster Analysis

    Get PDF
    1. Purpose. The main kind of encouraging the development of agrarian industry is financial backing. The state allocates the means to the regions, while the regions distribute them for various needs as planned. In this case a subjective approach to solving the problem in question is possible. To make this process more objective, the scientific method of distributing investments is suggested. 2. Methods. The economic mathematical modeling of agrarian industry development by cluster analysis is suggested for the scientific distribution of investments. 3. Results. The key function of commercial activities in agrarian industry is the income from introducing research (innovations) characterized by respective parameters (arguments). In crop farming they include efficient rotation, fertilizers, seed fund, weed control. In stock raising they include immunologic prophylaxis problems, ensilage conservation, etc. Eventually, the investments optimally distributed in the Saratov oblast’ included 635,271 thousand rubles for crop farming and 915,227 thousand rubles for stock raising. The specific result is that the investments are distributed in the region up to a specific amount by the scientific method with the help of cluster analysis. 4. Conclusion. The goal set forth to determine the scientific method has been achieved, which is proven by the specific data on crop farming and stock raising. The specific conclusion is that the problem with distributing investments in the studied region is solved scientifically. The distribution of population across the studied territory is a factor difficult to consider in terms of investments distribution. There are no convincing average arithmetic and statistic figures. This is why, cluster analysis was used instead. In this procedure the population’s need for investments is tied to clusters of homogeneous communities (towns) and the weighted average condition by clusters is determined graphically (see Fig. 1). The further distribution of investments is planned proceeding from this condition

DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE REGIONAL CLUSTER OF THE REGIONAL AIC ON THE BASIS OF NETWORK SIMULATION

    No full text
This paper proposes methodological approaches to the development of innovative educational cluster of the regional AIC on the basis of system approach methods and network simulation tools. The authors also simulate the management system of the regional innovative educational cluster of the AIC, substantiates the restructuring of the state administration model for the innovative educational cluster on the account of including the relations with regional economy into the model. It is proved that lack of feedback from the system, which has the cluster as an element of its infrastructure, contributes to exacerbation of imbalances and reduction of the performance of regional economic mechanism. The authors propose to use the "predator - prey" model to study the interactions in integrated economic system and to smooth over the differences. The model of innovative educational cluster management that distinguish the positive and negative types of corrective actions in integrated structures is updated. The paper proposes to enhance the capability of this model by using the tools of network simulation. Network simulation is aimed at increasing the efficiency of innovation, accelerating the adaptation of regional educational and research institutions to changing market conditions, practical implementation of the program of correcting control, and improvement of the staff training system

URBAN MIDDLE STRATA IN POST-REFORM RUSSIA: STATUS AND SOCIAL POSITION IN THE ASSESSMENTS OF GERMAN HISTORIANS OF THE 1970- IES AND THE 1990-IES

    Get PDF
Since the late 1970-ies the Germanic studies of Russia had a certain interest in the position of the urban middle strata in the Russian Empire of the post-reform era. At the same time, the attempts were made to determine the composition of this population category, to correlate its status with traditional philistinism, to reveal the process of capitalist transformation of the latter in the second half of the nineteenth century. When they consider the position of the corresponding social group, researchers usually adhered to a formal legal approach, referring to "philistinism" as a class category. At the same time, since the last two decades of the 20th century, the Germanic studies of Russia accept the stratification of philistinism, and the considerable conventionality of this definition concerning the middle urban layers of the late 19th century. Recognizing the transformation of philistinism in the structures of the emerging bourgeois society since the 1860-ies with the influence of government policy, German researchers, especially M. Hildermayer, who paid the most attention to the problem, also point to the complexity, the unevenness of this process, as well as to a certain inconsistency of the imperial power in its assistance. At the same time K. Gestwa’s research testifies a certain stability of traditional middle layers that are not always imbued with a specifically bourgeois worldview
