FINANCIAL MECHANISM OF HOTEL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION
The article substantiates the financial mechanism of hotel business development in the context of digitalization. It is established that the financial mechanism for the hotel business development in the context of digitalization is necessary and possible, while the successful implementation of innovative approaches in the hospitality sector will provide it with outstripping development dynamics in comparison with other industries as well as with high competitiveness not only in the domestic but also in the foreign market. It is revealed that the interaction between hotels and their guests can be significantly simplified using the latest information technologies that bring the hotel business to a new level, which is an important component in an ever-growing competition. Therefore, to ensure the required level of financial stability, it is necessary to use digital technologies, which allow creating databases that enable keeping records of all hotel rooms and customers
VLADIMIR PUTIN'S PHRASEOLOGY: THEMATIC ASPECT
The article deals with the linguistic identity of a politician on the material of V.V. Putin's statements. The politician's discourse is studied based on the interpretative analysis of phraseology. Linguistic data verbalize the thematic component of strategies and tactics of speech influence utilized by the politician under consideration. The linguocognitive approach that includes the complex parameters of a politician's speech is the basis for identifying essential features of a linguistic identity. The politician's discourse is studied based on the interpretational analysis of an utterance. A hypothesis is put forward that the semantics of phraseological units with a thematic component reflects the attitude of any linguistic culture towards fundamental concepts of being and thinking, and the means of political verbalization can be considered as elements of a nation's selfidentification. The authors see the prospects of the study in developing new synergetic cognitive and communicative approaches to studying phraseology with a thematic component

Explaining the Relationship between Organizational Strategic Capabilities and Organizational Culture and Organizational Entrepreneurship and Providing a Developed Model in Kerman Executive Organizations
The statistical population consisted of two groups. The first group consisted of management professors and experts that thirty of them were purposefully selected as the sample of the study. The second group consisted of all employees of Kerman executive organizations (n=38000). According to Morgan table, the sample size was determined to be 380, which increased to 392 for more confidence and they were selected using stratified random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 39 items on organizational strategy, 20 items on organizational culture, and 42 items on organizational entrepreneurship was designed to collect the data. The content validity of the questions was examined, modified and verified by the experts. Cronbach's alpha coefficients were obtained at 0.966, 0.973, and 0.978, respectively, for the variables of organizational strategic capabilities, organizational culture, and organizational entrepreneurship. All of them were higher than 0.7, indicating internal consistency of the items and confirmation of reliability. Finally, in order to confirm the final model of the research, a validated questionnaire along with the model that represents the quantitative results of the research was designed and presented for elites. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling through Amos software was used. Based on the results, the relationship between organizational strategic capabilities and organizational culture was 0.90, the relationship between organizational strategic capabilities and organizational entrepreneurship was 0.89, and the relationship between organizational culture and organizational entrepreneurship in Kerman executive organizations was 92%. The relationships were strong and positive at the significance of less than 0.05
