    The global experience of leading companies shows that it is impossible to successfully develop a firm, particularly a venture one, and increase the efficiency of the firm's operations without correctly formulating the strategy as a set of measures aimed at achieving a goal. The relevance of this study consists in the fact that the operations of any enterprise, in particular a venture one, are associated with risks. Consequently, there is a need to form and apply a business strategy within the competencies of different departments. The authors attempt to study and develop a business strategy for a venture company. Modern business is fiercely competitive. A thorough, comprehensive assessment of the situation and a reliable operational forecast are required to make adequate decisions.     Background/Objects: The relevance of the article is predetermined by qualitative shifts in the information environment of society when social and technological changes in its functioning had a decisive impact on the conditions of interaction between the media environment and the social reality that gave rise to it. The behavior of the individual and social groups is realized in the information fields as "naturally" as in reality and becomes media behavior. People unite in network societies through which they sort things out among themselves, often in an aggressive form. The study of hyperlocal media communities allows identifying the stages of formation of communicative phobias and aggressions that to a certain extent characterize the media nature of liquid modernity. Method: The meaning of the raised issue predetermined the appeal to works on the theory of mass media by Russian and foreign scholars in the fields of journalism, philosophy, political science, and sociology. Thus, the basis for the theoretical analysis of the issue was created, and the use of laddering – a method for studying tests of mass communications – made it possible to analyze the results of the activity of hyperlocal communities. Findings: The article reveals the organic unity of action and its result inherent in media, where the action is the conversion of the "text of time into media form", and the result is the media presence of the "text of time" in social reality. This is the essence of the process of mediatization. In this regard, the stages of aggression formation in the media environment were identified, regardless of the semantic content of messages and the reasons for the implementation of destructive communication practices. Improvements: The materials of the article are of practical value for mass media theorists, sociologists, and social psychologists

    The article is devoted to the identification of ethnocultural methods of linguistic representation of the emotion “joy” in the French language and culture. Any linguistic unit can convey certain emotion in the appropriate context and communicative situation. The analysis of linguistic material is based on a cognitive and functional-communicative approach to its interpretation. A linguistic understanding of the functioning of systemic discourse means within a specific culture, in particular the French linguoculture, occurs in terms of the anthropocentric paradigm. An integral component of spiritual culture, emotion discourse, being universal, presents a certain specificity of verbalization in different languages. This happens due to the speaker’s inherent subjectivity of interpreting the reality, which is of interest for linguistics, in particular for cognitive science and communication science. The hypothesis is put forward that the semantics of linguistic units with an institutional component reflects the attitude of any linguoculture to the fundamental concepts of being and thinking; the ways of emotional verbalization can be considered elements of the national linguistic self-identification.     OS DESAFIOS DOS GUIAS DE TURISMO BRASILEIROS DIANTE DAS ADVERSIDADES ORIGINADAS PELA COVID-19: THE CHALLENGES OF THE BRAZILIAN TOURISM GUIDES IN THE FACE OF ADVERSITIES ORIGINATED BY COVID-19

    RESUMO: Os percalços resultantes da pandemia da COVID-19 no turismo brasileiro revelam um espectro de efeitos adversos em sua dinâmica, notadamente para o setor da prestação de serviços diretos ao turista. Considerando este cenário, empreendeu-se uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa que se preocupou em diagnosticar os principais impactos da pandemia no trabalho dos Guias de Turismo do Brasil, como forma de subsidiar propostas de ações e políticas públicas no enfrentamento das dificuldades encontradas por estes profissionais, os influxos desta recessão no ofício do guiamento em 2020 e as perspectivas de sua retomada. A pesquisa foi direcionada para cerca de 24 mil guias de turismo registrados no CADASTUR do Ministério do Turismo e executada por meio de um formulário do Google Forms, obtendo-se um total de 1.938 respondentes. Identificou-se que 71% dos entrevistados tem na atuação como guia sua única fonte de renda e que 73% classificariam as suas perspectivas quanto ao trabalho antes da pandemia da COVID-19 entre alta e muito alta para o turismo. Destaca-se o sentimento e constatação da falta de orientação, suporte ou auxílio do Ministério do Turismo e Secretarias de Turismo (Estadual/Distrital/Municipal) na emergência da pandemia, visto que 93% dos entrevistados afirmam não terem recebido orientação ou protocolos relativos ao seu ofício ou suporte governamental para suprir suas necessidades. A falta de informação, a impossibilidade de receber auxílio emergencial devido a renda declarada em anos anteriores e a diminuição drástica da remuneração mensal foram os principais impactos sofridos pelos Guias em decorrência da pandemia. Política Pública.   ABSTRACT: The mishaps resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazilian tourism reveal a spectrum of adverse effects in its dynamics, notably for the sector of direct services to tourists. Considering this scenario, a qualitative research was undertaken that was concerned with diagnosing the main impacts of the pandemic on the work of the Brazilian Tourism Guides, to support proposals for actions and public policies in coping with the difficulties encountered by these professionals, the inflows of this recession in the office of guidance in 2020 and the prospects of its resumption. The survey was directed to about 24,000 tour guides registered in CADASTUR of the Ministry of Tourism and executed through a Form of Google Forms, obtaining a total of 1,938 respondents. It was identified that 71% of the interviewees have their only source of income as a guide and that 73% would rate their perspectives on work before the COVID-19 pandemic between high and extremely high for tourism. We highlight the feeling and finding of the lack of guidance, support or assistance from the Ministry of Tourism and Tourism Secretariats in the emergence of the pandemic, since 93% of the interviewees say they have not received guidance or protocols regarding their office or government support to meet their needs. The lack of information, the impossibility of receiving emergency aid due to the income declared in previous years and the drastic decrease in monthly remuneration were the main impacts suffered by the Guides due to the pandemic.     Diante da dificuldade prática de atração de visitantes para locais onde existem projetos que visam o fomento do turismo, procurou-se analisar, por meio de pesquisa empírica, as relações existentes entre as fragilidades dos processos de planejamento turístico e as práticas de gestão adotadas por seus coordenadores. Para fundamentar esse questionamento, apresentam-se os conceitos de planejamento estratégico organizacional, planejamento estratégico de cidades e planejamento estratégico do turismo. A metodologia adotada foi a de estudo de caso, e o caso analisado refere-se às atividades relacionadas ao turismo desenvolvidas em Catas Altas/MG. Os resultados revelam a importância da aplicação de um plano estratégico adequado, que articule os interesses e responsabilidades dos diversos atores envolvidos de forma a garantir a aproximação constante dos objetivos pretendidos

    Este estudo de caso tem como objetivo incitar a reflexão e discussão sobre o turismo LGBTQI+, tendo como objeto de estudo as atividades do projeto de extensão “Identidades, Cidadania e Inclusão LGBTQI+: Semana Rainbow da UFJF”. Foi proposta, ao longo do artigo, uma apresentação e discussão sobre os possíveis aspectos positivos do projeto como um mecanismo potencializador turístico do município de Juiz de Fora/MG. Procurou-se, assim, através de uma pesquisa de campo e entrevistas semiestruturadas, entender o planejamento turístico para esse segmento de visitantes, bem como a visão destes sobre os produtos e serviços utilizados no destino em questão, além de compreender como o projeto de extensão se configura como um mecanismo potencializador da atividade turística no município. Em termos metodológicos, o artigo assumiu um delineamento qualitativo a partir do viés dos estudos pós-críticos permitindo, assim, uma maior autonomia teórica e metodológica. Verificou-se enquanto resultado principal que o projeto de extensão, mesmo que inicialmente, vem se estabelecendo como mecanismo para o reestabelecimento do turismo LGBTQI+ em nível local e regional

    Determination of Factors Associated with Public Service Quality Measurement in the Government Sector based on Customer Psychology

    Objective: Customer satisfaction and influencing factors are one of the most important factors in determining the success of organizations. This study, therefore, aimed to determine factors associated with public service quality measurement in the government sector based on customer psychology. Methods: In this descriptive survey, the population consisted of the first group of experts familiar with theories of service quality, and the second group included the employees (n = 29,687) of the Agriculture-Jihad Organizations (AJOs) in the Iranian provinces. Data were collected by questionnaires of factors related to service delivery process, general service quality, and customer psychology with validities of 0.91.5, 0.94.9, 0.93.1, and reliabilities of 0.95, 0.97.1, and 0.92.2, respectively. Data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis with LISREL 8.8 software. Findings: The presence of a mediator variable increased its influence and its mediator role was confirmed in all the cases according to a t-statistic (1.96) greater than the critical t-value at 5% error level and due to higher indirect effects than direct paths. Conclusion: There were significant relationships between service delivery processes and information technology, job satisfaction, organizational agility, staff empowerment, organizational intelligence, organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational structure, all of which were based on customer psychology

    O presente trabalho analisa o pronunciamento feito pelo atual presidente do Brasil, Jair Bolsonaro, durante a abertura da Assembleia Geral das Nações Unidas (ONU), aos 22 de setembro de 2020. Teórica e metodologicamente situado numa perspectiva foucaultiana dos discursos, nosso estudo mira o uso feito pelo chefe de Estado do termo cristofobia, marcando-se neste uso uma posição extremista e conservadora, regular na retórica política bolsonarista. Destacamos a expressão, em específico, objetivando descrever como o discurso político neste acontecimento estabeleceu uma interdiscursividade fundamental com a formação discursiva religiosa, leitura que possibilitou concluir que se materializa nesta relação um dos fundamentos da discursividade bolsonarista e do projeto de governo atual do Brasil
