Over the course of the project Dance as ICH: New models of facilitating participatory dance events (Dance–ICH), we have journeyed across Europe — from Norway and Belgium to Slovenia, Romania, Hungary, Greece, — engaging with a rich diversity of dance traditions, communities, and practices. This initiative has not only brought together cultural heritage institutions, researchers, and artists, but most importantly, it has fostered deep collaborations with communities, inviting them to become co-creators in the safeguarding process. In this toolbox we discuss and draws six different paintings of why and how museums and cultural heritage institutions should play a part in future sustainable structures for safeguarding dance as living heritage. This sustainable structure called events of practice exhibition should therefore encompass more than the events themselves. Firstly, these events should be recurrent and embedded in a permanent space. Secondly, they should entail a facilitator in the role of a supporter, in line with the principles for adaptive management to ensure long-term viability, and recognition of value. A cultural institution and its living heritage facilitators can help the dance community by promoting and incorporating their practices into an organizational system, without interfering with the execution of the intangible heritage practices itself. For future and continuing research, it will be obviously important to research these methods over time, in different contexts, and to question the distribution of roles in co-creative processes and the sustainable structures when it comes to funding and resources. The publication is a Greek translation of the handbook originally titled Dancing Heritages: Co-creating Events of Practice – Handbook.V okviru projekta Ples kot nesnovna kulturna dediščina: Novi modeli omogočanja participativnih plesnih dogodkov (Dance – ICH) nas je pot zanesla čez velik del Evrope (od Norveške in Belgije do Slovenije, Romunije, Madžarske in Grčije), na njej pa smo se seznanili z izjemno pestrostjo plesnih tradicij, skupnosti in praks. Ta pobuda ni povezala zgolj kulturnodediščinskih institucij, raziskovalcev in umetnikov. Koncept razstave s participativnim plesnim dogodkom prepleta plesne vsebine, razstavne elemente, kurirane dogodke in participativne plesne dogodke ter povezuje plesne skupnosti, obiskovalce in muzejske strokovnjake.

The book discusses transport poverty – a situation when an individual or household does not have adequate transport to essential services and activities or has trouble affording it. Our definition of transport poverty served as the basis for compiling nine indicators for its measurement. From the spatial aspect, transport poverty in Slovenia was examined with an analysis of the accessibility of public transport, which is the most universal as well as crucial mode of transport for people without a car. From the social aspect, we identified the key stakeholders and potential vulnerable groups and investigated their circumstances by conducting interviews and workshops with them. Using all of the analyses as the basis, we utilized a participatory approach to prepare a list of ten measures to prevent and alleviate transport poverty. The transport poverty phenomenon is set to become increasingly current and pressing with the green transition and the projected increases to fuel prices, especially in Slovenia, which is marked by scattered settlement and car dependence in a majority of the country.

This book ('The Type Index of Slovenian Folktales – Tales of Magic 1') is a fundamental work in the field of narrative folklore, it reveals characteristics of Slovenian fairy tales, and places them in a content-related narrative folklore elsewhere in the world. By taking into account contemporary scientific achievements and the international classification system, it achieves a high scientific level and offers international comparability. According to the international calssifaying system ATU (Aarne-Thompson-Uther 2024) is the index divided into two parts: the first covers tales of magic classified into types from ATU 300 to ATU 499, while the second presents fairy tales classified into types from ATU 500 to ATU 745. In fairy tales we can perceive a rich tradition of narrative culture, oral story-telling, written sources and literary works from past eras and civilizations. The stories spread across the continents, making them one of humanity’s most widely shared treasures. At the same time, their constant adaptation to new environments shapes their distinct local identity, setting them apart from neighboring variants and giving the fairy tales of different nations local characteristics. By placing Slovenian tales of magic among content-related folk narrative material from other parts of the world, this type index enables a better recognition of Slovenian narrative folklore in an international context. Tipni indeks slovenskih čudežnih pravljic omogoča boljše razumevanje izročila in ustreznejšo prepoznavanje razvojne poti slovenskih folklornih pripovedi v mednarodnem prostoru

From the very beginning, one of the most important and ambitious goals of the MAMS collection has been publication of the collected works of Iacobus Handl-Gallus in a modern transcription tailored to the needs of contemporary performers. After the publication of his famous collection of motets, Opus musicum, in thirteen volumes (1985–1990), Edo Škulj edited a four-volume edition of Gallus’s masses in 1991. The edition is enriched by facsimiles from Gallus’s original collection, Selectiores quaedam missae, published in 1580 by the Prague printer Georg Nigrin (Jiří Černý). Gallus divided his Missarum into four books. The third book (Liber III) contains four 5-part settings of the Mass Ordinary. The 2025 digitized post-edition is accompanied by a new preface and an introductory study by Dr Marc Desmet that summarizes and compiles all recent findings about the composer and his work.

Historical Seminar 15 brings together a wide range of topics, ranging from the medieval origins of the noble Herberstein family to the characteristic Habsburg representations of Adriatic regions at the beginning of the 20th century. It covers diverse fields such as history, genealogy, art, literary history and anthropology. The monograph is introduced by a discussion by Gašper Oitzl on the mining orders for the iron mines in the Eastern Alps between the 14th and 16th centuries. Sylvia Stegbauer writes on the Jesuit Order in Inner Austria, in particular on the construction and operation of the Jesuit College in Graz. Matjaž Grahornik’s article presents an extensive genealogical outline of the important Styrian noble family of Herberstein. Andreas Golob examines the rich and hitherto overlooked material on Habsburg censorship in the 18th century, preserved in the archives of Inner Austria, while Daša Ličen focuses on the activities of the 19th-century societies in Trieste from the point of view of the involvement of the different social classes in them. Historical Seminar 15 concludes with Salvatore Pappalardo’s article on the representation of the Adriatic lands in Habsburg imperial propaganda at the last great international exhibition of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy in Vienna in 1913.Historični seminar 15 prinaša raznovrsten nabor tematik, ki časovno segajo od srednjeveških začetkov plemiške družine Herberstein pa vse do značilnega prikazovanja pokrajin ob Jadranu v okviru habsburške propagande v začetku 20. stoletja.
