Android application for the Cuban Communist Party
Cada vez más las aplicaciones Android han ido ganando terreno en un mundo enfocado en la portabilidad y el manejo de la información, razón fundamental que se ha tenido en cuenta para el desarrollo de este trabajo. El objetivo general es desarrollar la aplicación En Congreso para mostrar a los usuarios los documentos rectores del PCC, la historia desde su creación hasta la actualidad y un breve resumen de los congresos celebrados hasta el 8vo Congreso sobre el sistema operativo Android, que permita una mejor opción de acceso y análisis del Partido Comunista de Cuba, sus líneas y principios básicos. Esta iniciativa estuvo fundamentada teniendo como premisa que el presente fue, el Congreso de la continuidad histórica de la Revolución Cubana. Se utilizaron diversas tecnologías como el lenguaje de programación Java, el lenguaje de etiquetas XML para el diseño de la interfaz y el entorno de desarrollo integrado Android Studio para desarrollar y compilar la aplicación. Como resultado se obtuvo una aplicación que acerca a los usuarios de la misma, el amplio abanico de conocimientos, reglamentos, estatutos y vida del Partido Comunista de Cuba desde su creación hasta su último Congreso.More and more Android applications have been gaining ground in a world focused on portability and information management, a fundamental reason that has been taken into account for the development of this work. Digital learning ecosystem for content management in distance education.
El empleo de los contenidos educativos digitales en el proceso de formación es de vital importancia en la educación a distancia, tanto para profesores y estudiantes. Mediante el análisis de los antecedentes de los ecosistemas digitales de aprendizaje este trabajo pretende evidenciar las similitudes y diferencias de modelos de ecosistemas para la gestión de los contenidos de aprendizaje. Para dar solución a este problema se realiza una investigación con el objetivo de analizar los ecosistemas digitales de aprendizaje para la gestión de contenidos educativos en la modalidad a distancia.

Methods of community detection in hybrid network applied to the academic network analysis
The characteristics of the multi-node and multi-relationship hybrid network are mainly reflected in the following two aspects: first, the diversity of nodes, including a variety of node types and, second, the richness of relationships. Community structure detection is a method used to identify clusters of nodes in a network. Community structure detection is the most widely studied structural features of complex networks. In this paper, we present a review about the method of community detection in hybrid network, and the application to the network analysis. Here, we present a revision of the main techniques, methods, data sets and algorithms used in the literature and, a short description of the general features of the community detection topics. Main authors and their contributions to this fields are introduced. The study is focused on the analysis of the multi-node and multi-relationship hybrid networks with the idea to apply these results to the academic network analysis. Considering the revised literature, we propose a hybrid network community detection algorithm based on meta-path, seed nodes and extend modularity method to study the academic networks

Resulta imprescindible que las universidades tengan capacidad cada vez más para impulsar el desarrollo del país, camino este en el que la formación académica de su claustro es determinante. La elección atinada de las direcciones alas que se promueve tal formación es relevante, en lo cual además deviene en requisito imprescindible para el éxito unpensamiento proactivo y arriesgado. La Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas resulta singular en el país porque todas sus carreras, además de ser ingenieriles, se distinguen por poseer un núcleo fuerte de ciencias informáticas. Serealizó una investigación cualitativa, documental, apoyada en los métodos histórico-lógico y de análisis-síntesis, entre
otros. El objetivo del trabajo es presentar una propuesta de formación en las didácticas particulares de las disciplinasde las carreras de Ingeniería en Ciencias Informáticas y afines, basada en una maestría con varias menciones de salida. Además, se plantea para sus egresados la continuación de superación hacia la obtención del doctorado en esa misma dirección, en plazos de tiempo cercanos a la ruta crítica que pueda establecerse al respecto, imbricados al tránsito por las categorías docentes existentes. La puesta en práctica de la propuesta, debe situar en unos quince años a la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas, en un nivel superior de calidad de su proceso de formación que le permitirá convertirse en centro de referencia nacional e internacional de la enseñanza de las ingenierías del campo de la infor -
mática. Mobile technology in the teaching process, under the distance modality

Proposal of an educational work strategy for the University of Informatic Science student residence
La universidad es determinante en continuar la educación de los estudiantes y responsable además de orientar e impulsar todas las fuerzas educativas necesarias, para cumplir el objetivo educativo integral en la formación de las nuevas generaciones. En este sentido realizar un trabajo educativo, formativo y efectivo en las residencias estudiantiles es muy necesario y contribuye a la educación en general con el aporte de la labor pedagógica de profesores y personal especializado de la residencia. El Ministerio de Educación Superior en Cuba plantea como prioridad perfeccionar el trabajo educativo en las universidades y enfocar en gran medida los esfuerzos hacia las residencias estudiantiles donde la convivencia es un aspecto esencial. Partiendo de lo anterior la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas perfecciona y propone una estrategia de trabajo educativo en la residencia con objetivos bien declarados y medibles, sustentada además en un plan de acciones donde se implican dirigentes, estudiantes y personal

Theoretical and methodological foundations for the offensive preparation of university futsal teams
Con el objetivo de determinar los fundamentos teórico-metodológicos que sustentan la preparación de las acciones táctico ofensivas en la fase de finalización del juego de futsal para entrenadores universitarios, se emplean los métodos investigativos analítico-sintético e inductivo – deductivo. El estudio indica que el entrenamiento de futsal debe partir de los fundamentos teórico prácticos desde los ataques posicionales, contraataques y ataques rápidos; donde es importante el equilibrio en la utilización del juego prefabricado, el juego dirigido y el juego basado en la toma de decisiones para incentivar los elementos táctico ofensivos en la fase de finalización. La planificación de los entrenamientos debe partir del principio de especificidad atendiendo a la lógica interna del juego de futsal, incentivando la toma de decisiones frente a la limitación de
espacio y tiempo existente en la fase táctica de finalización, lo que será posible con la utilización de los modelos alternativos sustentados en la táctica, teniendo al juego como principal método de entrenamiento.In order to determine the theoretical-methodological foundations that support the preparation of offensive tactical actions in the finishing phase of the futsal game for university coaches, the analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive research methods are used. The study indicates that futsal training should start from the theoretical-practical foundations from positional attacks, counterattacks and quick attacks; where it is important the balance in the use of the prefabricated game the directed game and the game based on decision making to encourage the offensive tactical elements in the finishing phase. Training planning should be based on the principle of specificity, taking into account the internal logic of the futsal game, encouraging decision making in the face of space and time limitations in the finishing tactical phase, which will be possible with the use of alternative models based on tactics, with the game as the main training method
