Recenzovaný vedecký ZBORNÍK z XXIV. ročník medzinárodnej vedeckej konferencie právnych romanistov Českej republiky a Slovenskej republiky QUO VADIS RÍMSKE PRÁVOV dňoch 16.-17. 5. 2024 sa uskutočnil XXIV. ročník pravidelnej medzinárodnej vedeckej konferencie právnych romanistov Slovenskej republiky a Českej republiky .

In: Sustainability. Basel : Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute, 2024. ISSN 2071-1050. Vol. 16, no. 3 (2024), pp. 1-23.Geoparks, as a modern product of geotourism and territorial management, currently represent a new way of protecting and preserving geoheritage, which is closely related to knowledge and education. They increase general awareness of the value of the Earth and, on the other hand, represent the support and development of the territory. The fulfillment of geopark goals, together with their purpose and activities, emphasizes the need for an effective management structure and function of the whole. This research aimed at clarifying the management issues of geoparks, and defined management areas derived from essential geopark functions. Based on determining management areas and their specifics, the task is to define a suitable management structure applicable in geoparks, representing a supporting link in creating plans and management methods. The task involves a multi-criteria decision-making method to define an appropriate management structure for the geopark. This method helped to define three key areas of management, such as marketing management, cooperation management and, last but not least, destination management. Of course, this does not mean that other areas of management are not important, as they represent an inseparable support structure in management. The usability of the results of this article can serve as support in the creation of management plans, and also indicates priorities in deciding which way to proceed in the management of geoparks as specific entities.APVV-18-0185 Transformácia využívania kultúrnej krajiny Slovenska a predikcia jej ďalšieho vývoj

In: 15 rokov eura na Slovensku a jeho ďalšie perspektívy / rec. Tomáš Sejkora, Jana Šimonová. 1. vyd. Bratislava : Národná banka Slovenska, 2024. ISBN 978-80-8043-262-1.

Pp. 983-997.The COVID 19 pandemic has significant impact on the economic, social and environmental development of the world. To the most affected areas belong cultural and creative industries, where the COVID 19 enhanced the great digital transformation on the one hand, but also the financial constraints on the other hand. Both stimulated the significant changes in the implemented public policies. The paper identifies the challenges raised by the COVID 19 pandemic in the public policy of cultural and creative industries and in behavior of cultural customers on the example of the Slovak Republic and to link them with the already implemented measures by the state as the respond of public policy. They can be seen as a new strategical approach to the development of cultural and creative industries, which the pandemic identified as one of the key weaknesses in the previous policy of the cultural and creative industries.VEGA 1/0311/23 Otvorená miestna samospráva VEGA 1/0343/23 Moderné prístupy k rozvoju miest a regióno

The nature of learning tasks from perspective of children from marginalised Roma communities

In: Education and new developments 2024. Volume 1. 1. vyd. Lisabon : inScience Press, 2024. ISBN 978-989-35106-9-8. ISSN 2184-044X. Pp. 458-462.The Slovak Republic is a country of permanent or temporary residence for many nations and ethnic groups. The dominant language in schools is Slovak and although members of national minorities have the legal right to be educated in their mother tongue, this is not the case. The most controversial group is children from marginalised Roma communities, whose mother tongue is different from that of the majority society. The different living conditions that characterise their environment and the high degree of segregation from the majority affect their cultural experience. When entering institutionalised education, they face failure and misunderstanding. The complex language of school can affect their adaptation to school, as well as their success. Statistics show that these children often repeat the first year of school. Based on these facts, we decided to investigate the nature of language, which, according to sociocultural theory, is a fundamental determinant of a pupil's cognitive development. The object of analysis is the textbooks for the first two years of primary education. We aim to identify the most frequent words in the written lessons and to assess their potential comprehensibility from the perspective of children living in marginalised Roma communities. The results indicate the validity of the basic thesis of the French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu's theory of cultural reproduction. It seems that the dependence of school performance on the socioeconomic situation of the pupil's family, which has been repeatedly demonstrated in PISA measurements, may be related to the inability of the school to adapt the language to the needs of children whose linguistic code is underdeveloped. The research findings provide a basis for the development of an effective language programme for the acquisition of Slovak as a second language and call for the development of a comprehensive national strategy for the language support of children with a different mother tongue

In: Synesis. Petrópolis : Universidade Católica de Petrópolis, 2024. ISSN 1678-6785. Roč. 16, č. 1 (2024), s. 61-80.The article delves into the intricate web of intertextual interactions within the literary works of Ukrainian émigré writers from the twentieth century. These interactions span a spectrum, ranging from superficial incorporation of elements to profound interweaving of texts. This study introduces, for the first time, the concept of the writer's intertextual poetics. The exploration of this concept unfolds along both diachronic and synchronic dimensions, providing a comprehensive perspective on the author's work and its intertextual nuances. The examination of émigré writers' works through the lens of intertextuality contributes to the theoretical framework of Ukrainian literary studies in the context of intertextual communications. Moreover, this approach broadens the scope of research on literary heritage, elucidating its role in the intricate tapestry of Ukrainian and European cultural and literary dialogues during the early twentieth century. The article addresses the fundamental theoretical dimensions of intertext. The author conducts an analysis of the definitions of the terms "intertext" and "intertextuality" within the framework of contemporary literary concepts. Emphasis is placed on the role of intertext as a pivotal mechanism in the interpretation of a literary text, concurrently functioning as a historical source, a "text within a text," and a specific informational code contributing to the creation of a novel literary composition. The author specifically directs attention to the intricacies involved in the development of the "author's intertext," underscoring its role not only in the origination of unique literary images but also in the modification of historical events. This approach is designed to accentuate national identity and the distinctiveness of the Ukrainian people. Ukrainian émigré writers employ intertextuality as a tool to reproduce literary motifs from previously crafted works, employing techniques such as quotation and allusion. Various facets of intertextuality are explored, encompassing its utilization as a playful element, a historical and chronological code, and other modifications. This comprehensive examination aims to shed light on the multifaceted roles and applications of intertextuality within the realm of literary expression.Plán obnovy a odolnosti SR09I03-03-V01-00148 Štipendiá pre excelentných výskumníkov z Ukrajin

S. 666-675.The article deals with the analysis of the acquisition of real estate from a non-owner as an exception to the classical Roman principle of nemo plus iuris. When acquiring ownership of real estate registered in the real estate cadastre, the principle of protection of ownership applies, as well as the principle of legal certainty and protection of good faith. Breaking the principle of nemo plus iuris in the form of jurisprudence is not entirely desirable. It would be appropriate for the legislator, when recodifying civil law in Slovakia, to consistently deal with the necessary reasons for breaking this principle. In the given situation, within the framework of de lege ferenda considerations, the solution could be the creation of a public fund, where contributions would be made either as part of cadastre fees or a special insurance system would be created that could be used by traders and would protect them from the loss of what is often a lifetime savings
