Android-Based Introduction to Agricultural Crops and Pests
The number of farmers in Indonesia continues to increase during the pandemic. However, this increase was not accompanied by good literacy related to plants and pests. The main factor is the increasing amount of information that is not credible. This research was conducted to provide alternative solutions for farmers or the community, especially novice farmers in obtaining plant and pest information through an android application. This application was developed using the Kotlin programming language on Android Studio with the Waterfall Development Method. Based on the results of functional testing, the application can run well and pass all test scenarios using the Black Box method and can run on smartphones with Android 5.0 to 9.0 systems, without closing the possibility of a new Android version
Digitalization of Judicial Electronic Archives using the Rational Unified Process Method with An Application Development Framework Using CodeIgniter (Case Study of Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Palembang)
The archiving process at the Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Palembang was still manual, where archive officers must prepare storage areas, sort and classify archives, put files into folders, and create archival data. The increasing number of archives and piling up in storage space makes searching for archives difficult and takes a long time in the process of searching for the required archives. The purpose of this research is to improve the existing system by designing a web-based archiving digitization application. In this research, the system development stage uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with an application development framework using CodeIgniter. Based on the test results using the blackbox testing method, the system can display information on the decision archives graphically, the archive search process quickly, downloads the decision archive documents digitally, digital documents that have been separated by archive type and archive year, so it can be concluded that the archival information system with the application of information technology can facilitate work in processing, storing, reporting to obtain information and can then be used for decision making
Learning Vector Quantization 3 (LVQ3) Usage To Determine Recipients of the Family Hope Program (Case Study: Tanjung Lubuk District)
The problem of poverty is a dilemma that the Government must solve. One of the Government's programs is the welfare program for the Family Hope Program (PKH). Tanjung Lubuk district, implementing the Family Hope Program experienced several obstacles in identifying PKH recipients, one of which was selection, limited, and close to officers so that it could lead to the provision of PKH assistance on target. Another problem is that the recipients of the data used are still using old data that has not been updated regularly, so many people who deserve assistance do not receive assistance. The research variables used were 35 variables. The output categories were entitled to receive and not entitled to receive PKH. The research method uses Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) 3. The data are from 654 low-income families in Tanjung Lubuk District. The data used are 90:10 for practice data and 80:10 for test data. The learning rate values are 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and 0.9, while the learning rate reduction is 0.1, the minimum learning rate is 0.01, the window is 0.1, 0.5, and the m value is 0.1, 0.5. The accuracy obtained is 94.4%
Information Technology Risk Control of University in a Work from Home Situations
The University is one of the educational institutions affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Most of its activities, which are academic management, human resource management, information technology services, and so on were changed into WFH (Work from Home) supported by information technology. Utilization of information technology in supporting WFH can create various risks and needs to be controlled either preventive, detective, or corrective to minimize the impact. This research will focus on planning for university information technology risk control in working from home conditions by referring to the ISO 31000:2018 standard for risk management processes, COBIT 5 Generic Risk Scenario for defining risk scenarios, and DoD Instruction 8500.2 and NIST SP 800-53 in the identification of risk controls. The resulting solution is in the form of a risk treatment plan. This solution is expected to assist universities in identifying risks related to information technology and planning controls related to the implementation of work-from-home in their environment

A Hybrid Framework for The Implementation of Business Intelligence Systems in Small Scale Enterprises
Small scale enterprises can improve their operations by implementing business intelligence systems. The business intelligence systems are complex and require expertise to ensure successful implementation, hence the need for small scale enterprises to determine their readiness before undertaking the project. To improve chances for successful implementation, this study proposed a framework to guide small scale enterprises on the requirements for business intelligence systems. The design steps defined by Edwards and Goodrich & Tamassia were followed to design the framework. The framework components were informed by the Diffusion of Innovation and Technology Organization and Environment theories, the Information Evaluation Model, and the critical success factors for BIS implementation. A small business may evaluate its resources against the framework components to determine whether to implement a business intelligence system. In future, the framework may be extended to include weights and other criteria to calculate a business’s status

Assessment of Toll User Satisfaction in East Java Using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)
Toll roads are one of the transportation media that can be used to facilitate travel. But only vehicles with at least four wheels can enter the toll road area. Toll roads have several service facilities including transaction services, traffic services, construction services, information services, PJR (Highway Patrol) services, and rest area services. Of these services have service attributes. Where the attributes of the services of the service type can be used as research alternative data. The assessment criteria are the class 1 vehicle satisfaction index and the non-group 1 vehicle index. Then from these criteria and alternatives, it can be done to fill in the value data from the survey results on 95 toll road users from group 1, and 49 toll road users from non-group 1. From the data from the survey results, the data is then indexed. Index data can be used as decision-making value data. With criteria data, alternative data, and value data can be created a decision support system (DSS). The development of DSS can be used for satisfaction analysis which can further provide consideration for the government or toll road managers regarding the types of services that need to be improved. This analysis system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. From the results of the study, recommendations were obtained for each attribute of the type of service that must be prioritized for its implementation
Strategic Planning Information Systems Industrial Work Lecture Program (Case Study: CV. Laksana Karoseri)
CV. Laksana Karoseri is a bus carousel company from Ungaran that assembles various bus bodies. In an effort to help the development of good human resources, every year CV. Laksana Karoseri has an industrial work lecture program that accepts hundreds of internship students every year. However, the program has not been running and is well organized because some activity processes have not run optimally, for example, the acceptance of internships, attendance and scheduling of internships that are not managed properly. Therefore, it is necessary to have SI / IT strategic planning to improve management and deal with problems that occur in industrial work lecture programs at CV. Laksana Karoseri. This research was conducted by conducting interviews and observations on CV. Laksana Karoseri. The method used to carry out this SI / IT strategic planning is the Ward and Peppard method which includes Value Chain, SWOT, PEST and Five Force Model analysis which then produces an application portfolio, namely the Registration Information System and Industrial Work Lecture Details, the website and mobile version of the Scheduling and Attendance Information System, the Weekly Activity Log Book Information System and the Internship Report Document Archive Information System which was mapped using McFarlan's analysis. The results of the SI/IT strategic plan will be implemented within four years
Implementation of Ward and Peppard in Information Systems Strategic Planning (Case Study: Hotel Kartika Bandungan)
Hotel Kartika Bandungan is one of the family hotels located in Bandungan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. Hotel Kartika Bandungan has a lag in the field of technology because other hotels around it already have their own system.
