    Population Density Cluster Analysis in DKI Jakarta Province Using K-Means Algorithm

    This study aims to analyze clusters based on the area and population density of the area and population density of the area in DKI Jakarta Province in 2015 using the data mining method by clustering as the first step in planning for population equality. The subject of analysis in this study is a village located in the province of DKI Jakarta which is recorded based on the area and population density in each sub-district until 2015 with several stages, namely data understanding, data processing or cleansing, cluster tendency assessment, clustering, cluster review. From this study, the results were obtained that the data tended to be clustered because the statistical value of Hopkins was close to the value of 0 and in VAT there was a vague picture of clusters that might be formed. Based on this, cluster creation is carried out using the K-Means Algorithm.  Based on the results, there are 3 clusters formed, namely cluster 0 (not densely populated), cluster 1 (medium population density), and cluster 2 (densely populated). These results can be used as a basis for policy making in population management

    Design and Build of Road Damage Information System in Madiun Regency Using Web Development Life Cycle Methods

    Government infrastructure development is growing rapidly, starting from the central and provincial levels. One of the infrastructures currently being pushed by the government is road infrastructure. Both toll roads, regional roads, and district/city roads. Road infrastructure that has been built requires maintenance and repair. Road damage maintenance and repair in urban districts, especially Madiun Regency, Existing Road damage data is still recorded manually using paper, where the government needs help knowing data on road damage that has been recorded, which road conditions have not been repaired, and which have been fixed immediately. Because manual data is prone to wear and loss, tucked in with other manual files. So, the road improvement priority in Madiun Regency still needs to be put on target. For this reason, an information system is required to record the damage to road infrastructure in Madiun Regency. This information system was built using the web development life cycle (WDLC) method. We chose this method because it can be used in all web application development processes and can be modified or added to prototyping and looping to maximize results. The information system for road damage in Madiun Regency was developed using the PHP & MySQL programming languages. The result of this study is a road damage information system that contains updated data on road damage conditions in the Madiun district. Apart from being paperless, digitized data has the advantage of minimal damage and expected data loss and can help decision-makers prioritize repairs by looking at the data in the road damage information system

    Priority Analysis of Mangrove Guraping Ecotourism Development Based on Spatial Data Using Process Hierarchy Analysis

    This article aims to analyze the development priorities of Guraping mangrove ecotourism based on spatial data using process hierarchy analysis (AHP). The research process is divided into three stages: the pre-processing stage, processing stage, analyzing and reporting phase. In the processing stage, the spatial data used is Landsat 8 OLI in the Guraping mangrove ecotourism area from 2013-2021 with the Coordinate Reference System World Geodetic System (WGS) 84 or Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) Zone 52N. In the Processing stage, raster data for each zone in the Guraping mangrove ecotourism area will be calculated using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) algorithm to determine the maximum, average, and minimum values value. The analyzing and reporting phase contains an idea of NDVI calculations result related to the Decree of the Minister of State for the environment in 2004. The findings of this study indicate that the ranking system in the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm can be used to analyze the priority of the Guraping mangrove ecotourism development program. In AHP Calculation, the programs consist of rehabilitation, restoration, reclamation, and conservation. In addition, the alternatives are zone 1, zone 2, and zone 3. The ranking results show that the program relevant to the NDVI calculation of the Guraping mangrove ecotourism context is the rehabilitation program. Furthermore, the alternative ranking results show that Zone 1 is the priority zone for the rehabilitation program

Data is analyzed by testing the validity, reliability, and inner model using smartPLS. The results showed a direct influence of social media marketing activities on purchase intentions in  Avoskin skincare users in Bandung, and customer engagement can mediate the influence of social media marketing activities on purchase intentions

Moreover, there are several obstacles, such as students having difficulty finding a place for practical work because the study program does not yet have a list of companies that can do this activity. Moreover, it is also difficult for the Study Program to monitor whether students carry out activities appropriately. So that the Information Systems study program requires a Management Information System, which can assist the study program in carrying out practical work activities. The Management Information System built is web-based and uses the Waterfall method. From the research results, Management Information Systems assist students in registering and collecting reports; the study program makes it easier to assess and monitor students and makes document management easier

    Strategic Planning of Information Systems at Leony Frozen Food Agents in Semarang Using Ward and Peppard Methods

    Leony Frozen Food is a micro (small and medium) company that sells food in a frozen and cold temperature state located in Semarang. Leony Frozen Food still uses manual methods in carrying out its business process activities, and one example is doing bookkeeping. Leony Frozen Food does bookkeep still manually recorded in books and moved in the Android application, namely Cash Books. Therefore, IS/IT strategic planning is needed following the needs and current conditions of the company. This research aims to improve effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out business processes and providing solutions to problems in Leony Frozen Food. This study used data collection methods by interviewing company owners and direct observation to Leony Frozen Food. The methods used to conduct SI/IT strategic planning in this study used the Ward and Peppard methods, which included internal and external analysis of the company using Value Chain analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and producing output in the form of IS/IT application proposals mapped using the McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of IS/IT strategic planning are implemented in the next four years

    Classification of Fetal Heart Based on Images Augmentation Using Convolutional Neural Network Method

    Standard fetal heart echocardiography view consists of several specific views that can be prolific to optimize the visualization of various structures and anomalies including three vessel and trachea view, right ventricular outflow tract view, four chamber view, left ventricular outflow tract, and right ventricular outflow tract. With the use of current technological developments specifically deep learning, it can classify images from the visualization of the echocardiography point of view obtained. One of the deep learning models that has the best performance in image recognition and classification is the Convolutional Neural Network. Research consists of several stages, namely data collection, data pre-processing, data augmentation, data sharing designing the Convolutional Neural Network model architecture, training, testing, and results. 5 types of echocardiography videos were used based on the echocardiography point of view, resulting in 3,995 images consisting of 3,196 training data and 799 test data. The implementation of convolutional neural networks for the classification of fetal echocardiography images based on point of view obtained good results. The Convolutional Neural Network used consists of 2 convolution layers, 2 layers, 1 flatten layer, 2 dense layers, and 2 Dropout layers. The accuracy rate obtained from the CNN model with a learning rate value of 0.01 and the number of epochs of 50 gets an accuracy value of 98%

Secretariat of Salatiga City Regional People's Representative Council has also played an active role in implementing information systems in its business processes, but the use of existing information systems has not been maximized. Its cause performance has not run effectively and efficiently. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a good information system strategic planning. In this research using the Ward and Peppard method starting from conducting a SWOT analysis to find out the weaknesses and strengths of the organization eventually it can face threats from outside the organization, Value Chain Analysis, and business strategy recommendations. This research will produce an application portfolio in the form of a McFarlan Strategic Grid, which will describe the information system needs that will become an information system strategic planning that will be implemented within 3 years

    Strategic Planning of Regional Tourism Information System of Morotai Island Regency using Ward and Peppard Framework

    The tourism development program in Indonesia is not central but decentralized so that each autonomous region has the authority to determine the direction of policies and strategies for developing tourism potential in their respective areas. In the context of the Morotai Islands regency, an integrated regional tourism information system has not been designed to control and synchronize stakeholders' interests and optimize the marketing of regional tourist destinations. Considering this, this study offers the Ward and Peppard framework for the strategic design of Sistem Informasi Pariwisata Daerah (SIPARDA) as a website-based application that can be used for data collection and monitoring of regional tourism resources as well as tourism destination development programs in Morotai Island Regency. This study shows that the identification of external and internal conditions of the business environment is not limited to the Value Chain approach and Porter's Five Forces Model but also the Tourism Area Life Cycle and Irritation Index to understand the context of regional tourism-related to tourism resources both attractions, accommodation, amenities, and accessibility, as well as the level of acceptance of the Morotai people towards tourism development programs. Furthermore, identifying the current internal and external conditions of information systems or information technology in the portfolio application is analyzed based on Strenght, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) to provide recommendations for future application portfolios. The results of this study recommend the Regional Tourism Information System known as Sistem Informasi Pariwisata Daerah (SIPARDA) as a portfolio future application that needs to be prioritized to optimize the function of monitoring tourism development in the Morotai Island Regency
