    Estimated Economic Growth Rate Based on Efek Decrease in PPKM Level Using Support Vector Regression Method

    Economic growth is a change in economic conditions towards a better level. An increase in the value of income and production will affect the condition of a country. It can be known that the impact of Covid-19 is enough to affect economic conditions in Indonesia. Economic conditions in Indonesia are also affected by the PPKM program from the government. The bill of decreasing the PPKM level that is applied is considered to provide an increase in the economy towards normal and better. The purpose of this study is to provide predictions and analysis of the value of future economic growth. The method used is SVR (Support Vector Regression). This method is processed using a Polynomial kernel  and using MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) error accuracy. Based on research that has been carried out, the results of the value of each  economic nit in  the fourth quarter of  2021 and the first to fourth quarters of 2022 with a MAPE value of 3.6% which is included in the very good category. In this study, an analysis was also obtained that there will be an economic increase of 1.14% along with a decrease in the PPKM level

    An Evaluation of Control Objective for Information Related Technology (COBIT) 4.0 or 4.1: Systematic Literature Review

    Control Objective for Information Related Technology (COBIT 4.0 and 4.1) is one of Indonesia's most popular information technology audit frameworks. This article compares the maturity level of implementing information systems in Indonesia, especially government agencies, educational institutions, health institutions, and companies. The method used is a literature study of the research results from 2015-to 2020 related to COBIT 4.0 and COBIT 4.1. This study's results indicate that the conceptual framework of COBIT 4.1 is more dominant than COBIT 4.0. The Plan and Organize (PO) domain and the Delivery and Support (DS) domain are mainly used to focus studies on government agencies and companies. Meanwhile, the maturity level is dominated by the repeatable but intuitive (level 2) and defined process (level 3), which can be repeated and defined. Thus, studies on information system audit using the COBIT 4.0 and 4.1 conceptual frameworks need to be improved in education and health agencies or other agencies that integrate business processes with information technology

    Using Software Applications To Enhance E-Government Service Delivery In Botswana

    Scholars, the ICT community, and policy experts argue that ICT benefits have not been harnessed by most citizens in developing countries, particularly Botswana, due to lack of indigenous software applications for e-commerce, health, customer services, and mismanagement of the ICT infrastructures. Considering the huge investment of public funds on broadband fibre hub, acquization of ICT infrastructures, various committees and sub-committees setup for the management of these infrastructures, it should be expected the the country is well equipped to become the centre for ICT hub in Africa, which unfortunately is not so. Thus, researchers and the media have decried the lack of ICT infrastructure utilization and lack of software applications to utilize the vast infrastructures. To ascertain these reports and better understand the situation, there is a need to holistically research into the ICT project's activities. The mixed research methodology was used in this research which comprised qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection and analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of the broadband development services and users' experiences in Botswana. Also used is the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology with a specific method known as Rapid Application Development (RAD), which enables the researchers to develop software prototypes for Children quickly -Parents Immunisation Alert, License Examination Booking System, and End-user query register as a consequent of the survey conducted that identified these applications as urgently needed to turn around the service delivery and improve on ICT access across the country. The local software developed in this research is expected to boost economic activities and provides a platform for users to adequately utilize the facilities and thus turn the ICT project of Botswana into the type that benefits its populace and creates employment for its youth

    Based on the 1945 Law, article 31 paragraph one states that every citizen has the right to be taught.  So that every educational institution is obliged to provide services under any conditions, including in emergencies such as Covid-19. One solution to overcome this problem is to develop all learning media such as e-learning. With the existence of learning media through e-learning, it is hoped that the learning process will continue to run normally. The problem as mentioned certainly occurs in MTs. Negeri Bumiayu is one of the schools in Musi Banyuasin Regency. To achieve the goal to overcome these problems, namely developing e-learning using the Codeigniter framework and Prototyope model. The results of the development show that the e-learning produced has features that can overcome the learning process well as evidenced by e-learning features such as materials and tasks in the learning process

    Sentiment Analysis on Customer Perception towards Products and Services of Restaurant in Labuan Bajo

    Analysis of consumer sentiment towards restaurant products and services in the form of reviews on various digital platforms such as Tripadvisor determines business sustainability and the image of tourist destinations. This study aims to classify visitor sentiments as Tripadvisor users towards Happy Banana Komodo, MadeInItaly, Mediterraneo, and La Cucina restaurants in Labuan Bajo. The research stages are divided into three parts, namely the stages of data collection, data processing, classification and evaluation of model performance, and interpretation of data and information. At the data collection stage, Tripadvisor user reviews of products and services at each restaurant are mined using the Webharvy application based on the configuration of the customer name, date of examination, rating, review title, and review. The data mining results are cleaned and prepared to be managed using the RapidMiner application at the data processing stage. The classification and evaluation stage of model performance is the implementation and testing of classification algorithms that are relevant to the dataset, namely Decision Tree (DT), Naïve Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN). The findings of this study indicate the implementation of the positive and negative sentiment classification method for the comprehensive review data from the Tripadvisor website for the products and services of restaurants Happy Banana Komodo, MadeInITaly, Mediterraneo, and La Cucina Restaurants are relevant with k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) with accuracy value of 99.27% ​​, a precision value of 100%, and a recall of 98.53%

    XYZ is one of the branch offices of banking subsidiaries in Indonesia that focuses on providing leasing facilities, investment and working capital. As a company, PT. XYZ is inseparable in the use of information technology which gives rise to various possible risks that exist. Therefore, it is necessary to have an analysis of information technology risk management in PT. XYZ. Through this research, it is hoped that it can help PT. XYZ in identifying possible risks that occur to the company, as well as actions that must be taken in the face of such risks. The framework used in this study is the ISO 31000 framework. Based on the results of this study, 13 possible risks that have low risk levels (R01, R02, R03, R04, R05, R07, R08, R12, R13, R15, R16, R20 and R21 ), 6 possible risks that have medium risk levels (R06, R09, R10, R11, R14 and R18), as well as 2 possible risks that have high risk levels (R17 and R19). In addition, a risk treatment proposal was produced that can be used as a reference by PT. XYZ to minimize losses caused by these risks

    Regional General Hospital Dr Mohammad Hoesin Palembang is one of the types A vertical hospitals in Palembang. Patients who come are not only from South Sumatra but also from outside the region. Dr Mohammad Hoesin Hospital has inpatient services. One of the inpatient facilities is providing food which will be divided into 3 shifts. Currently, data gathering on the patient diet is performed manually, which indicates that many patients have returned home but somehow the food has been made, and the natural ingredients at the nutrition establishment do not match what would be in it. A solution that can facilitate the distribution of food at Dr Mohammad Hoesin Hospital and make it easier to record the patient's diet is to build a website-based Electronic Nutrition (e-Gizi) application

    I-Graciass is one of the digicampus programs under the Directorate of Digital Transformation, Synergy &Performance (DTSP) of the Telkom Education Foundation (YPT) in the form of a smart app & information system as an integrated academic and non-academic management information system. Based on the Vision-Mission, Strategy and Tagline of YPT as The Leader of ICT Education Provider in Indonesia as well as the spirit of carrying out digital transformation in the foundation, so that I-Graciass becomes mandatory to be adopted and implemented in all Higher Education Institutions (Lemdikti) under the guidance of YPT. However, the facts on the ground of the process of adopting and implementing I-Graciass in each Lemdikti are not easy things. For this reason, this research was carried out in order to facilitate the process of adopting and implementing I-Graciass through the method of climbing Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) in all YPT Lemdikti, especially for new universities such as Telkom Institute of Technology Surabaya and other new universities that will later be established by YPT. The results of this study show that the factors that influence the success of the I-Graciass Adoption process at ITTelkom Surabaya and other Lemdikti consist of tennis and non-technical aspects that can refer to the implementation of best practices in the previous lemdikti. In addition, to support the success rate of adoption and implementation, an effective knowledge transfer process is needed through the use and development of the right KMS for an organization and its end users

    Data and information are essential in various fields today, as well as in the field of education, especially in universities. Some universities already have information systems that support data and information needs. However, the system has not been integrated, so it cannot provide data and information needs quickly and in an integrated manner. Information systems in universities are still primarily departmental because each was built at a different time and uses another platform. The departmental nature of this information system causes inaccuracies and inconsistencies of data that drive the information produced in reports and data reused in transactions to be invalid. Invalid data, in the end, also impacts decision-making taken by management. This study aims to develop a data warehouse at a university to integrate academic data using a star schema. The method used is the Nine Step Methodology. The result of this research is data warehouse architecture used in the academic field; fact tables and ERDs have been designed at the current stage of designing a Prototype of the Study Program Performance Sheet (LKPS)

So, it becomes a very important thing to manage risk properly so helpful to the success of the project. In this paper, we contribute to the model in analyzing the priorities of risk to the project E-Government to adopt the model of risk assessment using RIPC4 and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in assessing the risk, so it can know which risks a priority to perform the procedure changes in the implementation of e-government based on the strategy used in the process of change management
