Konuşma Duygu Tanıma Uygulamalarında Hiper Parametre Optimizasyonu ile Derin Öğrenme Metotlarının Geliştirilmesi

    No full text

    Oral Pharmabiotic Tablet Formulations

    No full text
Pharmabiotic is a unique and recent term used to describe formulations containing probiotics. Pharmabiotics are probiotics prepared in a pharmaceutical form used to treat diseases and disorders by making physicochemical changes in human health. Probiotics, prebiotics, and synbiotics are included in this scope, and enzobiotics, which are a rising class of supplements, should be evaluated in this context, as they are a subspecies of synbiotics. Pharmabiotics, unlike nutribiotics, do not necessarily contain live microorganisms. The best examples of these are paraprobiotics and postbiotics. Tablet formulations are suitable dosage forms for pharmabiotics due to their redundant superiority over other solid dosage forms. Tablets are frequently preferred because they can be produced at low cost, are easily transported, and modified, are suitable for large-scale production, and are more stable than other dosage forms. Considering the examples in the literature and the definition of pharmabiotic, several tablet formulations can be mentioned as pharmabiotics. They can be divided into conventional uncoated tablets, chewable tablets, and effervescent tablets. With recent studies, this classification has expanded, and buccal mucoadhesive tablets, ODTs (orally disintegrating tablets) and FDTs (fast disintegrating tablets), layered/multi-layered tablets, and tablets within tablets have also taken their place in the classification. This article focuses on oral tablet formulations that can be classified as pharmabiotics.Emerging Sources Citation Inde

Analyzing Critical Success Factors of Sustainable Knowledge Management: an Interval-Valued Neutrosophic Approach

    No full text
Knowledge management (KM) is a structured approach that includes the organized procedures of generating, capturing, arranging, storing, retrieving, distributing, and harnessing an organization's knowledge resources to attain its goals and improve its effectiveness. Encountering uncertainty and managing imprecise information are fundamental aspects of KM that cannot be avoided. In this context, sustainable KM aims to solve these issues and address prioritizing the long-term sustainability and efficiency of knowledge-related processes within an organization. The aim of this study is to structure a sustainable KM concept for organizations and identify the most common critical success factors (CSFs) with a novel analytical approach. In this context, the Interval-Valued Neutrosophic methodology, which is one of the multi-criteria decision methods (MCDMs), was adopted to evaluate and weight the determined CSFs. Four main headings-KM, environmental, economical, and social criteria-are evaluated along with their subfactors. Our findings show that KM is found to be the most important, and environmental factors followed KM. When the results are examined in terms of subfactors, cleaner production is found to be the most significant, with a global weight value of 11.13.Science Citation Index Expanded - Social Science Citation Inde

The aim of this study is to examine the management of revenue models of amateur sports clubs.. The main question of the research is, 'How are the revenue models and management of amateur sports clubs?' The research is exploratory and descriptive. The population of the research consists of sports clubs in Turkey, and the sample includes 21 amateur sports clubs in Kocaeli. Only amateur sports clubs were included in the research, excluding professional football clubs. Purposeful sampling methods were used for sample determination. Among these methods, the snowball sampling method was primarily used, supplemented by the convenience sampling method. Semi-structured interviews were chosen as the data collection tool. During the interviews, a total of 11 main questions and various probe questions were asked to ensure in-depth explanations from the interviewees. The recordings were transcribed on the same day, and digital interview texts were created. The 'content analysis' technique was used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the capacity of sports clubs to generate income from members, sponsors, and donations is insufficient, and their expenses vary between private and public clubs. It was determined that the clubs' legal statuses have changed since the enactment of Law No. 7405, but their operations have remained similar. As a result, the income and expense management of amateur sports clubs was found to be inadequate by the interviewees, and there were no significant changes in the clubs' operations before and after the implementation of Law No. 7405. It was also noted that membership fees, although legally compliant, are not effectively used to generate income. From the research findings, it can be concluded that the financial capacities of clubs struggling to generate income are insufficient for a club-based sports system. Some suggestions, based on the research findings and existing literature, have been proposed. These suggestions, based on the results of the research, are expected to shed light on the management of post-legal income models of amateur sports clubs

OGUL, Zeynep/0000-0003-1298-330XIntroductionThe fact that adolescent people experience risky sexual behavior and have insufficient knowledge of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) indicates the need for SRH education. This study investigates the impact of peer-educated SRH programs on the knowledge and behaviors of adolescents.MethodThis study was conducted as a randomized controlled trial on 275 university students. The subjects were randomly assigned to the peer educators (n = 25), intervention (n = 125) and control (n = 125) groups using systematic random sampling. Peer educators provided face-to-face SRH education to the intervention group. The researcher provided the same education to the control group via the online conference method. SRH knowledge and behavior evaluated with scales before, after, and 3 and 6 months after the SRH education. The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through statistical tests and analysis of covariance.ResultsThe female and male ratio of the participants was almost equal (49.4%, 50.6%). The mean age was found to be 20.42 +/- 1.14 years. The mean scores of the students in the intervention group increased from 21.20 +/- 0.14 to 35.20 +/- 0.07 for sexual health knowledge questionnaire (SHKQ), and from 130.56 +/- 0.55 to 147,90 +/- 0,25 for reproductive health scale (RHS) after the education. Compared with the control group, these increases in the mean scores of SHKQ and RHS were found to be statistically significant.ConclusionThe findings show the important role of the SRH peer education method on the effect of transferring knowledge about sexual behaviors. Health and education policy-makers are advised to implicate SRH peer education.Social Science Citation Inde
