    Tuberculosis (TB) is a global health problem, with the number of TB cases continuing to increase. TB is also one of the top 10 causes of death and the leading cause of infectious agents. Until now, no country has been free from TB. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Problems were found at the Pakan Kamis Health Center starting from analyzing the situation of the Puskesmas, identifying problems in the management of Puskesmas services by taking the one problem with the highest GAP from each UKM and UKP program, then formulating the problem and setting priority problems using the USG method. 6 (six) priority problems were set to become the priority targets of the Puskesmas, namely from the infectious disease eradication program regarding pulmonary TB with a GAP of 91.4%, from the MCH program on postpartum family planning with a GAP of 93.3%, from the Nutrition program regarding the distribution of adolescent iron. women with 80% GAP, from the UKM development program on UKGMD with 83.3% GAP, and Occupational Health Enterprises with 83.3% GAP, as well as the Health Promotion program regarding drug counseling to adolescents with 77.7% GA

    Nutrition Awareness Family (Kadarzi) is a family that practices nutrition behavior properly and correctly. The problem of Kadarzi is the environment in access to clean water, sanitation, family access to food in fulfilling children's nutrition. Toddlers are an age group that is vulnerable to nutritional problems. Family awareness in maintaining environmental health greatly affects the nutritional status of children under five. Environmental sanitation-based empowerment activities to increase knowledge and understanding of mothers of children under five in maintaining environmental sanitation as well as stimulation in processing nutritious food for toddlers. It is hoped that in this empowerment activity, mothers of toddlers can pay attention to their children's growth and maintain the cleanliness of the home environment in particular. The method used is the Monthly Toddler Weighing (BPB) activity, assessing the knowledge of mothers of children under five, observations about home environmental sanitation problems, and training of toddler cadres. This activity was carried out at Posyandu Kemuning 3 which was attended by mothers of toddlers and cadres on week 2 in April 2022. It is hoped that this community empowerment activity can prevent stunting and the community to improve environmental sanitation

    Agility is an activity of moving motion from one side to another so that the movement pattern can move around and can affect daily activities. In girls aged 10-12 years, agility is important because during this period hormonal and metabolic changes can affect the level of agility in girls aged 10-12 years. Zig-Zug Run and Hexagon Drill exercises can increase agility. This research design is quasi experimental with a two group pretest-posttest design approach. This research was conducted for 3 weeks in July 2020 on 22 girls aged 10-12 years with 11 people in the Zig-zag Run group and 11 people in the Hexagon Drill group. The collected data is processed and analyzed computerized. The results showed an increase in the average agility level of respondents in the hexagon drill group was 1.27 and an increase in the average agility level of respondents in the Zig-zag run group was 2.18 and p value = 0.001 where there was an increase in the hexagon drill group d. rill and zigzag run exercises.     The success of maternal health efforts can be seen from the indicators of maternal mortality rate - The number of maternal deaths increases from 17 people in 2015 to 20 people by 2016. To reduce maternal mortality, optimal antenatal care is needed. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between internal and external factors of midwives with antenatal care in community health centers of Padang city in 2017.This research is of quantitative type with cross sectional study desig. Population in this research includes all midwife who served in maternity wards at community health centers of Padang city, amounting to 40 people. The sampling technique used herein is total sampling. Data collection was conducted in November 2015 until January 2016. Data analysis are univariate, bivariate and multivariate.According to the results of the study, more than half of the respondents have provided antenatal care up to standards, were never professionaly trained, were nice, had been working for long enough, lacking boss commitment, were not well-received by their work environment, and half of respondents have good motivation. There is a correlation between the midwife’s attitudes, motivation, boss commitment and environmental acceptance with antenatal care, and no correlation between education, training, and length of service with antenatal care.It is concluded that internal factors related to antenatal care are attitudes, motivation, external factors related to antenatal care, boss commitment and environmental acceptance. Community health center leaders are advised to truly commit to the implementation of antenatal care, while midwives are advised to adopt good behavior and motivation in implementing antenatal care according to the applicable standards.     Self-directed learning readiness among nurses in Malaysia

    Self-directed learning is one of the important skills for nurses. The readiness to be self-directed in learning enhances nursing professional development and life-long learning. This study aims to determine the level of self-directed learning readiness among nurses at a selected hospital in Malaysia. The conceptual framework for the study is based on the concepts of self-directed learning readiness. This is a cross-sectional quantitative study using descriptive and correlational method for data analysis. A simple random sampling technique was employed to recruit 145 nurses. The Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale (SDLRS) was adopted to measure the variables of the study. The findings of the study revealed a high level of self-directed learning readiness among nurses (M = 161.71, SD = 12.60). The highest subscale of SDLR was self-control (M=58.22, SD= 4.78) followed by self-management (M=53.99, SD= 4.92) and desire for learning (M=49.51, SD= 4.63). There is a statistically significant difference between age, academic qualification, and self-directed learning readiness (p< 0.05). This study highlights the important concepts of self-directed learning for nurses. The role of educators and administrators is essential to support nurses for self-direction in higher education. Future studies to explore barriers from self-directed learning are recommended

    Stunting Is A Failure To Grow In Toddler Children (Babies Under Five Years Old) Due To Chronic Malnutrition So The Child Is Too Short For His Age. Malnutrition Occurs since the baby is in the womb and in the early period after the baby is born, however, the condition of stunting appears only after the baby is 2 years old. Meanwhile, the definition of stunting according to the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) is a child under five with a z-score of less than -2SD/standard deviation (stunted) and less than -3SD (severely stunted).     Tuberculosis (TB) is a public health problem and global challenge, especially in developing countires including Indonesia. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. One of public health centre in Padang city has the highest number of cases of 127 cases. All patient TB no have access to public health centres and hospitals because patient feel ashamed and afraid of being known to have TB, so some hide their illness. The research Sejati et al, there was a relationship of the quality of houses (lighting, density, humidity and ventilation) that did not meet the requirements with the incidence of TB disease in the Andalas public health centre working are. Germas is a national movement thar prioritizes promotive efforts.  The role of individuals, communities and families in practicing a healthy lifestyle in order to live a quality life and avoid disease. One fom of germas activity is washing hands with soap. The method of activity is in the form of counseling and demonstration on how to wash hands with soap. The activity went smoothly, all participanst actively listened and were able to practice the  correct way of washing hand with soap

    EVALUASI PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP SISTEM INFORMASI E-PPGBM DI KABUPATEN JEMBER

    Kabupaten Jember telah menerapakan sistem informasi e-PPGBM namun hingga saat ini, tingkat penerimaan penggunanya belum dapat diketahui dikarenakan belum adanya penelitian terkait. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi e-PPGBM di seluruh Puskesmas se-Kabupaten Jember perlu dilakukan. Penelitian observasional ini, menggunakan rancang bangun cross sectional. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 44 pengguna dengan teknik simple random sampling dan dianalisis dengan uji Spearman. Sistem informasi e-PPGBM dinilai mudah untuk digunakan oleh para pengguna. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan positif antar variable penelitian, yaitu perceived ease of use dengan perceived usefulness (=0,001; p-value<0,05); perceived ease of use dengan attitude toward using technology (=0,614; p-value<0,05); perceived usefulness dengan attitude toward using technology (= 0,726; p-value<0,05); perceived usefulness dengan behavioral intention to use (=0,652; p-value<0,05); perceived usefulness dengan actual technology use (=0,585; p-value<0,05); attitude toward using technology dengan behavioral intention to use (=0,78; p-value<0,05); attitude toward using technology dengan actual technology use (=0,492; p-value<0,05); behavioral intention to use dengan actual technology use (=0,672; p-value<0,05) Penerimaan pengguna terhadap e-PPGBM di Kabupaten Jember sudah sangat baik.     PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SARI KURMA TERHADAP LAMA KALA II PADA IBU PRIMIPARA

    Prolonged labour is one of the pathological forms of labor. Manggopoh Community Health Center is one of the health centers have high reports of childbirth complications. They are 121 (23%) cases, dominated by cases of prolonged labor. This study aimed to determine The Effect of Dates Extract on Second Phase on Primipara Mothers in the Working Area of Manggopoh Community Health Center in 2021. The type of research was a quasi-experimental approach with pos test only with control group design approach. The population in this study were all maternity mothers in the working area of Manggopoh Community Health Center, as much as 44. By using purposive sampling technique, 32 people were chosen as the samples. The data were collected through observation sheets and it was analyzed by univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using t-independent test. The results showed that the administration of date palm juice had a significant effect on the length of the second stage of labor with an average difference of 4.875 minutes in the second stage of labor and p value = 0.001, where the length of the second stage of labor was shorter in the experimental group. It can be concluded that the administration of date palm juice at the end of pregnancy has a significant effect on the length of the second stage of labor. It is hoped that the Manggopoh Community Health Center will provide health information to pregnant women to always prepare themselves both physically and mentally in facing childbirth, one of them is by utilizing date palm juice at the end of pregnancy which is proven to be effective in the progress of labor.
