PENGARUH TERAPI GUIDED IMAGERY TERHADAP TINGKAT NYERI PASIEN POST OPERASI CHOLELITIASIS
Get PDFNyeri pascaoperasi adalah salah satu gejala yang umumnya dialami pasien setelah menjalani pembedahan, sebagai respons tubuh terhadap kerusakan jaringan yang terjadi selama operasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh terapi imajinasi terbimbing (Guided Imagery) terhadap tingkat nyeri pada pasien pascaoperasi kolelitiasis di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mocthar Bukittinggi pada tahun 2023. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest one group. Pelaksanaannya dilakukan pada Desember 2022, melibatkan 30 responden yang menerima terapi imajinasi terbimbing. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan secara terkomputerisasi menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Sign Test. Tingkat nyeri diukur berdasarkan Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia (SLKI), dengan skala skor 6-30: 6-10 (meningkat), 11-15 (cukup meningkat), 16-20 (sedang), 21-25 (cukup menurun), dan 26-30 (menurun). Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat nyeri sebelum terapi adalah 23,3 (cukup menurun), sementara setelah terapi meningkat menjadi 28,067 (menurun) dengan nilai p sebesar 0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terapi imajinasi terbimbing (Guided Imagery) memiliki pengaruh terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pasien pascaoperasi kolelitiasis. Get PDFThe World Health Organization (WHO) predicts that the second leading killer after heart disease is severe fatigue. According to the Workers' Social Security Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) in West Sumatra, in 2021, there were 31,801 reported cases of occupational accidents, representing a 16.96% increase from the previous year. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influencing fatigue among nurses and midwives in the Inpatient Department of Solok Selatan Regional Hospital. This research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The total sampling method was used to select 84 respondents. Data processing was computerized, and the results were presented in the form of frequency distribution tables. The research findings revealed that work fatigue was at 59.5%, heavy workloads at 60.7%, unsafe working conditions at 56%, severe job-related stress at 53.6%, and long working tenure at 56%. Statistical analysis concluded that there is a significant relationship between workload (α = 0.05 with OR = 2.625), working conditions (α = 0.003 with OR = 4.278), job-related stress (α = 0.001 with OR = 5.600), and work tenure (α = 0.013 with OR = 3.433) and work fatigue. In summary, workload, working conditions, job-related stress, and work tenure are significantly associated with work fatigue. To address work fatigue, nurses and midwives are encouraged to manage job-related stress effectively, support each other to reduce workloads, and engage in team-building activities such as outbound events to strengthen teamwork

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of home care to reduce hypertension rates in the working area of the Lubuk Basung Health Center in 2023. This study used a qualitative. Qualitative research methods of data collection using FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) in order to find more open issues as well as conduct observations and study documentation. Informants in this study 9 informants. Data were analyzed in four steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The validity of the data is obtained in the data triangulation process. The results of the study show that it is obtained. Implementation of Home Care for Reducing Hypertension Rates in the Work Area of the Lubuk Basung Health Center, namely it has been successful but not one hundred percent or not all hypertension rates have fallen, but from the previous number there has been a decrease in hypertension rates. PENGARUH TERAPI AKUPRESURE TERHADAP PENURUNAN TINGKAT NYERI HAID (DISMENORE) PADA REMAJA
Get PDFABSTRACTMenstrual pain, also known as dysmenorrhea, is caused by an imbalance of progesterone hormones in the blood, resulting in recurring pain that disrupts daily activities. Acupressure, a therapy involving finger pressure and massage on specific points of the body, has emerged as a treatment modality. This study aims to investigate the Effect of Acupressure Therapy on Reducing Menstrual Pain (Dysmenorrhea) among Adolescents at UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Kec. Akabiluru in 2024. The research design employed is a Quasi-experimental approach with a One Group Pretest- Posttest design. Purposive sampling was used to select participants from the entire female student population at UPTD SMP 2 Kec. Akabiluru. Bivariate analysis involved the Shapiro- Wilk test, and the research hypothesis was tested using Non-Parametric Statistical tests. The results of the univariate analysis revealed that the average level of dysmenorrhea pain among respondents before receiving acupressure therapy was 8.35, while two days after therapy, it decreased to 2.65. Bivariate analysis demonstrated a significant difference in the average pain levels before and after acupressure therapy with a p-value of 0.000. In conclusion, the study suggests that acupressure therapy effectively reduces menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). Therefore, it is recommended that respondents consider acupressure therapy as an alternative method for alleviating menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).Keywords: Pain, Dysmenorrhea, Acupressur
EFEKTIVITAS MEDIA PENYULUHAN MENGGUNAKAN VIDIO TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN REMAJA TENTANG HIV/AIDSDI SMPN 1 BLAMBANGAN KECAMATAN BLAMBANGAN PAGAR KOTABUMI LAMPUNG UTARA
Get PDFHuman Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) merupakan penyakit yang menjadi salah satu permasalahan serius di dunia. Angka kejadian hiv di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 543.100 orang dengan jumlah infeksi baru sebanyak 29.557 orang dan kematian sebanyak 30.137 orang. dengan angka kejadian di Provinsi Lampung sebanyak 589 kasus di Kecamatan Blambangan Sebanyak 20 Kasus. Berbagai cara dapat ditempuh guna meningkatkan edukasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi untuk para remaja, salah satunya adalah penyuluhan. Media penyuluhan yang dapat digunakan sangat banyak. Media penyuluhan berupa video edukasi yang memuat atau yang bertema kesehatan reproduksi remaja menjadi salah satu cara yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian diketahui efektivitas media penyuluhan menggunakan video terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang HIV/AIDS di SMPN 1 Blambangan Kecamatan Blambangan Pagar Kotabumi Lampung Utara. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian pra eksperimen desain dengan pendekatan one group pretes and post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SMPN 1 Blambangan kelas VII dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 54 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisis secara univariat dan bivariat (uji t-test). Hasil penelitian diketahui rata-rata pengetahuan remaja tentang HIV/AIDS sebelum penyuluhan kesehatan dengan media video adalah 6.2 dan sesudah penyuluhan kesehatan dengan media video adalah 10,07. Ada pengaruh efektivitas media penyuluhan menggunakan video terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang HIV/AIDS di SMPN 1 Blambangan Kecamatan Blambangan Pagar Kotabumi Lampung Utara (p-value = 0,000). Saran bagi petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan promosi kesehatan melalui video tentang HIV/AIDS. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, penyuluhan, remaja tentang HIV/AID
ANALISIS FAKTOR PERILAKU SEKSUAL BERISIKO PADA REMAJA SMK DI KECAMATAN TAMPAN KOTA PEKANBARU TAHUN 2023
Get PDFMenurut WHO, lebih dari 21 juta gadis remaja berusia antara 15 dan 19 tahun hamil setiap tahun di negara berkembang, 49% kehamilan tidak diinginkan. Salah satu penyebabnya yaitu perilaku seksual yang tidak normal, yang meningkat setiap tahun. Salah satunya seks sebelum menikah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja SMK di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru.Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kombinasi (mix method). Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional menggunakan kuesioner dengan total sampel sebanyak 100 remaja. Dan Penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap 15 informan. Dilakukan di SMK X, Y, Z, Puskesmas Sidomulyo RI, Puskesmas Simpang Baru, Puskesmas Sidomulyo pada bulan Juni-Juli tahun 2023.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p-value < 0.05 artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengaruh internet (p=0,013) dengan perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja. Dan p-value > 0.05 artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan remaja, religiusitas, peran orang tua, peran sekolah, pengaruh teman sebaya, peran tenaga kesehatan dengan perilaku seksual pada remaja. Hasil wawancara program PKPR di Puskesmas Sidomulyo RI dan Simpang Baru masih terkendala dalam hal input (SDM, dana, sarana dan prasarana) dan Pelaksanaan. Sedangkan Puskesmas Sidomulyo belum melaksanakan program PKPR.Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu internet memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja. Untuk program PKPR di setiap Puskesmas belum berjalan Optimal. Diharapkan remaja lebih selektif dalam menggunakan internet, dibutuhkan peran orang tua dan guru dalam pengawasan pada remaja mengenai pemanfaatan internet dan peran institusi lainnya dalam mencegah dan mengendalikan perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja melalui penyuluhan, sosialisasi dan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan. Untuk setiap puskesmas hendaknya dapat menjalankan program PKPR secara maksimal dengan memperhatikan input dan proses. Kata kunci : Perilaku seksual Berisiko pada remaja, internet, PKPR
PENGARUH BIMBINGAN GYM BALL TERHADAP KEMAJUAN PERSALINAN DI BIDAN PRAKTEK MANDIRI (BPM) NETTY RUSTAM DAN ERNAWENA KOTA PADANG PANJANG
Get PDFPersalinan lama salah satu penyumbang kematian ibu di dunia, berdasarkan world health organization (WHO) tahun 2018 terjadi kasus persalinan lama pada wanita di dunia yaitu 289 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan gym ball terhadap kemajuan persalinan di Bidan Praktek Mandiri (BPM) Netty Rustam Kota Padang Panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pre-eksperimental design yang menggunakan rancangan intract grop comparison. Penelitian dilakukan di BPM Netty Rustam Kota Padang Panjang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang. Jumlah sampel 20 kasus dan 20 kontrol dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat dengan uji independent sample T-test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata lama fase aktif kemajuan persalinan pada kelompok yang tidak diberikan gym ball adalah 298 menit dengan sd 29,30. Sedangkan rata-rata lama fase aktif kemajuan persalinan pada kelompok yang diberikan gym ball adalah 207 menit dengan sd 27,97. Hasil uji statistic diperoleh p = 0,000 < 0,05 (Ho ditolak) artinya ada perbedaan lama fase aktif kemajuan persalinan antara kelompok kontrol dan intervensi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh bimbingan gym ball terhadap kemajuan persalinan Di Bidan Praktek Mandiri (BPM) Netty Rustam Kota Padang Panjan
GAMBARAN CARING PENGASUH DALAM PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN DASAR LANSIA
Get PDFEntering old age, a person experiences a process of changing body functions both physically and psychologically which can cause the elderly to have difficulty in achieving their basic needs. The Caring behavior is a form of support that caregivers can provide to the elderly in an effort to protect, improve, maintain or devote a sense of humanity by helping someone achieve a better aspect. This study aimed to determine the caring behavior of caregivers in fulfilling basic needs for the elderly at Kasih Sayang Ibu Tresna Werdha Social Homes Batusangkar West Sumatera Province in 2022. This study was conducted on March untill July in 2022. The text describes a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research population consists of all elderly individuals who directly receive caring behavior from caregivers, using interview guidelines. Purposive sampling was employed based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. In the qualitative study, two themes were identified: the optimal ability of the elderly to fulfill basic needs and the ineffectiveness of communication between caregivers and the elderly in meeting their basic needs. The study concludes that the majority of the elderly evaluate the caregiving behavior of caregivers as good. Elderly individuals with the ability to perform activities independently find it easier to meet their basic needs with minimal caregiver assistance. The research suggests that caregivers should continue to enhance caregiving processes for the elderly to achieve optimal basic needs fulfillment through effective communication between caregivers and the elderly
PENGARUH PEMBERIAN BISKUIT DAUN KATUK TERHADAP PRODUKSI ASI PADA IBU MENYUSUI DI PUSKESMAS LUBUK TAROK KABUPATEN SIJUNJUNG TAHUN 2023
Get PDFBased on the 2019 data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the global coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is only 36%, falling below the WHO's target of 50% to reduce infant morbidity and mortality. To promote infant health, UNICEF and WHO recommend exclusive breastfeeding for at least 6 months, with continued breastfeeding until the child reaches two years of age. The objective of this study was to determine the differences in breast milk production before and after providing katuk leaf biscuits to breastfeeding mothers at the Lubuk Tarok Health Center, Sijunjung Regency in 2023. This research adopts a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The study focuses on breastfeeding mothers at the Lubuk Tarok Health Center, Sijunjung Regency. To analyze the differences in breast milk production before and after providing katuk leaf biscuits to nursing mothers, a T-test was performed at a 95% confidence level. The results revealed that the average breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers before administering katuk leaf biscuits was 39.67, while after administration, it increased to 72.00. The calculated p-value of 0.000 indicates that the consumption of katuk leaf biscuits has a significant effect on milk production in breastfeeding mothers. In conclusion, the consumption of katuk leaf biscuits led to increased breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. The study emphasizes the importance of husbands and families providing motivation and support to breastfeeding mothers, including the preparation or provision of katuk leaf biscuits at home to ensure smooth breast milk production

Based on April 2018 data, it is estimated that there are 25 thousand LGBT people in West Sumatra, with an estimate of more than 14 thousand non-waria MSM, 2,500 waria, and more than 9 thousand waria customers. In 2022, in the January-April period, 139 people were found to be infected with HIV. Interestingly, in the last five years HIV cases have been discovered due to casual sex. Especially members of the same sex, MSM. The city of Bukittinggi has more than 50% LGBT cases.Adolescence is a time when an individual experiences a transition from one stage to the next and experiences changes in emotions, body, interests, behavior patterns, and problems also arise. Adolescents who do not receive attention and supervision of their children's social development from their parents or family have the potential to look for peers who have peers to confide in and are more open to friends. So that bad friends will lead teenagers to become involved in teenage deviant behavior.The aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge of teenagers at SMA N.1 Banuhampu regarding deviant teenage behavior. The methods used are interactive lectures, questions and answers, and evaluations. Results of counseling conducted on students regarding the impact of deviant behavior in teenagers on online games, LGBT and the environment.
