    Gambaran Pengelolaan Logistik di Puskesmas merupakan salah satu aspek penting di Puskesmas. Ketersediaan obat saat ini menjadi tuntutan pelayanan kesehatan. Gambaran Pengelolaan Logistik obat di Puskesmas yang meliputi tahap-tahap yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, penghapusan, evaluasi dan monitoring yang saling terkait satu sama lain, sehingga harus terkoordinasi dengan baik agar masing-masing dapat berfungsi secara optimal. Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengelolaan Logistik Obat di Puskesmas Batang Beruh Dairi. Dalam Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif empiris kualitatif, yaitu Penelitian dengan observasi langsung. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian kualitatif dengan melihat Penyimpanan Obat di Puskesmas Batang Beruh Dairi. Dalam penyimpanan obat yang bertanggung jawab adalah Penanggung jawab Apotek yaitu Asisten Apoteker Puskesmas Batang Beruh Dairi. Model penyimpanan obat di Puskesmas Batang Beruh Dairi menggunakan sistem FIFO (First In First Out). Penataan obat di lemari dikelompokan berdasarkan bentuk sediaan tetapi tidak disusun secara alfabetis melainkan dengan kebiasaan sendiri. Hal ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana di Puskesmas Batang Beruh Dairi yang tidak memadai. Penyimpanan obat di gudang I dan gudang II berbeda hal ini dikarenakan karena kurang memadainya tempat penyimpanan obat. Penataan obat di lemari dikelompokan berdasarkan bentuk sediaan tetapi tidak disusun secara alfabetis melainkan dengan kebiasaan sendiri pada gudang II. Sebaiknya Puskesmas Batang Beruh memiliki gudang Farmasi sehingga penyimpanan perbekalan farmasi dapat memenuhi persyaratan Depkes RI tahun 2009 tentang Pedoman Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas

    The work stress on nurses at Datu Beru Takengon Public Hospital is caused during the work period nurses do not receive appreciation for their cooperation to improve work standards or work jam. Another reason is because of the heavy workload and the number of nurses who do not increase, the ratio between the number of nurses and the number of patients is not balanced with patients which is 1:10 meaning that one nurse makes 10 patients. The purpose of the study was to study and analyze work pressure, workload and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital. The study design uses quantitative analytic surveys with cross-sectional design. The population of all nurses working in the Inpatient Room of Datu Beru Takengon Regional Hospital is 304 people. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. The number of samples to be examined is 75 nurses. Data analysis was performed with univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with chi_square. The results of the study of work stress variables obtained p-value = 0,000, workload 0.003, and job satisfaction 0,000 <α 0.05, looking for a relationship between work stress, workload and job satisfaction with nurses, from the results of multivariate analysis obtained the most variable important in this study is the workload variable with a value of Exp B 22,121 which means that the workload is 22 times compared to the nurse's performance. Conclusion there is a relationship between work stress, work load and job satisfaction on nurse performance while multivariate analysis shows the most dominant factor is workload variable on nurse performance.     Students have difficulty learning in school, such as difficulty in improving. Very good concentration by one's nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine the predisposing factors of students' nutritional status on student achievement in SD Negeri 1 Sitinjak Subdistrict, Angkola Barat Subdistrict, South Tapanuli Regency in 2018. The type of research used in this study was analytic research with cross sectional research. The sample in this study were students from class III to class V A total of 61 people. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate using logistic regression formulas. Based on the results of the study note there is a relationship of knowledge with student achievement p value of significance that is 0.018. There is a relationship between type of food with student achievement with a p value of significance that is 0.002. There is a relationship of perception with student achievement with a p value of significance that is 0,000. There is a relationship between the portion of food with student achievement with a p value of significance that is 0,000. There is a relationship between food preferences and student achievement with a p value of significance that is 0.001. There is a relationship between disease research and student learning achievement with a p value of significance of 0.014. There is a relationship between breakfast and student achievement with a p value of significance that is 0.002. There is a relationship of income with student achievement with a p value of significance that is 0.002. While the factor most related to student achievement is the type of food with a p value of 0.008.     Neonatus are newborns up to the age of 28 days. At that time there was a very big change of life in the womb and organ maturation occurred in almost all systems. According to data at TK IV Hospital Pematang Siantar in 2016, the number of deaths resulting from Low Birth Weight Babies (LBW) was 54 babies out of 1176 babies, in 2017 the mortality was 47 babies out of 1284 babies. In 2018 was 42 out of 984 babies. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between LBW with neonatal deaths in TK IV Hospital Period January - December 2018. This research is mixed methods by combining qualitative and quantitative research and conducted at TK IV Hospital PematangSiantar. This research used case-control approach. The sample was 46 respondents, consisting of cases and controls, namely the case (Case) is a group of babies born with LBW, and control is a group of babies born with normal birth weight. The results showed the average rank of each group, which is the average LBW 1.11 higher than the rating of the control group that is 1.50. Mann Whitney test results showed there is a difference between LBW with Neonatal Mortality in the hospital with a sig or p-value of .019<.05. It is expected that Health Officers Tk IV Hospital to improve services in the management of LBW and should make early detection of complications of pregnancy and childbirth which are predisposing factors in newborns so as to prevent neonatal deaths

    According to WHO in 2016 revealed that up to now the old parturition is a problem because 60% of deliveries are still assisted by a shaman. Globally 80% of mortality is classified as direct causes of mortality maternal, namely bleeding (25%), postpartum bleeding, sepsis (15%), hypertension in pregnancy (12%), parturition (8%), complications of unsafe abortion (13%) ) and other causes (7%). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the role of midwives in parturition without progress in the Singgabur Health Centre in 2019. The study was analytic survey research with cross-sectional. The sampling technique using a saturated sample from the entire population as sampled amounted 33 midwives. Data collection with primary, secondary and tertiary data. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyses. Test data using the chi-square test. Based on the research that the p-value=.027 is that there is a significant influence between age and undeveloped parturition, p-value=.002, there is a significant influence between knowledge on undeveloped parturition, p-value=.004 means that there is a significant influence between work experience in non-advanced labor, p-value 0.000 which a significant influence between training in non-advanced labor, p-value .000 means there is a significant influence between facilities and infrastructure in non-advanced labor. The conclusion of this study showed that there is an influence of age, knowledge, work experience, training and infrastructure. It is recommended for the health workers in particular that health workers hold demonstrations and be simulated to midwives about labor pathologies such as parturition

    Cosmetic products become part of the daily lives of women, along with the lifestyle back to nature, the natural dyes began to be an option to avoid the use of harmful synthetic dyes. In a previous study, onions Dayak (Eleutherine palmifolia (L) Merr) is used as a dye lipstick. In addition, the red color can also be used as a colouring agent for cosmetics, which are derived from quinone group compounds. Objective: This study aims to formulate cheek dyes using Dayak onion extract (Eleutherine palmifolia (L) Merr) with 45%, 50% and 55% concentrations. Method: In this study Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia (L) Merr) was extracted by maceration using 96% solvent. Then it is formulated into a gel form and tested on organoleptic tests, pH, homogeneity, spreadability, viscosity, irritation and preferences. Result: The results of the cheek dye gel from Dayak onion extract (Eleutherine palmifolia (L) Merr) showed organoleptic results of the preparations were red, semi-solid texture and had the smell of rose, pH preparations F1:6.0, F2:6.2 and F3: 6.2, homogeneity of F1, F2 and F3 produces homogeneous preparations, spreadability F1:7.0 cm, F2:6.2 and F3: 5.6 and viscosity F1:2,340, F2:2,652, F3:2,710. these results showed that correspond to the gel preparation parameters. And the irritation test showed negative results. Conclusion: The the conclusion from this study that extracts of Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia (L) Merr) can be formulated as cheek coloring in gel preparations with concentrations of 45%, 50% and 55% and does not cause irritation

    The quality of doctor services at the Medan Haji Hospital polyclinic is an important factor for the establishment of good patient loyalty. There are five dimensions to service quality, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the quality of doctor's services and the loyalty of patients at Medan Hajj Hospital. This type of research is quantitative research with cross sectional study design. The study was conducted at the Surgery Polyclinic at Haji Hospital Medan. Research papulation were all surgical studies included in the inclusion criteria visited in October 2019. Samples were obtained by purposive sampling totaling 92 people. Data were analyzed by Chi Square Test and logistic regression. From the results of the study, it is known that most of the respondents are young adults 46.7%, private employees 31.5%, high schools 50%, insurers Insurance costs 59%. Bivariate results show that tangible factors (p = 0.025), reliability (p = 0.04), responsiveness (p = 0.033), collateral (p = 0.04), empathy (p = 0.037) to patient loyalty in the Bedan Polyclinic Haji Hospital Medan. Based on these results that prove the loyalty of patients at the Medan Haj Hospital Bedan Polyclinic is physical evidence, reliability, setbacks, guarantees and empathy.     Attarasa Litsea cubeba (Lour.) Press. is a traditional plant that is widely used as an antidiarrheal, a cure for skin diseases and antiseptics. This plant contains compounds from tannins, flavonoids, alkaloids and glycosides. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity and concentration of what is the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract attarasa Litsea cubeba (Lour.) Press. can inhibit the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Search for the fruits of Litsea cubeba (Lour.) Press. with the maceration method using 70% ethanol solvent, extract concentrations used are 50%, 25% and 12.5% and testing for antibacterial activity with bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli using a diffusion method to measure the diameter of the inhibition area. The results showed that antibacterial activity test on attarasa extract on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria at a concentration of 50% had inhibition of 15.4 ± .07mm, 25% inhibition of 14.8 ± .70 mm, and 12.5% of inhibition 15 , 4 ± .80mm and in Escherichia coli bacteria with a concentration of 50% inhibition of 13.1 ± .61mm, 25% inhibition 13.4 ± .57mm and 12.5% inhibition 12.3 ± .75mm . In this study it was concluded that the activity and concentration test showed that the ethanol extract of attarasa fruit had antibacterial activity against the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli and that most effectively killed the staphylococcus aureus bacteria at a concentration of 50 mg / ml with a diameter of 15.4 mg/ml

    Moringa leaves contain high antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. Acne vulgaris is a chronic obstructive and inflammatory skin disease in the pilosebaceous unit that often occurs in adolescence. Acne can be caused by bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Propionibacterium acnes. Staphylococcus epidermidis can convert diacylglycerol and triacylglycerol sebaseus to glycerol and fatty acids which can cause proliferation of hyperkeratosis in the follicular part, causing acne. This research is aims to inhibit bacteria in acne by using Moringa leaf ethanol extract. This study used experimental laboratory research methods and antibacterial testing using paper discs. Cream made with a concentration of 5%, 6%, 7% compared to the cream from market. Moringa leaves were extracted with 96% ethanol. The parameters observed were organoleptic test, pH form test, homogeneity test, and determination of the type of emulsion. The results showed that the test of inhibition of Moringa oleifera L. extract 5% with inhibition of 19 mm, 6% with inhibition of 16.66 mm, 7% with inhibition of 15.66 mm against Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria obtained results that Moringa leaf extract has inhibitory effect on the growth of Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria. This was proven by the presence of a clear zone diameter around the disc containing Moringa leaf extract. This study concluded that Moringa oleifera L. extract can be formulated in a face cream and inhibitory zone area produced by Moringa oleifera L. ethanol extract with a concentration of 5% with a clear zone area of 19mm in Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria

    Hormonal contraception of this type of injection contraception in Indonesia is increasingly being used because of its practical use, the price is relatively cheap. The contraception used also has weaknesses and negative impacts on a woman such as menstrual cycle irregularities and menstrual disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the irregularity of menstrual cycles for 3-month injectable contraception acceptors in Teungoh Drien Gogo Village, Padang Tiji District in 2019. The design of this research was an analytic survey with Cross-Sectional approach. The location of this research is Teungoh Drien Gogo Village, Padang Tiji District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province. The population in the research study were all three injecting contraception acceptors amounted 61 respondents and all of them were used as research samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and analyzed with chi-square statistical tests at the .05 significance level. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that age with a value of p = 0.000, duration of use with a value of p = .001, history of comorbidities with a value of p = .022 and compliance with repeat injections with a value of p = 0.000. Multivariate test results revealed that repeated injection adherence greatly influenced the occurrence of menstrual cycle disorders compared with the age of the respondent, duration of use, and history of comorbidities. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between age, duration usage, history of comorbidities and re-injection compliance with those that affect the irregularity of the menstrual cycle of 3-month injecting contraception acceptors in Teungoh Drien Gogo Village, Padang Tiji District in 2019.
