Mazkur statistik tahlil jarayonida quyidagi asosiy ko‘rsatkichlar o‘rganiladi: Daromadlar darajasi va taqsimoti, Yalpi ichki mahsulot (YaIM) miqdori, aholi jon boshiga to‘g‘ri keladigan daromadlar va ularning teng taqsimlanishi. Ijtimoiy infratuzilma, Ta'lim, tibbiyot xizmatlari, transport va kommunikatsiya vositalarining aholiga taqdim etilish
The Role of Statistical Analysis in Ecological Research
Environmental problems are one of the most pressing issues facing humanity today. Statistical analysis is important in identifying, monitoring and solving environmental problems such as global warming, atmospheric pollution, depletion of water resources, soil degradation. This study is dedicated to the study of statistical methods in the process of collecting, analyzing and drawing effective conclusions from environmental data. The main goal of this work is to study what methods of statistical analysis are used in ecological research, and what solutions can be offered to improve the ecological situation with their help. In the study, the application of statistical analysis methods, in particular variance analysis, regression, clustering and forecasting models to environmental data, is detailed. At the same time, the possibilities of artificial intelligence technologies in the analysis of large environmental data (Big Data) are also considered

Predictors of Postoperative Complications in Intestinal Fistulas
Postoperative complications remain a critical issue in the management of intestinal fistulas. Identifying predictors of adverse outcomes can help optimize treatment strategies and reduce patient morbidity. Early intervention and risk stratification are essential components of improving surgical success rates. The presence of comorbidities further complicates the treatment process, necessitatingindividualized management approaches. Factors such as nutritional deficiencies, immune response, and infection control play a crucial role in patient recovery. The development of predictive models can assist in making informed surgical decisions. Continuous monitoring and advancements in perioperative care contribute to better prognostic outcomes for these patients

ILK O’SPIRINLIK DAVRIDA O’QUV KASBIY FAOLIYATINING YEKAKCHI FAOLIYATGA AYLANISHI VA KASB TANLASH MUAMMOSI
Ushbu maqoladagi tahlil boshlang'ich sinf o'quvchilari o'z kasblarini qanday tanlashlari va mehnat faoliyatiga qiziqishni rivojlantirishlarini o'rganadi. Insonning erta balog'at yoshidagi rivojlanish jarayoni guruhga asoslangan va ijtimoiy foydali ishning tarbiyaviy va ijtimoiy ahamiyati bilan bir qatorda e'tiborga olinadi. Tadqiqotda talabalar mehnat jarayonida o'z iste'dodlarini qanday tan olishlari, shuningdek, kasbiy maqsadlar qanday shakllanishi va o'yin faoliyati va ijodiy faoliyatdagi tajribalar kelajakdagi martaba tanlashga qanday ta'sir qilishi o'rganildi. O'yin va ijodiy faoliyatning uyg'unligi bolalarning qiziqishi va qobiliyatlari va dunyo istiqbollarini rivojlantirishga yordam beradi, bu ularning kelajakdagi kasbni tanlashiga sezilarli ta'sir qiladi. Tadqiqot talabalarning o'quv qiziqishlarini ularning kasb tanlash motivlarini tahlil qilish orqali ularning qiziqishlarini rivojlantirish bilan bir qatorda ko'ngilochar tadbirlar va intermingling orqali baholad
ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL AND FUNCTIONAL STATUS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE FOLLOWING COVID-19 INFECTION
This study aimed to analyze echocardiographic, hemodynamic, and functional changes in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) who had recovered from COVID-19 compared to those who had not. Additionally, we assessed clinical status, quality of life, and key factors influencing disease progression and treatment outcomes.Materials and Methods. A total of 103 patients aged over 60 with CHF were enrolled in the study. Based on medical history, they were divided into two groups: Group 1(n=52): CHF patients with a history of COVID-19 infection. Group 2(n=51): CHF patients without prior COVID-19 infection. The study was conducted at City Clinical Hospital No. 7 in Tashkent. Patients were monitored for one year, with assessments including: Echocardiography (ECHO)for evaluation of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, ejection fraction (EF), total systolic volume (TSV), and total diastolic volume (TDV). Hemodynamic assessmentwith measurement of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP).6-minute walk test (6MWT)for exercise tolerance. Blood testsfor analysis of lipid profile and glucose levels. Clinical observations, including frequency of outpatient visits, hospitalizations, and mortality rates. Statistical analysis was performed, with a significance level of p<0.05 considered statistically significant.Results. Data from 101 patients were analyzed (two were lost to follow-up). The findings were as follows: Mortalityratewas 3%, with four patients dying during follow-up. Three deaths occurred in Group 1(6%) and one in Group 2(2%).Hospitalizationswere more frequent in Group 1(13%) than in Group 2(8%) (p<0.05).Outpatient visitswere significantly higher in Group 1(18%) compared to Group 2(4%) (p<0.01).Hemodynamic changesindicated an increase in SBP and DBP in Group 1, whereas Group 2showed positive trends. Heart rate (HR)increased by 20% in Group 1(p<0.05) and decreased by 4.2% in Group 2.Functional capacity (6MWT)in Group 1was reduced, whereas Group 2demonstrated a 19.8% improvement (p<0.05) and a 33.7% higher score compared to Group 1(p<0.01).Lipid profile analysisshowed a higher prevalence of dyslipidemia in Group 1(20.4%) than in Group 2(10%).Conclusion. This study revealed that patients with CHF who had experienced COVID-19 exhibited significant deterioration in left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions. Group 1showed a notable decline in ejection fraction, increased total systolic and diastolic volumes, and worsened hemodynamic parameters. Additionally, these patients had higher hospitalization rates, increased outpatient visits, and lower quality of life. The findings indicate that COVID-19 negatively impacts CHF progression, emphasizing the need for close monitoring, personalized treatment strategies, and comprehensive rehabilitation programsfor affected patients
