Get PDFВ работе проанализирован клинический материал, основанный на результатах комплексного обследования и лечения 102 пациентов с подтвержденным диагнозом неспецифический язвенный колит. Положительная динамика общеклинических, лабораторных показателей и эндоскопической картины у больных стероид-зависимыми и стероид-резистентными формами неспецифического язвенного колита при использовании для их лечения курса операций экстракорпорального плазмафереза свидетельствует о его эффективности для купирования обострения заболевания. Несмотря на использование минимальных доз кортикостероидов при проведении сеансов плазмафереза, по сравнению со стандартной терапией, у больных стероид-зависимыми и стероид-резистентными формами неспецифического язвенного колита достижение ремиссии происходит более чаще (с 22% до 96%), значительно снижены осложнения от длительного приема кортикостероидов, достигнуто возможность полной отмены поддерживающей терапии, что, в конечном итоге, ведет к улучшению качества жизни этой категории больных

The Impact of Financial Understanding on Implementing Digital Payments on Combating Economic Disparities Between Urban and Rural People
Get PDFIn the current era, Digital Payment plays a pivotal role in drastically altering the economic landscape, but their potential gains are not evenly disbursed between urban-rural populations. The current study examines the influence of financial education as a key to the adoption of digital payment in rustic areas and how this adoption will bridge the gap between urban - and rural income disparity. Although there is widespread digital payment all over the economy, there is still evidence of an economic gap between these two populations because of a lack of financial awareness. The ongoing study is descriptive in nature and employs secondary data. The final outcome of the study reflects there is a significant association between financial awareness and the adoption of online payment, thereby eliminating the income disparity between urban-rural populations. Thus, the government should focus on formulating policies and education awareness programs with respect to initiating online payment integration in underprivileged areas

recurrence equations often receive limited attention in existing literature, necessitating a clearer
understanding of their distinctive features. In this paper, we discuss general forms of odd-degree
recurrent equations, examine their symmetry and structural properties, and highlight key
distinctions from recurrent equations of even degree. Additionally, illustrative examples are
presented to clarify theoretical concepts and to demonstrate practical applications of these
equations. Through this examination, the article aims to facilitate deeper insights into odd-degree
