Full text linkThis study explores the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance waste management efficiency within urban environments. Rapid urbanization has resulted in a surge of municipal waste, which current systems often struggle to manage effectively. The proposed AI-enhanced waste sorting and classification system aims to optimize waste collection routes and accurately forecast waste generation trends, thereby reducing operational costs, fuel consumption, and traffic congestion. Additionally, AI-driven image recognition and sorting algorithms improve waste classification accuracy, ensuring recyclable materials are efficiently identified and redirected away from landfills, thus promoting sustainability. By leveraging real-time and historical data, the system dynamically adjusts resource allocation and collection schedules to meet the varying needs of different urban areas. Results indicate significant gains in waste management efficiency and resource optimization, positioning this AI-driven system as a substantial advancement in sustainable urban waste management

The research examines how international organizations, governments, and educational institutions incorporate sustainability principles into curricula, teacher training, and policy structures. Key international policies such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4.7, UNESCO’s Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), the Paris Agreement’s climate education provisions, and OECD’s guidelines on green skills provide foundational strategies for integrating sustainability into education. The contrasting methods of using articles between these languages demonstrates the wider linguistic differences between English and Uzbek. Effective self-defense training enables wrestlers to fall safely, maintain balance, and quickly recover into a combat-ready stance.While wrestling techniques have been extensively studied, limited research focuses on structured self-defense exercises designed to improve safe falling strategies and their impact on wrestler performance and injury prevention.This study evaluates the effectiveness of self-defense exercises in wrestling training through systematic test methods, independent of technical wrestling maneuvers. The exercises are categorized into backward, sideways, and forward falls, with a focus on biomechanics and impact reduction.Results indicate that structured self-defense training enhances wrestlers' ability to fall safely without injuries, improves their reaction speed in recovering after a fall, and builds confidence in executing throws and defensive maneuvers.The study confirms that wrestlers who incorporate self-defense exercises demonstrate better injury prevention, technical stability, and improved overall performance compared to those who rely solely on traditional wrestling techniques.The findings underscore the importance of integrating systematic self-defense training into wrestling programs. THE ROLE OF JUDONO IN THE SYSTEM OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS IN UZBEKISTAN
No full textJudo has contributed significantly to the development of Uzbekistan's physical education and sports systems since its formal introduction in 1972. Despite its extensive history, a thorough examination of its evolution, major players, and competitive achievements is still restricted. This study fills that vacuum by looking at the historical progression, structural development, and performance of Uzbek judokas on international stages. The study takes a qualitative approach, using historical document analysisand statistical evaluations of Uzbekistan's judo performance from 2008 to 2024. Data from national archives, sports federations, and competition records were meticulously examined. The findings emphasize the critical contribution of early pioneers, particularly V.A. Kim and A.A. Istomin, in developing a national judo framework. The report demonstrates Uzbek judokas' rising success in international competitions, with 408 medals gained at major tournaments such as the Olympics, World Championships, and Grand Prix events. The establishment of specialized training centers and rigorous coaching tactics has helped Uzbekistan maintain its competitive judo presence. The findings highlight the value of structured training programs and government backing in developing elite athletes. The conclusions show that further investment in grassroots development and international collaborations can help Uzbekistan improve its standing in global judo. Обоснование Эффективности Плазмафереза В Комплексном Лечении Неспецифического Язвенного Колита По Данным Колоноскопии
Full text linkВ работе проанализирован клинический материал, основанный на результатах комплексного обследования и лечения 102 пациентов с подтвержденным диагнозом неспецифический язвенный колит. Положительная динамика общеклинических, лабораторных показателей и эндоскопической картины у больных стероид-зависимыми и стероид-резистентными формами неспецифического язвенного колита при использовании для их лечения курса операций экстракорпорального плазмафереза свидетельствует о его эффективности для купирования обострения заболевания.Несмотря на использование минимальных доз кортикостероидов при проведении сеансов плазмафереза, по сравнению со стандартной терапией, у больных стероид-зависимыми и стероид-резистентными формами неспецифического язвенного колита достижение ремиссии происходит более чаще (с 22% до 96%), значительно снижены осложнения от длительного приема кортикостероидов, достигнуто возможность полной отмены поддерживающей терапии, что, в конечном итоге, ведет к улучшению качества жизни этой категории больны
