    No full text
MSni modellashtirishning ushbu usullari sindrom rivojlanishining o'ziga xos molekulyar mexanizmlarini o'rganish uchun faol qo'llaniladi. Asosan, bu modellar monogenikdir. Bu holatda patologik o'zgarishlarning rivojlanishi bitta oqsil funktsiyasining buzilishidan kelib chiqadi, odamlarda MS esa ko'plab omillar va rivojlanish mexanizmlarining yig'indisi natijasida yuzaga keladi. Shuningdek, poligenik modellar mavjud, ular orasida, masalan, Goto-Kakizaki kalamushlari mavjud

The Role of Socio-Cultural and Economic Factors in Shaping Family Planning Practices among Women in Ibarapa West Local Government Area, Oyo State, Nigeria

Family planning services play a crucial role in improving maternal health, reducing unintended pregnancies, and achieving sustainable development goals. However, accessibility and utilization of these services remain a challenge, particularly in rural areas like Ibarapa North West LGA, Nigeria. Various socio-economic, cultural, and infrastructural barriers hinder effective family planning practices among women of childbearing age.ObjectiveThis study aims to examine the factors influencing the accessibility and utilization of family planning services among women of childbearing age in Ibarapa North West LGA, with a focus on identifying barriers and utilization patterns.Method of AnalysisA cross-sectional descriptive study design was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire administered to 350 women of childbearing age selected through multistage sampling. Descriptive statistics, including frequency counts, percentages, and mean ranking, were used to analyze the data. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25 facilitated the data analysis.ResultsThe study revealed that 85.7% of respondents had access to free consultations, yet only 61.4% could access sterilization services. Financial capacity (74.3%), educational status (69.4%), and cultural restrictions (48.3%) emerged as significant barriers to family planning utilization. The most preferred contraceptive methods were natural methods (70.1%) and condoms (59.8%), while sterilization and injections were less popular. Despite the availability of family planning services, misconceptions, lack of trained personnel, and cultural beliefs hindered optimal utilization.ConclusionThe findings underscore the need for targeted interventions to address barriers to family planning services, including subsidized costs, improved healthcare infrastructure, and culturally sensitive educational campaigns. Impact of Deforestation on Carbon Emissions: A Data-Driven Study of the Amazon and Southeast Asia

Deforestation remains one of the most significant contributors to global carbon emissions, with the Amazon rainforest and Southeast Asian forests serving as critical carbon sinks. This study provides a data-driven analysis of deforestation trends in these regions, examining their impact on atmospheric carbon levels and climate change. Using satellite imagery, carbon flux data, and deforestation rates, this research quantifies the extent to which forest loss contributes to rising CO₂ emissions

Digital Technologies Transforming Healthcare Delivery in Uzbekistan: Insights and Challenges

Introducing digital technologies in primary healthcare in Uzbekistan has brought new aspects of patient-physician encounter; this created potential for efficient interaction and disavowing relational aspects of care. While digital healthcare receives increasing attention internationally, there are still considerable gaps in knowledge about digital healthcare in the developing contexts and the way that it addresses both technological factors and relational continuous care. This research seeks to fill this gap by examining the effects of digital platforms on healthcare in Uzbekistan.Qualitative interviews with healthcare providers and patients, quantitative questionnaire surveys, and case studies of organisations adopting digital systems were used. Quantitative data collection involved the use of survey administered to students while qualitative data involved use of questionnaire were coded thematically after having been analyzed quantitatively to generate quantitative responses.According to the findings, appointment scheduling is enhanced by 30%, and diagnostic accuracy is enhanced by 65%, supporting the work identifying digital tools in healthcare processes. Nevertheless, some future limitations that can be seen as limitations in patients’ access to telemedicine and challenges in the communication between patients and doctors were revealed, namely the problem of patients’ low digital literacy and the risk of depersonalization of the interaction. The findings offer a mitigation framework with deep focus on the patient, provider, and technology as critical components of now and future e-health.These revelations hold significant policy relevance for both policymakers and practitioners for the fact that to remove the barriers highlighted above would require a combination of increased and improved efforts at creating and implementing digital literacy campaigns and the need to ensure that user interfaces of the platforms are well designed to support the target end-users’ needs. Therefore, the future studies should pursue further investigation of how some of these spins will affect the future dynamics of the health system of a given culture or nation in the long run. The findings of this research will be useful for fine-tuning the delivery of digital healthcare in developing locations and can be instructive to reform healthcare delivery on an international level

Public-Private Collaborations in Waste Management Evaluating Policy Effectiveness and Governance Models in Nigeria

Effective waste management remains a critical challenge in Nigeria, where rapid urbanization and population growth have outpaced existing waste disposal and recycling systems. Public-private collaborations (PPCs) have emerged as a viable governance model to address these inefficiencies by leveraging government policies and private sector innovations to enhance waste collection, recycling, and sustainable waste disposal. This study evaluates the effectiveness of policy frameworks and governance models guiding public-private partnerships in Nigeria’s waste management sector, examining their impact on efficiency, sustainability, and environmental protection

Assessing the Effectiveness of Waste Management Policies in Reducing Plastic Pollution: A Case Study of the EU and Africa

Plastic pollution remains a pressing environmental challenge, posing significant threats to marine ecosystems, biodiversity, and human health. This study assesses the effectiveness of waste management policies in reducing plastic pollution, focusing on a comparative case study of the European Union (EU) and Africa. The research examines key policy frameworks, regulatory measures, and implementation strategies adopted in both regions, analyzing their impact on plastic waste reduction

ACTUALITY OF THE PROBLEM OF OBESITY IN YOUNG CHILDREN IN UZBEKISTAN

This dissertation investigates the prevalence and contributing factors of obesity among young children in Uzbekistan, aiming to address the critical issue of increasing obesity rates in this demographic. Employing a quantitative approach, the study analyzes body mass index (BMI) data alongside dietary habits, physical activity levels, and socioeconomic factors affecting children's health. The findings reveal a significant prevalence of obesity in young children, which is closely linked to poor nutrition, insufficient physical activity, and socioeconomic disparities. Notably, a substantial percentage of the population exhibited unhealthy dietary patterns and low engagement in physical exercise, underscoring the multifaceted nature of this public health challenge. The implications of this research are profound, as it highlights the urgent need for targeted interventions and policy reforms to promote healthier lifestyles and reduce obesity rates in Uzbekistan. By addressing the specific factors contributing to childhood obesity, this study underscores the importance of integrating nutrition education and physical activity programs within healthcare initiatives. Furthermore, the results contribute to the broader discourse on childhood health issues in developing countries, providing a framework for future research and intervention strategies aimed at ameliorating the obesity epidemic and fostering a healthier future generation
