FEATURES OF AUTOMATION OF OPERATION OF SOLAR COLLECTORS AND WIND TURBINES
A major problem in the use of renewable energy sources is to increase the energy efficiencyof their operation. Automation and selection of the optimal process flow diagram allow increasing this energy efficiency. The article examines the features of automation of a solar collector with forced circulation of the coolant and various types of windturbines along the channel for converting wind energy into electricity. It is concluded that in the event of an increase in the production of electrical energy due to distributed generation (wind energy, solar energy) in the power system, it is necessary to provide for appropriate measures to compensate for the randomly generated electrical power that change

The Role of Digital Technologies in Improving the Effectiveness of Medical Institutions
This scientific article is dedicated to the study of the role of digital technologies in improving the efficiency of medical institutions. Currently, the quality of treatment and the speed of processes are significantly improved as a result of the widespread use of digital technologies in medical institutions. The article analyzes the use of electronic information systems, telemedicine, robotic assistants, and automated systems and their impact on productivity. However, the article also addresses data management and security, legal and ethical issues. Through data management systems, the consistency and accuracy of the treatment process increases, and with the help of telemedicine, remote communication with patients is established. Analyzing successful examples of these technologies in Uzbekistan and other countries, the article provides practical recommendations for increasing efficiency
ENDOVIDEOSURGICAL HERNIOPLASTY FOR INGUINAL HERNIAS
The study included 268 male patients with various types of inguinal hernias. Depending on the chosen treatment strategy, the patients were divided into three groups: the comparison groups consisted of 96 (35.8%) patients who underwent hernia autoplastic repair using traditional techniques, as well as 138 (51.5%) patients who underwent “tension-free” inguinal hernioplasty using the Lichtenstein technique. In the main group, 34 (12.6%) patients underwent transabdominal laparoscopic hernioplasty. The preferential use of tension-free hernioplasty methods—Lichtenstein repair and transabdominal laparoscopic hernioplasty—allowed for a reduction in the frequency of specific complications in the early postoperative period from 13.5% to 7.9% and 5.9%, respectively, as well as a decrease in the recurrence rate from 8.5% in the comparison group to 2.7% in the main grou
Clinical and Surgical Aspects of Intestinal Fistulas
Intestinal fistulas remain a significant challenge in surgical practice due to their high morbidity and mortality rates. Their treatment requires a multidisciplinary approach, considering both the underlying etiology and associated complications. Advances in surgical techniques and postoperative care have improved outcomes, but optimal management strategies are still debated. The complexity of fistulaformation and its association with various gastrointestinal and systemic conditions necessitate ongoing research. Delayed diagnosis and inappropriate management contribute to prolonged hospital stays and increased healthcare costs. Developing standardizedtreatment protocols can enhance patient recovery and reduce complications
