PMA Côte d’Ivoire Phase 1 Household and Female Survey (2020)
PMA Côte d’Ivoire Phase 1 Household and Female Baseline Survey includes 122 enumeration areas (EAs) selected using a multi-stage stratified cluster design with urban-rural and region strata. The results are representative at the national level and within urban/rural strata. The final sample included 3,988 households and 4,135 females who completed the interview. PMA Uganda Phase 2 Client Exit Interview Follow-up Survey (2022)
PMA Uganda Phase 2 Client Exit Interview Follow-Up Survey includes 141 enumeration areas (EAs) selected using a multi-stage stratified cluster design with urban-rural and region strata. Of the 141 enumeration areas, 19 new enumeration areas were added for a CIFF (Children’s Investment Fund Foundation) sponsored study that are now part of the PMA Uganda cross-sectional sample. The results representative at the national level and within urban/rural strata. The final sample included 1,333 clients which completed the interview. The data collection was conducted March 2022. PMA Nigeria (Kano, Lagos) Phase 2 Service Delivery Point Survey (2021)
PMA Nigeria (Kano & Lagos) Phase 2 Service Delivery Point Survey includes 25 enumeration areas (EAs) in Kano and 52 EAs in Lagos. The EAs were drawn using the same stratified cluster design with urban-rural strata from the National Population Commission’s master sampling frame. The results are representative at the state level. The final sample included 66 facilities in Kano and 127 facilities in Lagos which completed the interview. Data collection was conducted between December 2020 and February 2021. PMA Burkina Faso Covid-19 Female Follow-up Survey (2020)
PMA Burkina Faso Covid-19 Female Follow-up (FQFU) survey is a separate survey that was conducted in Jby telephone with a representative sample of women aged 15-49 years, who were surveyed in the baseline survey between December 2019 and February 2020, consented to follow-up, and owned or had access to a telephone (57.6% of the baseline survey population). Of the 4,691 eligible surveys, 21.5% were not reached. Of those who were reached, 95.8% completed the survey for a response rate of 75.2% among eligible females
PMA Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa, Kongo Central) Phase 2 Service Delivery Point Follow-up 2 Survey (2021)
PMA Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa & Kongo Central) Phase 2 Service Delivery Point Follow-up Survey includes services in 57 enumeration areas (EAs) in Kinshasa and 57 EAs in Kongo Central selected using a multi-stage stratified cluster design. The results are representative at the provincial level. The final sample included 196 SDPs in Kinshasa and 168 SDPs in Kongo Central which completed the interview. PMA2020 Niger (Niamey) Round 1 Service Delivery Point Survey (2015)
Niger (Niamey) Round 1 Service Delivery Point (SQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with Niamey, urban areas outside of Niamey, and rural areas as the strata. A sample of 33 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn by Niger’s National Statistics Institute (INS) from its master sampling frame. Each EA was listed and mapped. Public facilities were included if a selected EA fell within the catchment area. Private facilities were included if they fell within the boundaries of the EA. Data collection was conducted between July and August 2015. The final completed sample was 31 SDPs. The datasets within correspond to the Nanomaterials article “Magnetic Particle Imaging-Guided Thermal Simulations for Magnetic Particle Hyperthermia”. In the article, we describe the development and verification of a clinically-translatable workflow for magnetic particle imaging-guided thermal simulations. The data comprise the verification experiments, where we performed heating trials with mouse cadavers injected with magnetic nanoparticles; such datasets include nanoparticle characterization, microCT and MPI scans, temperature measurements, and COMSOL simulation results

TCRB sequences were obtained using the Framework Region 3 Amplifikation Sequencing platform. C57Bl/6 mice were grafted with Balb/c skin grafts. Before transplant or on day 10 post-transplant, CD8+ T cells were flow cytometrically sorted into CD44+ and CD44- populations that were positive or negative for the allogeneic epitope H-2L(d) QL9. Skin graft tissue and blood samples were also collected (unsorted)
